Fresh Guacamole Tequila & Bar

What an amazing restaurant. It's beautifully decorated and the menu has so many options we had a hard time deciding. I had their chicken Al pastor. I chose the green plantains and yucca fries. Yummy!! The 2 for 1 margaritas were excellent. Definitely a stopping place on our way to Jacksonville as it's right off 95 at ormond beach exit.

We went to Fresh Guacamole last night since it was a beautiful night and we wanted outdoor dining. Alex was our server, he was very friendly. When asked for our drink order we asked if they serve pitcher of margaritas, he said yes but it is not on their drink menu. We ordered the table side guacamole which was brought out to us not made table side. I ordered a shrimp taco and a chicken Tinga taco and my husband ordered the ribeye steak with black beans and jasmine rice. The guacamole was very good, margaritas tasted more like lemonade with no tequila taste at all, I don't recommend the house margaritas at all. My husband's ribeye was good as was the shrimp taco but the chicken Tinga turned out to be pork and not chicken. As I said our server Alex was friendly but unfortunately never checked on us to see if our order was correct. I don't think we will be back.

This place is horrible! The service is beyond bad & they use false advertising to get you to sign up for their E-Club! The sign in the table says sign up for free guacamole. When you show the coupon to the waitress she is nasty! then the manager, Julio comes over & tells you that you have to purchase a meal. No where in the sign does it say that. He says it's his job to tell the customer the rules! Omg! Then I complained on Google & he threw us out! He threatened to waste the time of the Ormond Beach Police to throw us out !We'd been there many times but no more! Hi to La Catrina down the street! Nicer staff, managers, & better food! Stay away from this stinky, dirty place!!!

This Mexican Restaurant is Great with the Drink Specials and Delicious Food Options but Definitely has Fasle Advertising. Just aheads up Beware of their prices when you receive the tab because prices may be different from the menu prices. We'll atleast they had $4 Draft Beers on Wednesday which was a plus for me...

We ate here today for our first and LAST time. All the people giving good reviews must be either friends of the owner or they just don't know what good Mexican food tastes like. Alex was our waiter and he neglected us so much so that we had to ask another waiter to go get him. It wasn't busy at all. We ordered shrimp and chicken fajitas for 2 and instead it came with shrimp and steak. The steak was tough as nails and not edible. They are so stingy with the guacamole and sour cream that each of us got about 1 teaspoon. Just enough for one bite. We had a problem with our bill and asked for the manager and were told he wasn't there so we asked who was in charge and Alex told us there was no one in charge. I gave him a decent tip even though he didn't deserve it but the meal was disappointing and a waste of money. We won't be back.

This dish here is amazing! Introducing - the Pollo Poblano... smothered in a deliciously creamy poblano sauce, with mushrooms and onions on top! I opt to add three shrimp to it for extra protein - but this sauce is IT.

We had an unexpected lunch today. Salvador exceeded our expectations! We had the best lunch date and will absolutely be back!

The food is expensive for being a little bland. I would go back for drinks only happy hour. Beautiful murals on booths!

Not a crowded place but asked us to wait at bar due table to be cleared,ok. We order two glasses of wine at bar, they tell us table is ready, we sit down. This is a first date with hot blonde and I'm holding her hand and looking into her eyes and manager walks up and interrupts this moment to say I have to get up go to bar and pay for the two wines $8, i say can you bring the check, she said I had to go pay it, i said when I finished the drinks i would then pay it at the bar, even though we order dinner?? She basically made me get up and go pay before we could eat. So EMBARRASSED in front of my date, shocked actually, ruined the moment totally, never had that happen. Service sucked on my view. Next food. For place that advertises Guac it was just standard average - avo, onion, tomatoes maybe some garlic. Super basic for it being there tag line. Meal was OK, beans, rice hard to mess up. I won't be back personally and hard for me to recommend someone go based on food and service level.

Last Saturday 10/19/24 Myself and my wife enjoyed this visit to your restaurant, We raved about the food service everything , today was a horrible experience, my wife and I came in just minutes passed 3, we asked the waiter if we would be able to receive the early bird special and was told yes. When I was given the bill it was not the early bird special price and full price. If your servers tell your customers one thing and it is not true your customers should be told before the bill is billed out. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. So not only did you lose a customer but if you really needed that extra $12 dollars because your afraid it will put your company out of business you should go out of business.
