I was very impressed with the food. These were the best gluten free tenders I've ever had. I really enjoyed the flavor combination of the chicken basket.

Out of all the food trucks at RAM. This was the only one that sold chili cheese fries. That's what my son wanted. The wait was forever. I feel like we stood there for about 10-15 minutes. The chicken chili cheese fries were overly salty and not worth $11.

I headed out to Riverside Arts Market today and decided to try Freddy Fingers Chicken and Waffles.Helen and Jason started this food truck about a year and half ago. They've curated a creative menu that's more than just chicken tenders. 1. The Duke - their signature dish and a great entry point to their menu. It's chicken tenders pounded thin to cook quickly and create more crispy crunchy surface area. It's served with a waffle that is light and airy; crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. On the side is Georgia Cane syrup and bacon gravy. Delicious and probably my favorite menu item.2. Proper Curry Chips - house made "Frizzle Fries" topped with English Pub curry sauce and green onions. The fries were hot and crispy and the sauce was warm and comforting. 3. Bamboleo - Crispy sweet potatoes tossed in BBQ spice, black garlic mayo, and green onions. The black garlic mayo is really the thing that ties this dish together. It has this nutty note to it that is perfect with the sweet potatoes.4. The Gojira - A creative dish made with hot honey chicken tenders, banchan cucumbers, house-made kimchi slaw, and sweet potatoes. If you're looking for something a bit off the beaten path, this is the one. Crispy, spicy, umami, a little sweet. It's like a slot machine of flavors. I also got a basket of plain fries so I could try all of their sauces. They're all house made (except the ketchup). They offer traditional sauces like honey mustard, buttermilk ranch, and buffalo sauce. And they also have some original sauces like black garlic mayo, kimchi mayo, and guava BBQ. All were tasty, but the black garlic mayo kept calling to me and was my favorite of the bunch. If you think chicken and waffles is cliche, head over to RAM and check out Freddy Fingers Chicken and Waffles. Come for The Duke, stay for The Bamboleo.

I was looking forward to Freddy Fingers, which was a month ago, Jan24 at a Yelp event. Long story short, their truck ran into issues with their generator and they were not able to serve us. And I was at HANGRY level at that moment too. I was ready to give Freddy Fingers a version of "Jay Finger". Thank goodness I didn't. In life, I learned to always be patient, because eventually all things will come in full circle in a good way. And it surely did.Feb22, guess who sets camp nearby my area in Bartram Creek Sub? Holy Freddy Freakin Fingers, that's who. The excitement came back like a true foodie boner. It was go time folks.Their menu is pretty straightforward and each item creatively made. And it's GLUTEN-FREE. So here's what I ordered:Gojira: Gochujang Honey Tenders, yum. The sweet potatoes were cooked just right. The Kimchi Slaw was just okay.Cowboy from Hell: Buffalo Chicken Tenders, well anything with spice, me likey likey. It was great. The corn and sea salt fries that it came with was a perfect match. The Duke: AKA Chicken and Waffles. This is Freddy Fingers' signature item. I liked the Chicken and Waffles but the sauces it came with (Georgia cane syrup and Cream Bacon Gravy), I wasn't too keen on. I've found that just a regular Pancake Syrup pairs well with the Waffles. I want to note that these are great eaten once they come out. Additionally, these are made to order so have some patience waiting. Other than that, come see the happy, helpful face of Jason (owner) because he is well ready to take your order.IG @freddyfingers_foodtruck

If you have the urge for the best Chicken Fingers in town you're in luck!! Freddy's Fingers are finger licking good with a nice crispy batter yet juicy interior! The service is very fast and friendly. The food truck has a very festive look that makes me excited to try something new. The fries are super fresh and rival five guys to me. They are usually at the Riverside Art Market on Saturdays but I would always check their Instagram page for their whereabouts. Hope that you enjoy!!

Ordered the Gojira at the Nocatee food truck event - Korean hot honey tenders with kimchi. I am counting down the days until next food truck Friday to order this again. It was SO GOOD. My kids had the regular tenders & loved them as well.

Been to this food truck several times. It's not terrible. I've noticed that over the last couple of months they have been decreasing the portion size. One chicken tender and some fries can not be worth $14. Also if you're serving to business people downtown, your containers need to have some sort of top. It looks ridiculous walking into an office carrying an open top container of food.
