Fraze's Scratch Cookin'

When I see a sign that says "Scratch Cookin" it always gets my attention especially when it lunch time and I'm craving something fresh and delicious. We stopped in here while in the area and found the parking lot mostly filled but was able to get seated without a wait.The service here is exceptional and is only matched by the food and it's reasonable pricing. This was my first time here but I have been told by others "if you every get the opportunity stop in" After getting the low down on the menu by our extremely friendly and accommodating server we placed our order - A traditional Cuban and a simple handmade 6 oz Cheeseburger and hand cut fries to share pretty simple but none the less amazing.Nothing fancy here but you can taste the passion in every bite, and that's why the locals keep coming, this place definitely makes my return too list...

First time here, and I get everybody like this place. They have daily specials. This was Friday, and the special was shrimp and fish, palock, or Mahi Mahi, with hush puppies, coleslaw, and French fries. We got that, and it was as good as we have had in any place in town, at a much cheaper price. We also got the fried chicken, Buffalo style. The chicken was excellent. Boneless beast, fried, and moist. The servings were pretty huge. The staff were very nice. The restaurant was very clean. It was karaoke night, and the place was starting to get full. Outside seating was pretty large. So, the food was good. The service was good. The prices were very nice. I recommend.

ABSOLUTELY LUV THIS PLACE!~ The food is Incredible ~One of these days I'm gonna try their chef made desserts. I saw someone get the caramel mud cheesecake. YUM !!!But I finally made it to the Tuesday Indiana pork tenderloin special ‼‼ ~ A MUST TRY ~

This is a nice mom and pop style restaurant. Good selection on the menu. Started off with a really good and really large iced tea. Fresh brewed and ice cold. Candyce had a cheesesteak sandwich and it was hot and loaded. Her side was waffle cut sweet potato fries. I tried the fries and they were excellent and I'm not a big fan of sweet potato fries. Good flavor. I had the chicken cordon bleubon. Chicken cordon Bleu Cuban style. Super big and filling and oh so good. Potato salad as a side. Seems like the sides are a la carte. Great service and fast. Food was very good. A good find.

Totally non descript place on Ridgewood @ 10th that you could easily pass, but trust me .... DON'T!!! Their sign says KILLER CUBANS, and they're not lying. Even overheard a customer say they have the best Cubans this side of New Orleans. My sandwich was cooked too perfection and I could taste each aspect, the bread, the sauce, the Swiss cheese, the pulled pork, the bread and butter pickles ... it was divine!!Normally when I see a serving of these long, skin on fries I'm afraid of how greasy and soggy they're going to be ... these were NOT (see photo). They held their shape and even at the bottom of the basket there wasn't an abundance of grease and they held their shape.The sodas aren't your typical coke or Pepsi, they're a natural pure cane sugar soda and my orange cream was awesome. The staff is fun and the cook was teasing and messing around and was getting it right back. They obviously enjoy working together. I would've liked more napkins but otherwise everything was perfect. This was my first time but not my last!!!!Don't blink on Ridgewood, pull over and eat at Fraze's

Absolutely incredible food they catered my mom's memorial and I am forever grateful and I was able I wasn't able to get bags from things that they loaned me to have hot food for everyone at the VFW post 125 or 127 in Lake Helen IM very grateful to Melissa and auntie and I pray that many people go there and enjoy their food it is absolutely delicious

Ate at frazes Saturday. Had the beef brisket. It was awesome. Had it several times before. Always perfect, tender, juicy. I've had sloppy Joe's, Cuban sandwich, and other things, in the last 2 years or so. Always great food, great service, and reasonable prices. 7 stars I believe would be fair.

Food is good but they dropped the ball on the hamburger buns just get some American burger buns come on people

Phenomenal service. I have a number of food allergies and the server made sure that none of the seasonings would bother me.I had the fish and shrimp special. The grilled shrimp was excellent. The Grilled Mahi Mahi was good, but would probably have been better if I could've had seasoning on it. The hush puppies were the best that I have ever had! The restaurant is not very big inside. They have outdoor seating but it was pouring rain! Definitely would come here again when I'm in the area!

Great Saturday brisket special. Loved the fried shrimp. Great food, reasonable prices and sweet staff. Love it !!
