MARANDA was the best I've been to many hair salons and I've met many stylist. And Maranda actually listened to how I wanted my hair. She was the sweetest sweet heart her service was A1 10/10. I felt so welcomed & so understood! If I am ever around in Jacksonville, I do plan on returning to get my hair done with Maranda! Her service was amazing. She really took her time to make sure she gave me what I asked for! I truly appreciate her patience, time and technique also she's great at conversations :) I loved the salon as well! The music was such a vibe and so relaxing! The ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming :) I'm glad I found this salon!

I have been coming here for over a year now and I leave happy every time. Samantha truly listens to what you want and has amazing results. I love the environment and will continue to come back time and time again.

Wow. I had SO much fun with Macie and every other stylist here today. The salon was super clean & cute and parking/getting into the salon was very easy. Macie went above and beyond to listen to me, learn from my past stylists mistakes, and could NOT have handled curly hair better (PLUS free samples?!)! I knew I could trust Macie instantly and as a person, she was so kind and welcoming. Look no further if your hair is curly, straight, or a wavy in-between!!! The service quality for the price is outstanding and I'll be commuting from VA from now on just to see Macie. Payment was also super smooth and there was always someone nearby should I need them. Thank you, all!!

Frangipani consistently provides great service, fair prices, a friendly atmosphere, and amazing hair! I live out of state and still come back to Florida to visit family and get my hair done here. I typically work with Maddie, she's great with blondes and will work with your desired looks and maintenance needs. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have come here multiple times for simple services such as a trim or blowout, and yesterday I went with the intention of doing a bit more--I can say this place treats you with the same amount of care, compassion and comfort whether you are coming in for a trim or a full on new look. Lauren is a true artist in her craft and she has always made me feel confident in my curls. Her attention to detail is impeccable and I've never really felt comfortable getting my hair done outside of a blowout before her! She will explain the process and work with your vision every step of the way. Her advice on how to care for my hair has helped me achieve a realistic routine at home which goes above and beyond most salons who usually just want to sell you product. Thank you so much for making my curls happy and summer ready!

Update 05/13/2021: Kelly Weary called my work today to report that I was unprofessional. It's a little concerning to see how far she is willing to go for "retaliation" out of spite over a negative review. When she was the one who told me to take my business somewhere else then calls me to berate me for more than 10 minutes, saying that I owe her an apologize.Would you want someone like that to cut your hair...?

I decided to try this place out based on yelp reviews. I am protective of my "baby fine" thin hair and have had a difficult time finding a stylist in Jax .Frangipani is Located in a small strip mall on the beach. Upon checking in, the staff made me feel comfortable with their friendly service. They check your temperature upon entering They're all wearing masks and they have hand sanitizer available. (Kudos!)Katie was my stylist. She asked me what I wanted and we discussed the fall colors I was looking for. I showed her pic of my "usual style ", which I did not want to change. The process began.The shampooing was amazing! It was a scalp massage on steroids:) Thanks Kenzie!My end results were on point and my quarantine hair is in the past! $197 without gratuity- appropriately priced for a Master Stylist. I highly recommend Katie and I will be back.

I went to the location on St Johns Ave. I love this place! It was my first visit and I arrived 15 minutes early. I was offered some good hot coffee and was immediately seen by my stylist, Chelsea N.As she went through the process to balayage my hair, she explained every step. I felt like I was learning and also understanding the process. I was very impressed. My stylist and I chatted a bit which was really nice and fun. Chelsea is very sweet and talented. I will be going back!

Ericka placed tape in extensions and colored my hair. She is a miracle worker people!! I've gotten more compliments then any other hair style. HIGHLY recommend

Nicole B is a wonderful hairstylist. She always knows how to communicate well with each client. Very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous new style.
