Home sweet Home, Island life at its best! Only steps from the beach, and offering amazing amenities. This privately owned condo community is the essential in beach living. Forest Ridge offers flowing water features that can be enjoyed from your private deck & inside your opened window condo. Laying in bed listening to the soft water flowing along with the ocean breeze is this island lovers paradise. Amenities include private parking, tennis courts, fully remodeled pool area w gazebo, dog walks & a small dog park, picnic areas with a large fire pit, grilling stations throughout the community, a car/boat wash area, outside shower area for returning from a sandy beach experience, several small lakes which include large water features, walk-ways and decking from area to area, a very well kept children's park area, beautiful shrubbery and various abundant fragrant flowering bushes. The large trees and full foliage provide a beautiful canopy of shade. Gardens that encourage one to enjoy the nature and beauty that surrounds. The pool area has recently been fully remodeled and upgraded, providing new decking, tile, and other upgrades. It's a beautiful area! Enjoy!!

I'm writing a review for the complex, not an individual condo. The complex has no handicap parking. The issue arose when I parked close to the condo I'm staying in so my handicap father could get into the room without too much struggle. No problem, we're on the friendliest island around. Been coming here for 27 years, every year. There were several empty parking spots in front of our room. Instead our vehicle was towed in the middle of the night, without warning; with the handicap pass, and the FRV complex pass in the window. No signs or a notice not to park in front of the building we're staying in. To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. Can't even talk to anyone from the complex because they closed the office for the week and don't have any employees to answer phone calls or questions.

A fantastically well maintained and beautifully kept community of privately owned and operated Condo's. This community is filled with awesome neighbors, pet lovers, and the occasional interesting vacationing guest. The grounds are very impeccably kept, filled with large old oak trees, huge magnolia trees with the most beautiful large flowers and lined with cherry blossom trees & azalea bushes - just to name a few. We enjoy private homeowner parking with permit provided guest parking privileges, tennis courts, children's park, a newly remodeled pool area, fire pit and picnic area, dog walking paths, beach access & wonderfully scented jasmine bushes along the well-lighted entry way boardwalks that lead throughout the community. There are outdoor showers for when returning from the beach, a vehicle & boat wash area around the back - perfectly inclined to allow for boat drainage. Very relaxing and enjoyable Island living, most impressed.
