Fleming Island Golf Club

Dead Carts. Bumpy course. Decent drinks. Okay staff. Need more attractive employees.

I had not played here for the last 3 months and could not believe the great improvement of the condition of the course in general. I have played 7 different courses in NE Florida in the last 6 weeks and Fleming Island is at the top of all those tracks. I think the value at FI is great. Try it you won't be disappointed.

It was a beautiful day on the course today. Only played the front nine and it was in great shape. Thanks for being open and giving my friends and me an "out" during these stay at home times.

Driving range grass there is no grass it's just mud The bays are cool but the distance and everything is off

Worst experience I've ever had playing golf. Our group bought 12 fifty dollar tee times and every one of us bought drinks and lunch. This golf club overbooked tee times and mismanaged the number of slots and times so badly that we had people breathing down our necks even after letting several groups in front of us for courtesy. We skipped several holes on request of the club, saying we could come back and finish them. Instead of letting us finish a manager was then exceedingly rude, chewing out my friends in front of 20 nearby people, telling them that it was our fault the timing was off, and that we weren't allowed to play the last five holes. Then he said he'd get a round of beers for our trouble and never did. His attitude was completely unacceptable.

A disappointed 4some played golf on 3/2/23 at Fleming Island. Upon arrival the individual behind the counter was rather rude, but I guess you're that way when you just wake up. We paid and got our carts then proceeded to try to find the first tee, as the course is not very well mark as to directions to any hole. We eventually found the stater who proceeded to tell us only two of us paid, so we returned to the club house and was told I guess I marked the wrong place on the tee sheet by the now awake individual. The condition of the course is average or just below average. The cart paths are in need if repair and the directions to the next hole would be helpful for individuals who are just visiting. I would not recommend playing this course to anyone due to its condition.

I was from out of town looking for a track to practice at for the offseason, the condition of this course was superior to the surrounding courses. My last few weeks they were ON IT with cutting trees/stumps, replacing old bunkers and replacing old water cooler stands etc. wasn't the easiest track but I was there to get better and the condition of the golf course exceeds the price to play it.-Josh Spell

A challenging layout with many risk/reward approach shots because greens are FAST this day. We had breakfast in the clubhouse before our round and stayed for bevvies after. Pace of play was just over 4 hours. A great dollar value and a fun course. Unlike others nearby that think there should be 4 inch rough, Course is designed to be fun. Watch the 17th green, don't be long left. Lol

We played two day ago. Fleming Island Golf Club is a beautiful first class facility. The staff is awesome, excellent customer service, friendly, kind and nice. The golf course is in excellent shape. It is definitely user friendly for all levels of golfing skills. Also, the food is excellent as well. They have a beverage cart. Sam the cart attendant did a great job! Savanah our wait person, excellent customer service. The golf shop staff, friendly and nice. Mr. Raulerson is a first class gentleman. Thank you for a great day of golfing! We cannot wait to go back and play this golf course again!
