Firebird's Fish Tacos (Crispy) were a delightful surprise on a recent lunch outing celebrating a friend's promotion. The tacos themselves were a perfect blend of crunch and flavor, with each bite feeling like a little fiesta in my mouth. Loved the tasteful blend of the cabbage, charred corn salsa, spicy sriracha and sour cream. The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for without being intrusive. The ambiance--an inviting mix of modern and cozy--set the perfect backdrop for our mid-day celebration. Overall, it was a good experience that combined fantastic food, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere.

The prime rib is AMAZING! every time I stop at this location it is a must for me. The lobster queso but instead of the chips I ask for bread way better! Steak and Diamond martini were amazing as well. Great ambiance.

First time visiting, thanks to some gift cards from friends. We made a reservation, arrived on time, greeted and sat quickly upon entering. Our waitress was prompt in getting our drinks and explaining the menu. The food was decadent and delicious! We both got the three course meal and was happy end to end. The steak was tasty and cooked just right. The restaurant definitely had a buzz, but was set up nicely that you could still hear your company. We will definitely return.

I stopped by tonight with my kids. We started with a few bar bites and the queso. The queso was good as usual. My son likes the shrimp so I usually get those for him. We also tried for the first time the steak tacos and crab and corn fritters. I ordered the steak medium but it came out rare and it was as tough as idk what. The flavor was there for the taco as a whole but that steak was like chewing leather. They should either try using a different cut of steak or tenderize it. The fritters weren't what we expected. They were mostly kinda thick bread on the outside with a little filling on the inside. I won't likely order either of those again. For dinner, my daughter and I had the strip steak with blt butter. They were cooked perfectly and the butter was better than we expected. I enjoyed mine with a side of mashed potatoes and she had the port mushrooms. My son ordered the steakhouse burger with a side of fries. No complains on the entree side of things. I also had a red sangria and the double blackblack diamond martini. Our server was excellent and although there was an event out on the patio, the restaurant felt cozy and inviting.

My cousin and I have a bit of a ritual established: whenever either of us is having a bad day, we message the other to see if she wants to go to Firebirds! Guaranteed to brighten our spirits.This is a beautiful place to dine in. The location in the Town Center isn't too troublesome. I have yet to have a bad experience here and the price is reasonable. I will say some of the sides are hit or miss (I stick to the broccoli and mashed potatoes), but their steaks are delicious, sandwiches are tasty, and their lobster spinach queso app is phenomenal! I also quite enjoy their cocktails. I've had several on the menu and have yet to be disappointed there.Overall, Firebirds is a consistently delicious, safe bet. Definitely one of my favorite places to have a tasty, affordable steak in town.

I love eating out at restaurants usually it's a fun stress free experience. Firebirds was not that place. 6 of us went to eat at the restaurant and we seated in one the booths in the back. It was a little tight for a booth. We order two appetizers the Philly rolls (fried wonton wrappers with beef) and the ahi tuna which was delicious and loved the slaw that came with it. So not too long after that, 2 entrees come out, we sit and wait for at least 10 minutes for another entree and a side baked potato to come. I can tell my friends are trying to be polite and wait, but we finally tell them to start eating and their food was cold. Another 7 minutes and 2 more entrees come (not my fish tacos) and by the time I got my food the others had finished. I had ordered the fish tacos grilled and ask if the Sriracha sauce was spicy the waiter said it wasn't and added a nice flavor. Big mistake, the sauce completely overpowered everything, my mouth was on fire! I couldn't taste anything else. So I tell the waiter and they remake the fish tacos without the Sriracha sauce, and they were very tasty, but I notice that the fish was fried not grilled like I had ordered it but I was so hungry at that point I just ate it but got very sick afterwards. I did the waiter about the mistake after I had eaten two tacos and the waiter said to me (I'm not kidding, I wish I was) "what do you want me to do about it?" I was shocked! I did not know what to say to him. I will never ever come back here and I recommend you don't either, I will always pick J Alexander's over this restaurant, and I think there are so many better restaurants at the town center. Mess up my order shame on you, but for your waiter to be rude was unforgivable. Do not eat here.

I shockingly had never been to Firebirds yet, so I wanted to see what it was like. We went during lunch, and it was not very busy so that was nice, we were sat at a nice booth, and the service was pretty good.I selected the fish tacos with a side of the house fries and my girlfriend selected the steak tacos with a side Caesar salad. Both sets of tacos were splendid! My fish was grilled to perfection, the pico de gallo was so fresh with a little bit of spice, and the spicy aïoli on top of the tacos was absolutely fantastic! I ate every single bite! The french fries are huge, so you definitely could have plenty to go home with, however, I was extremely hungry after a morning of running around.My girlfriend loved the steak tacos as well. She said the steak was cooked correctly and also had a fantastic flavor! She chose to do the toppings on the side and said that the pico de gallo was very fresh however, the ably was too spicy for her.Would definitely come back and try something else, and their dessert menu looks fantastic!

Stopped in for the first time to meet some friends for happ at hour after work. The y have a decent selection of bites on special. I had the sliders and they were very good. Others had the prime rib sliders and the crab bites which they enjoyed. The drink specials are limited but the drinks were poured well. Overall it's a nice spot and will probably come for dinner sometime.

Ate here last night (Friday) for date night with my husband. I was disappointed compared to prior visits. Service was slow and my entree (the Tomahawk pork chop) was undercooked so I had to send it back to be cooked fully. Flavor was good but I couldn't enjoy the experience by that point. I hope this was just an off night and not their new standard.
