I found this little gem by accident and boy am I glad I did. The Gods is absolutely amazing, fresh, comes out hot and good portions. The atmosphere is really nice very clean and you get to see a huge brick oven they cook in. The last two times we have been there we were greeted with smiling faces that welcome you in as if it were their home. Our servers (different each time) were very nice, accommodating, helpful and honest. All things that we love. If you have not tried Fire in the bricks you better hurry because you are really missing out.

Pizza was great. We have been avoiding the usual marinara sauce due to one's dietary issues. lol. The white sauce pizza was divine. Meatballs and mushrooms.

Came back with my brother-in-law and his family tried new pizzas , salads and chicken wing the food was was amazing , I highly recommend any of their white pizza in cauliflower crust , for those with diabetic issues , Thai you so much for carrying cauliflower crust .. we'll keep coming back , evething was great guys I know you would love it too ..A Must try Pizza place .

I would love to leave a better review, but this is not up to par with other Italian restaurants in Palm Coast. Four of us went for dinner. Two ordered pizza and they were very happy. I tried a slice myself, and it was good. So I would say if you are in the mood for pizza, this is a fine choice. My wife and I ordered lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs. The red sauce here has zero flavor and I do mean zero. Neither of us finished our meals.The staff was excellent. Super friendly and attentive. Prices were fair and the place is clean and inviting. I could see myself stopping in for pizza if I was in the area, but their non-pizza items need work.

Had a great experience with Noah as our server last Friday. We try to have our Marguerita or Grandma pie every Friday here. There was a slight wait for a table as it was very busy. Our server Noah was just such a pleasant, friendly, and accommodating person. He definitely was the best server we have ever had in the past 2 years there. Fire in the Bricks is the closest place to our NJ pizza we have found down here.
