Fatboy Silogan

I've driven past this food truck a couple times and I finally decided to stop by and I'm so glad I did! Each plate comes with your choice of meat, a sunny side egg, two scoops of garlic rice, macaroni salad, and your choice of sauce on the side. I got the pork tocino and the fried shrimp plate. The pork tocino was so flavorful, tender, and it had a nice ratio of fat to meat. The shrimp were a good size and I got the tossed in the garlic parmesan sauce which was so good. The garlic rice was flavorful and complemented the meat well. The macaroni salad is on the sweeter side which is how I prefer it and the egg was cooked perfectly. The portion size was also good for the amount you pay and the wait was not long at all. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely be stopping by again!

Hubby and I tried Fatboy Silogan for lunch recently and were pretty happy with the food. We had the lumpia, tapsilog (beef), and bangus (milkfish). The beef was a little too sweet for me (purely a preference thing), but I did really like the milkfish. Overall, I'd say the food didn't wow me, but it's overall pretty tasty and can see this be a popular choice to grab a quick meal on the go.

Korean fried chicken was great, the flavor of the sauce was perfect, garlic soy, not too soy like or garlicky, not sticky or 'fake ' flavors added either. The udon noodles with steak were a hit with my husband (whom is a total foodie). The sauce was nice and light, like I said doesn't seem like coming from a bottle at all. Prices were definitely fair based on what we got. Service was friendly, ordered over the phone with a pick up, it was easy and the gentleman went over the sauces over the phone without hesitation.

Extremely good. I had the spam with garlic rice and it didn't even make it home before It was gone. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Worth stopping for.

Very friendly service, but kind of a long wait even though the line was short when I arrived. Decent portions. Garlic rice wasn't as garlicky or flavorful as I was expecting but otherwise the food was good.
