Famous Sandwiches Nbr 3

"We do not serve fast food! We serve great food as fast as we can." These are the first words in the sign displayed by the registrar at this local eatery. Waited about 10-12 minutes for my food which was fine. It was hot and ready to go when the lady called by number. The omelet had large chunks of crispy bacon and thick cuts of onion with a fair amount of cheesy to hold it together. The eggs are cooked to for a beautiful little picket that all the ingredients fit into nicely. Oh did I mention they have cubed potatoes inside as well? Delicious!! The grits were very nice, warm and soft but not a liquid. The cheese kn the bottom took a bit of storing to mix in but that's fine. I paired my meal with a nice root beer and called it a morning. The only downside for me was that the toast comes with jelly and not butter. But alas you can't win them all. I bet there was butter kn the counter I overlooked. They do give you amazing napkins. Actual nice thick napkins. None of that tissue paper disguised as a way to clear debris off your mouth garbage. This place is a nice stop for a fair priced breakfast, $15 with tip, at a decent speed. If you're on this side of town it's worth a try

They have it all.Pork chops grits, cold and hot sandwiches for breakfast, burgers, salads, kids menu.I had an excellent bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.Go to eat there!

I want to first start off by saying that I haven't been to this restaurant since I was a little kid. I ordered the 5 wing combo for $7.99. The food is good and its actually a great deal with the LARGE drink you get with the combo. I will definitely begin to come here more for lunch. Also, I believe they close at 3:00pm everyday.

This is my first time trying this place and I order a grilled chicken sandwich. I would give it 1 star but the lady working the drive through was extremely friendly and apologetic for the wait.The chicken was terrible quality and tasted liked rubber. The pita tasted good that it was wrapped in but as you can see in the picture this chicken looks and tastes like rubber.

This sandwich shop is the best! They just changed the fries, and they're the best thing I've ever had. I eat lunch everywhere, and I have never had better food. Just watch the hours, open, you'll definitely get your money's worth! I'd post a picture but I ate it all!

Stopped by to grab a breakfast sandwich and it was delish! Ham, egg and cheese sandwich on toasted white bread and a cherry limeade. Perfect start to my day:) definitely recommend

I haven't had a camel rider in years and yup they are as delectable as I remember. I had my doubts but that's just the bougie part of me that has to get talked down from time to time. The cashier was sincerely perky and helpful. I was afraid they did not have any non-soda options but there are jugs of limeade and sweet tea sitting on the counter (stand down Bougie Ken and enjoy this jug-tea!). I can see myself coming here every time I get my oil changed next door.

The new name is Nana's famous Grill Had to try it because the other restaurant steak in sack was the BOMB! Soooooooo disappointed y'all just nasty not worth $12 plus for the combo. Not to mention when u ordering she sound like Charlie Brown teacher. Seriously let me pull up stop playing. Please bring famous sandwhiches back north worth $3 FRFR keep driving y'all.

consider calling in your order & they tell you it's 15mi wait time then you show up and they said they never put your order in

I got to Famous Sandwiches at 9:30 am... it took 30 mins just to place order at speaker in drive through. The lady taking orders had an attitude. It took 40 mins to get to window (can't get out of line, because drive through is wrapped). Cars have to wait at window for food 20 more mins (at the least) after waiting in line for so long. Got my card charged incorrectly for food I didn't order. Once I got to the window (FINALLY after a hr and a half), it appeared as if inside orders were being processed, while no one was tending to the drive thru. While trying to get the issue resolved for being charged more than I was supposed to, the girl at the window decided to argue with me after I've waited in line over A HOUR. I will NEVER return. BTW this is my second time trying them, and I have received the same service.
