What a cool and creative food truck! This truck came by my apartment complex tonight and I was excited to try it. I got the veggie spring rolls and a side of fried rice. Both were great! I did ask for the sauce on the side and the sauce was super good. The owner was super friendly and made nice conversation while I waited. The menu is diverse with creative options. Definitely try this place out if you are able to catch them!

Everyone knows traditional eggrolls, South West style eggrolls are becoming the new norm, and Cheesecake Factory have there Avocado Eggrolls, but as the Mandalorian say.. This is the way. Enter the Dragon Roll changes the eggroll game to what I believe are the best eggrolls in the game! Really the only issue I have with them is the number of options they have. You look at the menu and you can't help yourself and will end up with at least 4 different delicious eggrolls, Ashley and I ended up with 9... When going over the menu you will have to read the descriptions of reach eggrolls because the name alone with not always let you know what you are getting. Let i said we ordered 9 eggrolls so let's get it started.2 Pewlwani Pastrami, Filled with of course Pastrami, Swiss, Kraut, and 1000 Island. Amazing this we both agree was one of the best. Basically a Rueben Eggroll. So if you are a fan of the sandwich this is a must.Kickin Chicken, Filled with Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese and topped with buffalo, more cheese and Flaming Hot Cheetos. This one for sure brings the heat and flavor so if you like spicy it's a must. Plus Mac & Cheese in an eggroll who would say no to that. Southern Style, Filled with BBQ Pulled Pork, Coleslaw, and topped with Street Corn, Honey Gold and Sweet & Spicy Sauce. It's BBQ in an eggroll. Need I say more?The Balboa, You know where this is going.. The Philly Cheesesteak Eggroll topped with Teriyaki and Cheese Wiz. This was my favorite but hey I love Cheesesteak. It was loaded with meat and just so good. Who needs to go to Philly anyway.The Cowabunga, Basically a Pepperoni Pizza in eggroll form. This one I was surprised by how much I liked it. I have had a Pepperoni Pizza eggroll at Disney and this completely blew that one away. Pizza lovers rejoice!The Piccolo, This one was a special today so I got very lucky. I mean as soon as I saw the name of it I had to have it. Filled with Chicken Pad Thai and topped will Bangkok Peanut Sauce. Never would have thought I would see the day Pad Thai would be an an eggroll but it works and was amazing.Now yes of course they have dessert eggrolls!The Goku, Of course with the name I had to get it. A Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake Eggroll. Now I'm not a coconut fan but this was amazing. Best dessert eggroll I have every had. The sweet and creamy filling with the crispy and salty eggroll shell works wondering. Even if you're not a DBZ fan you have you try this.Cookie Po, A Chocolate filled Cookie Dough eggroll topped with Chocolate Chips and Icing. Ashley and I agreed it's similar to the cookie dough flautas but better.Now these eggrolls will be messy and can be a little greasy but everything was amazing. We will for sure come back now time we see Enter the Dragon Roll!

The food smelled so amazing. I just had to stop by and check it out. Delicious looking stuff. Gotta try it.

This food truck is amazing, creative, delicious and really unique... they cater parties and even weddings to customize your tastes!!!! Nik started this idea a little over a year ago and it just gets better and better, the won ton nachos with ahi tuna are amazing... follow the dragon weekly to see where he is going, never a dissatisfied customer

This food truck came to my apartment complex. I ordered a roll combo and the WuTang WonTon "nachos"SOOOOO GOOD!!! will definitely order more when they come back again!
