The Gym was good it has a friendly atmosphere and good service to workout at with bikes and other cardio's and machines to use inside with weights as well.

New name and new owner! If you haven't been recently come back! It's been completely cleaned and redone. All equipment has either been replaced or fixed. They're very reasonably priced and have added back some of the calsses. Ask for Brad and tell him Jenn G sent ya!

Great gym! Very clean and welcoming. The equipment is awesome and the classes are amazing! The owner cares about the members as well as the community! I definitely recommend this place!

I was on vacation in Jacksonville and needed a good gym. I found this place which turned out to be very close by. I went there too early and called the number on the door and the owner Brad answered right away and asked me if i could come back or just wait for him. He called me a few mins later to tell me he's on his way and that he really appreciates me waiting for him. When he got there I immediately felt at ease and comfortable just talking casually. Brad is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I told him I'm only here for a week and offered me a one week pass for only $25! I could not thank him enough for this. I really liked how the gym had everything I needed and was very clean. The members were friendly and serious about their workouts. It had a very good vibe and for me that means a lot. If I ever move to Jacksonville which may happen in a couple of years I will definitely become a regular at Brad's gym.
