Grilled corn cake with cheese top with shredded beef in a Colombian criollo sauce.
3 fried green plantains stuffed with shredded beef Colombian criollo sauce.
Cheese tequenos.
Choice of 2 Argentinian (beef, chicken, spinach, or ham and cheese), 2 Colombian empanadas, and 6 ham croquettes with passion fruit sauce on the side.

It has been over 8 months and I have been craving for some Pionono (Argentinean/Colombian dessert) and Guava Cheese pastelito so we stopped by here at EFL and got drinks as well-Café Cubano and ordered myself a Mango Smoothie - very creamy and tasty :)Our server Mateo was very attentive and welcoming. Always a good place to chill as the ambiance and Latin music spreads good vibes whenever I come by.

AMBIANCE: it was OK! Two patrons and one staff member engaged in a very loud conversation which then added a call on speaker - phone becoming extremely annoying.SERVICE: The young lady was attentive, soft spoken & very polite. However....FOOD: Was NOT good. Ordered a Media-Noche sandwich & a salad! Being Cuban, my expectation for any Cuban food is tolerable but still high! The sandwich was a very poor excuse. Can't really screw up ham, cheese, or egg bread... but the pork has to be on point!Whatever that ground up mess was - was terrible! The salad... picture someone chopping up lettuce, then smothering with cheese, a few tomatoes & overly ripe soggy (near rotting) cucumbers!The next day...let's just say ...sitting on the toilet was more than routine!Very sad indeed!! It's a shame when cheap Burger King French Fries were probably the better part of the whole meal! Used to really like this place!! We hadn't been to the Empanada's Factory in a very long time, mainly because we moved. So when we were nearby, we decided to revisit.Not sure what happened! The place was always full before but empty on this occasion; perhaps I now know the reason! From 5 star mom&pop place to two thumbs down disappointment. Unfortunately, we will not be making any effort to revisit!

Really a solid place to get empanadas, and Service was really stellar. I need here a few months ago and I realize I never finished my review. And now for life of me I can't remember all we had, which means I have to go back and try it again.I will update my review when I go back This is a very casual location, probably not suitable for a date night, but the food was good and the service was great .

This was a very pleasurable first time here. The staff was very friendly. We were warmly greeted when we came in. The restaurant looked clean and inviting. We were immediately seated, and got our drink orders handled. The food order followed shortly. Rest rooms were clean, lighting was great. Our food came out quickly. We had two pollo empanada's, lechon asada, Chimichuri steak, rice, beans and plantains. All of it was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Great fast service and amazing Cuban food!!Hands down the best Media Noche Cuban sandwhich...I get it every time! Tons of meat...I also get their Provoleta with Chimichurri, if you haven't had it your missing out!! Enough to share with 4 people or have as the best deconstructed grill cheese sammie ever ha! They also serve great Cuban coffee and empanadas! If you haven't been here you need to try them out :)

'Merienda' is the Spanish and Tagalog (Filipino) word for a late afternoon snack, I mean it was almost 5:30 PM so time for a sweet treat!Since I was feeling a little hambre (hungry) Also ordered Beef and Ham N'Cheese Emapanada along with el favorito- Pionono, sweet savory pastry layered with toasted cream and syrup-Yum!For drinks, gotta top it off with Cafe' Cubano, be careful as the caffeine craze on this small cup can get you productive for the rest of the evening!The ambiance and vibe along with the awesome service from the EF Crew is always top-notch. This restaurant was recommended to me and I went this weekend, service was great as soon as I walked in I was greeted and given a table, everything on the menu looks very good they have food from a few Hispanic countries. I asked for churrasco steak and OMG!!!! Delicious it's a very large dish I was not able to finish it but it was so good I totally recommend it. At the time of my visit they were playing a soccer game and it was a very good time.
