Elizabeth Fusion Kitchen

The truck is cool looking and the owner is nice but overall Elizabeth didn't quite live up to my expectations. I rarely complain about price but for $15+ I would expect a little more. My coworkers echoed similar conclusions. I'm just not getting enough Yums per dollar. I ordered the noodles with shrimp and I it was well executed. The noodles and shrimp were both cooked almost perfectly. The dish on a whole just lacked bold flavors. In the end it was forgettable. All the best to this food truck they are not short on passion and attention to detail. There is a lot of improving to do in order to be an A-list truck in JAX.

Ok, so this is a bit of a tough one for me. No lie, I am not quite a 'fan' per se, but also think this food truck is more than "A-OK". So I like trying food trucks... I just don't come across one too often. So when we drove by a neighborhood and saw Elizabeth Fusion Kitchen food truck, we made a stop and even though, we already had another to-go order from a restaurant in the car already, lol, we still stopped to order a few things to take home.We tried the grilled chicken entree and a side order of wings. Ok, so I do like the ingredients, bright and fresh, but the chicken was slightly, ever so slightly, dry, though it does have good flavor. I do like the rice and veggies in the dish. The wings were perfectly cooked, but it was a bit too sweet for me, which is really just a personal preference. I can see those who enjoy sweet savory dishes would love these wings.So overall, I'd go back to try other dishes if I come across this food truck. Just with some minor things and personal preference that make this about a 3.5 for me.

I really enjoy thier food when they are at the urban food court down town. Really tired of them always being out of drunken noodles every single time. This seems to be one of the more popular dishes and they never have enough for the 3 hrs you are supposed to be serving food. Have more of these available....Had to get the tikki marsala instead and it was really not good today. Missing any real veggies and I got the vegetarian. The spice is off and the rice is crunchy. I've had it before and not hated it but wish I had gone to another truck today instead of wasted my money.

The wait was horrible for a meal of one. A bit too expensive for three pieces of shrimp. Fresh veggies and a decent amount of drinks. Wouldn't be my go-to place, but it is doable. It's not enough for what was paid, the egg rolls were a bit empty. The women working on the truck were nice, obviosly they were working hard, but didn't meet the expectations. Menu was simple, and it was different from other menus because they were hand outs.Overall, not bad but not extremely good. Could use more work on the time.

I tried out this food truck today and was pleasantly surprised. I'm normally not a big food truck person because too often I've left feeling like I didn't get my money's worth (small portion for the price). This was not the case with this food truck. I ordered the grilled chicken ramen and it was very tasty and there was a generous amount of chicken in the bowl. It was a Vietnamese style ramen which is different but still really good.

Glad for fusion options! This time around had shrimp fried rice. Not bad. Wish that they would offer spice levels. I like a little kick with Asian food. The shrimp and rice are cooked perfectly. Nice touch on the vegetables.

Horrible service and mediocre food after a very long wait. Combos came with a drink last week but this week it didn't anymore. Person serving was a middle aged woman with short hair. Extremely rude to the customers and the cook. She had one egg roll left and refused to sell it to my friend who was willing to pay for a full order of 2 because she said you have to order a combo to get it. If their food was spectacular, I'd say it was worth it but I don't believe that they can stay in business too much longer if their poor level of service continues, not while other awesome food trucks are out there.

Ordered the chicken fried rice. Food was great and vegetables very fresh. Staff was great and food came out in timely manner. Will eat at this food truck again.

Expected a quality meal, I was feeling a little ripped off by the price.$17.12 for Shrimp&Crab fried rice Special, waited 30 minutes for the order and I had 4 cups of rice, 5 shrimps, a sliver of crab meat and few pieces of carrots and squash........food was awful and so was the service!!

I wish they had more options than pad Thai and rice vegans. I ordered pad Thai and it was ok. The wait was long. About 30 - 45 minutes. Prices are kinda high.
