One cup of coffee in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting. Not sure what the issues are here but always takes forever

2 milkshakes that take nearly 15 minutes to make??? Guess they had to go out back and milk the cow or something. Geesh!

My sons 2nd birthday was today and he has an egg allergy. I was having trouble figuring out what to do about his cake since most contain eggs and vegan cakes are hard to find. We decided to try an ice cream cake but most places still use cake with their ice cream cakes. I called Baskin Robbins and Amaya helped me out. She got in touch with Amber and confirmed that she could get an all ice cream cake created just the way I wanted. Amber did a great job with it and everyone including the birthday boy enjoyed it. I'm so thankful that they were able to do this for me especially on short notice. Thank youAmaya and Amber and Heavenaya. I really appreciate you guys helping make my sons birthday great!

I can't even tell you how many problems I've had at this specific location and could prob tell you none I've had anywhere else. It's one thing to make a mistake but when the staff is rolling their eyes, mumbling under their breath bc they forgot to add certain ingredients to your drinks & so on it's just uncomfortable and isn't a way you particularly wanna start your day at 630am. They forgot whip cream but didn't even wanna mention how they forgot the caramel drizzle I asked for twice now. Very unprofessional staff by far. By far the worst Dunkin I've been too. I've driven to the next closest one quite a few times just to avoid this one on monument but sometimes I'm running behind and don't have time to. Why aren't the managers or higher ups doing anything about this? I can't be the only one.

Besides being super slow they have no idea on how to make unsweetened ice tea, tasted like iced coffee. Don't even think about ordering a Chai latte with almond milk. Can someone please teach the workers their job?!?

Doughnuts... I am old fashioned; I like cake doughnuts and plain, simple black coffee. The drive through is slow because people order complicated coffees, if you want just doughnuts, counter service is best.

This is a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robins Ice Cream place.Went in there at 7:40 pm they closed at 10:00 pm and half of the Ice Cream was put away. Was told they couldn't get it out. I will never go back here again.

Ill never go here again! 30 minutes and still in line. Its totally cold and not a latte at all. Its like dark coffee. Never again.And then she tells me to have the day I deserve!! Ha!

horrible forgot 10 coffee and bagel minis order was 33 fing dollars and was coming back and forth to the window telling us they already gave the full order and then took all points from dunkin app even though it "didnt " apply . worst customer service ever. literally clueless workers someone fire those mfs

Went to drive thru- placed order, got my sandwich just fine- employee came back with donut holder and I saw powdered sugar and said we ordered all chocolate and she said damn it!Walked away came back with the munchkins- I opened it to check and it was correct and she said to the other employee maybe she should have ordered express pick up- she is crazy. Cannot believe I was treated this poorly.Also cannot reach customer service due to holiday.
