This isn't your typical Mexican restaurant--it's authentic and absolutely fantastic! I had the Birria tacos, and they were nothing short of amazing. My friends tried a variety of dishes, and every single one impressed us. Miguel, one of the owners, stopped by to personally check on us, which was such a nice touch. His friendliness and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. The customer service here is top-notch.It's a newer spot with an attached market, making it a unique place to enjoy great food and explore. If you're craving Mexican cuisine that stands out, don't hesitate--give them a try!

The food was some of the best Mexican I have had in a while! While I don't speak Spanish so that was only slightly difficult everything still went well and all food came out as ordered. The restaurant is in the back of a market and is very cute and quaint. All of the food was great, I would go back any time and highly recommend. My quesadillas had steak and shrimp that tasted like it was pretty fresh, not the tiny shrimp most places use. Go check it out!

What a unique gem. I love places like this where you have to go through the store to get to the restaurant section. The grocery store is so clean and has a great assortment - spend some time in the store after you eat. The meat department gave us some made fresh daily chicharrones and they were great.Pros:* Great portion sizes* Great taste* Great variety on the menu* Fajitas - great portion size, fresh and taste was great* Burrito (steak) - excellent portion size, good taste and loved it smothered with quesoThe service was excellent. Everything was delivered to the table quickly.Looking forward to coming back and trying some more items on the menu. Birria is becoming more popular in the area and I've heard they have a good one.

I would rate this a seven if humanly possible,The steak was cooked perfectly and the limes were easy to squeeze, I had very VERY little problems with this food, i absolutely loved the street tacos, keep up the good and authentic cooking, my only problem was the fact the tacos had one tortilla and not too, yet still, 5 stars.

After reading a rave review for a hidden gem of authentic tacos, we just had to give it a try. So, we stopped at Dos Amigos Market and Cantina on Beach Blvd, and we're glad we did. Their review was spot on! We tried the tacos El Pastor, Chicken Tacos, and of course, the Carne Asada tacos - all of which were seasoned to perfection and served with homemade tortillas that made them even more delicious. Accompanied by chips and salsa and a refreshing Mexican cola, our tummies were thoroughly satisfied. The friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere only added to our delight. We will definitely be back for more authentic dishes!

Yelpers Im baaaaack! I know MIA for way too long. Sometimes life throws those crazy curve balls and you have to take time out to get yourself together so here I am back to what makes me oh so happy! So I was introduced to this little gem a few weeks ago by my awesome daughter! You walk in its a mini mart from fresh cuts of meat, veggies, canned goods to bakery yumminess! The restaurant part is in the back a bit small but absolutely clean and opened area you can see the kitchen. Yelpers when I tell you I was wowed off my feet...believe it! The best birria tacos in Jax in my opinion. Meat full of flavor tender and juicy, cheesy goodness and fresh homemade tortillas. Yes you heard that right! My daughter had a steak burrito with a corn tortilla ...thats right corn. My daughter in law had chicken fajitas which smelled amazing and for app we had the guacamole and yes fresh made. Highly recommend my new love lol! You wont regret it. Prices are not bad running about the same as other places.

Decided to try this restaurant tonight with my family. We all ordered different items. Food was served very fast, tasty, with large portions. Had a mango margarita and overall kinda weak on alcohol but reasonably priced. Place is clean and decorated nicely. You have to walk through a store to get to the restaurant and this seems odd. Manager was friendly and I shared a few comments on improvement. Definitely worth trying this place.

Located in the back of a Mexican grocery you can the restaurant; it was by chance we stumbled into this place since we were looking for some specific spices. My wife and I were very excited because the grocery store is STOCKED, so the Mexican food must be great too right??? The first issue came up with the waitress if I wanted my tacos americano style to which I had to say no 4 times... corn tortilla, onions and cilantro please! As for my wife they did the opposite.. (she's a little bit tanner then me..) she kept asking for flour tortillas .. no onions... they should know better than to assume by skin color.. my family is from Jalisco.. we ordered carne asada tacos, lengua tacos, and birria tacos. The food came in less than 10 minutes, which was amazing! But to our surprise, it all lacked flavor. We ordered the flan for dessert and you can tell that it was old and frozen at some point. We asked the waitress and she told us they don't make it in house. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, but the grocery store is great! We will be back just for the grocery store.
