Dolce's Pizza

Had their Zeppoles for the first time...Yummy in my tummy! I enjoy visiting when craving a fresh and tasty pizza nearby. Owners and staff are always friendly and professional. My fav place to sit is at the cool and comfy bar to enjoy my drinks and food. Hope to see y'all there soon and join me for some good eats!

Great Cozy Atmosphere with an extensive menu for any hunger for Italian cuisine with the friendliest staff and the Fastest Service.I started with the Fresh Made in House Baked Breaded Cheese Ravioli with a fresh Marinara which was vibrant and delicious My Entree, The Penne Alla Vodka was one of their Specials of the day with fresh baked Focaccia Bread and I couldn't decide on Dessert between the Cannoli or the Tiramisu, so I tried both and took the rest home. This Hidden Gem somehow has eluded me, but I won't let my Yelp friends let this place be missed. So if You're near the Mandarin area of Jacksonville Florida and looking for a new place to take your loved one, sweetheart or hell just treat yourself, stop in Tues through Sunday and Grab Lunch or Dinner, and tell them Big Rich Sent Me!!

The good is that the pizza tastes good. And they do add cheese on top of the toppings. The bad is that just like a recent reviewer, this had to be the smallest large pizza within a 10 mile radius. We are loaded with pizza places - local joints and chains - and this "large" definitely was closer to a medium. The reason they started adding cheese on top of the toppings is apparent in that they are hiding the skimpy toppings. Hardly any meat at all on a deluxe which lists pepperoni, sausage, and beef. I know costs are up but I felt a little ripped off today. We may have to take this spot out of our rotation.

Just love this place we go at least 2 times a month sometimes . We shared a specialty pizza the one ricotta cheese so delicious,antipasto salad (it's not very big) Zeppoli for dessert so yummy. Had a few beers.

Meh. Nothing horrible, nothing particularly good. I ordered the pasta bolognese and it was fair at best. Zero seasoning, way too much sauce for the pasta and not really a bolognese. Salad is really just lettuce and cheese with 2 small pieces of anemic tomato. Not really worth the cost and definitely won't return.

Having been here before, this was particularly disappointing. Quick review. Ordered two large pizzas for pick up. $60. Both pizzas looked like mediums. The white pizza? Flavorless. The Buffalo chicken? Flavorful but undercooked. Nope.

The dough is top notch. Light, crisp bottom barely any flop, solid pizza for anyone looking for an excellent NY slice.

This was the first time visit. The food was delicious as well as the service. According to the pics on website it has been updated. Nice and cozy and quiet which I prefer over big restaurants! Hidden gem in Mandarin just before the Julington Creek Bridge.

We love Dolce's! The service is great and it's our favorite spot to pick up pizza near our house. They remember details about our order and always go the extra mile.

Always provides "light sauce" for my granddaughter and accommodates my husband's throat issues with a Stromboli substitution. Always delivers on time or sooner! And good pizza!
