My husband and I went here for the first time to watch a football game. He likes chicken wings and had a coupon from the high school football team fundraiser. We were greated and seated quickly and our server came an took our drink menu rather quickly and gave us time to look over the menu. There is a separate bar area and lots of tables for large and small groups. I ordered a cheeseburger and my husband ordered wings. We enjoyed our food and watched the game. The service was very good and our food wash fresh and we enjoyed everything. It was a nice break from the place we used to watch the games and the food and service was better. We will be back with friends next time!

Review and rating does not reflect the service from our waiter. He was very friendly. Could have been slightly more attentive. But he was understanding and helpful in dealing with the rotten salad problem. Service was slow front of house and in the kitchen. Waited to be seated because no one was tending to front of house and a line of about 6 parties formed. Waited over an hour for our food after ordering - was not a particularly busy night. Also waited a long time to be able to cash out. Food was subpar. Both side salads went uneaten, as they were full of rotten pieces of slimy spring mix. Super off putting and made us not want to eat them after picking the pieces out. Classic burger lacked any flavour and was very greasy. Given the shrinkage of burgers these days, the size was decent, just not seasoned or flavoured in any capacity. Of the 10 wings, 2 different flavours, only the Boom Boom wings had any flavour. Fries were okay, also seemed unnecessarily greasy. Typical sports bar vibe. However the booth seating was insanely uncomfortable, had you sitting rim rod straight on a super narrow bench with minor cushion. All around just not a great experience, would not go back again.

This restaurant is very large. A lot of the items can be a tease but try what u like. the wings are tasty. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE! It is always a benefit to the consumer to dine at a place that is different WITH a arcade. Rated as a returnable restaurant. customer service and food prep is slow but friendly. waiter is knowledgeable and takes time to review menu items a gives sauce choices.10+ rating for the food. the wings were delicious and very flavorful. meats are masterfully tasty. they have several veggie vegan options. fair prices and alot of items are in the range of $10 -$25. The decor is fancy and meets the atmosphere for the jacksonville bar crowd. the have cornhole events. alot of great ppl have been.

I will NEVER step foot into this establishment again!! I ordered a side of potato salad with my tenders and they gave provided it in a condiment cup, not a bowl. Then when I called and spoke with a manager she told me that they just started making this today!!! Like WTF!! They have gotten the last dollar that they'll ever get from me.

Bike night used to be real good until the manager ruined it. Then the new owner starts if up again. Real busy at first. Packed. Same manager. You guessed it. She ruined it again. Service so slow it takes almost half an hour to get a drink and food takes 45 minutes to an hour and comes out cold. They do not allow the full menu for people that are there for bike nite. Just a limited mostly fried menu. They move the tables from the patio to the parking lot in the sun for the customers and put the band or dj on the patio instead of where they were in the shade in the parking lot where the power is. If you ask for the manager, she will not come see you, just relay a message thru the server.I suggest that you download the app life kitchen so you can look up restaurant inspections. Their last inspection, 7/12/23 score only 85 which is a B. 11 issues including several repeat.

Arriving a bit after the lunch rush, I was pleased to be immediately seated at a large booth with no one else nearby. This was pretty cool in the COVID days but I hope that doesn't mean that they don't have enough business.I was pleasantly served by a lovely waitress who took my drink order and then my food order. My boneless chicken wings arrived about 15 minutes later, obviously cooked fresh as they were quite hot. Crunchy outside and soft inside, the sauce was spicy and delicious. The chicken pieces were just a bit bigger than bite-sized and ten of them was enough for a good meal.My main problem here was the sticky table that had not been cleaned properly. Love to go here for cold beer and wings. The wings are always cooked crispy and are a good size. The service can be hit or miss at times. The Victory Lane Wings are my favorite as I am traditional but my wife lives the Florida Girl and Georgia Girl flavors. The Southwest Egg Rolls are probably the best I have had and are always hot and fresh. The beer is always cold and pairs well with the wings. They have outdoor seating which is always nice in good weather.

The service from the front of the house to the back of the house. The host looks sloppy, our waitress looks like she would rather be anywhere else than taking our order. We waited 25 minutes to be seen by our waitress with only 6 tables, not in her section. This location sucks.. Dick's wings do better.
