Delicias Of Portugal Bakery II

We keep driving by this place and decided to give it a go. The staff is EXTREMELY amazing. They are sweet, and welcoming, and helpful. The seating area seemed clean and there were tables with chairs and tables with booths, so even though it's a small cafe, there was plenty of room. The reason for the three stars is that the food and coffee were just ok. It almost felt like food my tia would make at home, which is good, but just not what I was looking for. Also, no menus or food name plates in sight. If it's your first time, you need someone to help you to tell you what things are. You also have no idea how much anything is, which can be frustrating. Nothing was overly expensive, though, like $4 for each food item and $7 for each coffee.

I hate to leave bad reviews but that's the purpose of it. So people can see your experience there. Unfortunately my husband and I had an awful experience this morning. We stopped in to see what they had (first and last time going). Bought cookies ,bagged and coffee. Coffee was good but "oh my god" bugs in the cookies!! I hate to even add I took a bite when I saw them. And yes THEM it was not a 1 off. So here's my review. Sorry but not sorry.

Twenty dollars for a loaf of bread, thats just too much money. Maybe they have other items but those prices scared me from returning

Continental bakery focused on high quality pastries. Palm Coast is lucky to have this little gem in their backyard. You'll be hard pressed to find a nata outside of Lisbon this good. A nice selection of sweet and savory Portuguese, European and standard American style pastries. Quality quality quality!

This is one of my favorite spots for pastries and bread. However on Thursday past I bought a sweet bread and paid $20 for it. I got it home and sliced a quarter of it and distributed it to my guests. It was stale and dry. This was unacceptable to me so I returned it Friday morning. I was told that is Portuguese bread. No alternative or compensation was offered. I was so upset I thru it in the bakery's trash can. Mind you I purchased the same bread at the bakery on Old Kings Road and paid 25$. So ...did I pay 20$ for 4 day old sweet bread? I don't know! Rolls baked daily will continue be my go-to if and when I get over my disappointment.

Outstanding! Was looking for a place to get a breakfast pastry while visiting from Idaho. Upon walking in, couldn't decide on just one... and not a single disappointment. Extremely friendly staff, very clean environment, and worth every penny.

Delicias is one of the few bakery's Palm Coast has. They have an assortment of sweet treats and breads. We decided to buy a couple different goodies to try and they did not disappoint. The eclair was a good size and the filling was delicious. The apple turnover was light and tasty. We still have a couple more to try and plan on it later, give them a try when your in the area.

Looks like 'a little hole in the wall', but so worth frequenting!I forgot what real expresso tastes like. No more Starbucks #coffee for me; this place is my new 'go to'.Brush up on your Portuguese or Spanish, or listen to a tv tuned to a Rossii, Lisboa channel. Smiles compliment delicious, homemade pasteries & rolls with meat, espresso & other beverages.

This was such a cute little bakery. The staff was friendly, would go back again. The cupcakes were rich and decadent! Really worth a try.

Service was phenomenal! We had a cappuccino, galao, espresso, and some desserts! You can taste the freshness of everything! Very delicious! Found on our way checking out the area and will definitely be back when visiting the area! The place felt homey and like being in Portugal! Everyone was so friendly!
