Forgot things from the order, Philly's were absolutely tasteless, chili fries were pure salt.Service was friendly, but poor in that with a 4 person order, two items were made incorrectly and two items were completely forgotten.Price would have been great if the service were better and the Philly's tasted good... but those Philly's were horrible.The regular Deli sandwiches were good; but after the mistakes and the non-caring attitude about them, I just can't see going back.If you do go... skip the Philly and get anything else.

Ordered a 8" Philly Cheesesteak, the peppers and onions were ice cold, so strange. Bread and cheese were warm, it was odd eating a sandwich with ice cold vegetables mixed with warm bread and cheese. Fries were fantastic. Iced Tea was out during lunch time, they did not refill it during the time I was there, not sure out often they do so.

Stopped here on our way from Atlanta to Tampa. Saw it on Yelp while coming thru and decided to give it a shot. Ordered online while coming to town - as this is a great option for travelers coming to the area. As for the food - I ordered the meatball sub and added a black and white cookie. The sub was standard, nothing overly great or poor about it. Good enough. The black and white cookie - the cookie cake part was stale. Badly stale.

They've got tons of options and even some other options besides sandwiches like burgers and hotdogs. I honestly can't speak too much to those since I always get their sandwiches. An easy going atmosphere with some small outdoor dining. It's one of my favorite sandwich shops.

My family is from NY so they appreciate a traditional NY deli and this fit the bill. It was a Saturday and pretty busy so I had to wait about 15-20 min past my order pickup time but I didn't mind too much since I know the sandwiches were being made fresh. Really just reviewing the pastrami sandwich here, I'm always on the lookout for a good pastrami. Overall it seems like a decent sandwich shop, very large menu, but I was pretty disappointed with the pastrami here. It was cut pretty thick, had a significant amount of fat on it, and really lacking in flavor. Basically equivalent to what I would expect from a Walmart deli. I didn't catch what brand they use or if they make their own, but regardless it isn't good. The bread, mustard, and coleslaw were good, but unfortunately not so with the meat. I'm sure they have some good stuff, but wouldn't go for the pastrami here.

Ordered a salad online. When I arrived to pick it up they asked my name and promptly handed me a bag. Upon arriving home, I discovered they had given me someone else's salad. When I looked at the receipt, it even had all of the other persons info on it. I called and they told me they had my salad there. I returned to get it and was not offered an apology or any type of compensation. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Rude and slow service. Messed up my order twice and had to wait almost a hour. When another customer tried to talk to the cashier she said to go to McDonald's and refused him a refund. Food was okay not worth the wait, time, money or hassle. Also, seeing the owner argue with other reviewers show a bit of the actual service that was received. Definitely not going again and not recommending to anyone.
