Culver’s

Open for just one day, this Culver's seems to be running quite well. Although they had to close early on the first day due to a water issue, on day two, they are welcoming people with a smile, making food fresh, and moving customers through the line. We got the butterburger and sourdough melt, along with a couple of shakes, fries, and cheese curds. While they got my mix-in wrong for my shake (butter cake instead of chocolate cake) and it was much more of a concrete than a shake as all the mix-ins were at the bottom of the cup, they were very nice people so I let it go. I've loved Culver's for over a decade and a half, since my days living in Minnesota, and I'm very excited about this new location. It's great to see more Culver's around Jacksonville.

I absolutely love that this is now super close to home. Their customer service parallels Chick-fil-A! It's my pleasure, it's our pleasure, along with a bright smile and fresh hot food - what more could you ask for?I know what I asked for, gluten-free... They have perfected the gluten-free process. I can enjoy a delicious burger without worry. This new store flowed so quickly and so smoothly I was in shock at how quick from when I placed my order until I was headed home, seriously mere minutes!! The outside of the building is pristine, they have ample parking, and I'm sure the inside is a sparkling clean as one would expect.

Love the mirror tags to get orders at drive thru! Friendly staff! Burger was great ! Fries were hot and cheese sauce delicious!

Culver's is our go-to place. Customer service is generally up there close to chick-fil-a. Food is hot and fresh and I can honestly say, they have never gotten our order wrong. That says alot given that every other fast food and others short us food and/or mess up the orders. They just don't care. Culver's treats you right and gets it right.The menu is plentiful with something for everyone. In addition, plenty of dessert options. They are known for their desserts. It is a destination just for that. We will continue to go for the cook to order food and fantastic desserts as well as stellar service. So glad they have moved into the area.

Opening week for Culver's Hodges and it was delicious! Their staff did a fantastic job of welcoming and staying on top of keeping things clean and moving. My favorite is the Atlantic cod fish sandwich. I literally dream of how light and flaky the sandwich is. We finished dinner with some yummy custard! Make sure to check out their custard flavor of the day

Every time we come to this location, it's exceptional. Food is always so fresh and yummy. The service is top tier always. Tonight we had Adriana at the window and she was so sweet and patient. She was so amazing! Had to let yall know how awesome your crew is!

Honestly this is one of the best fast food burgers I've ever had. Its tasted like it was fresh off the grill. It's not as quick as most fast food places but so worth that small wait! Also the cookies and cream custard was phenomenal

This time I tried the sourdough melt. I won't order it again. I preferred the things in our standard meal, which we got as well: the cheeseburger, fries with cheese sauce, and vanilla custard.

Every online menu I searched had no prices! unbelievable! with the climate this nation is in why would any business not show prices? I guess that may be the way to get you in & well since you're in there may as well pay the price & stay. That's a real lousy way of doing business, for that reason I will never go back to a Culver's! Although The burger was good. fries were like licking a salt lick & obviously frozen. DONT ORDER FRIES! Grilled chicken sandwich was average to taste but small, the size of the chicken piece is something you'd use to make chicken tenders.Chili was really good. Chili deluxe had a few pieces of onions, minimal cheese & sour cream out of a packet.My hubby loved the shake, Im not a big egg custard person so he had mine. lolWe sat inside and it was very clean, including restroom! It is a newer location so everything is nice & appealing.The server James, he needs to slow down a bit & speak clearly. James, not everyone that goes in there knows the menu or has been there before, try to keep that in mind. He made me feel that I was holding up a line.There was no one else waiting.Although everyone knows what they like on a sandwich, sometimes you may want to try something new & feeling rushed is another reason why I will not go back.James was in such a rush even putting our tray together that I had to go ask for a spoon for the shakes, mayo.Btw it was a $35 bill for 2burger, chick sand, fries, onion rings, 2 shakes & large Chili. NOT WORTH IT!Cracker Barrel wouldve been better for a few bucks more. GO TO CRACKER BARREL UP THE ROAD, instead!!!!
