Crunch Fitness - Orange Park

I went to Crunch Fitness as part of the Yelp event. Customer service was great and accommodating. As it was my first time there, I asked for a tour of the facility and they let me know it's the second largest Crunch Fitness in Florida. From walking in, I could already see how massive the place was and how much different equipment they had to offer. I went during a busy period and there was still plenty of equipment to choose from. Comparing to other gyms that I go to, they have different equipment that I didn't see at competitor gyms. There is a basketball court and comparing to other gyms, their boxing area offers more. I tried their infrared sauna as that was another option that I didn't see at other gyms. With how big the place is, how many people, and ongoing classes, it can be quite loud. It gave me opportunity to test and see how good my headphones noise canceling option is.I would consider joining as there are locations nationwide and several international locations. There's three different membership options with an annual fee if you're budgeting and thinking about pricing. They are not 24 hours so that is an option to consider for someone like me as I like going during afternoons and evenings. The reasons I have to consider weighing my options is that I already have two different gym memberships to 24 hour location gyms. For me, the drive to the location is also a factor.

Terrible customer service, denied my free trial pass and was rude to me for no reason. Blatantly cussed in front of my and was not nice at all. I'm not used to terrible service from crunch but I'm not going back to this location

Nice gym with plenty of classes and equipment to aid in your health journey. Convenient hours and many locations.

I signed up for the gym and attend the Crunch Kick off with the PT manager, Austin (who is conveniently no longer employed there) I signed up for PT sessions every other week but that very same night, my grandpa passed away. I called Austin to let him know my situation and would follow up when I got back. While in New York handling the passing of my grandfather, they charged me a total of times. I sent several emails and made several phone calls to the PT Manager and Physical Trainer and heard back from no one. I always had to make many attempts to make contact.I asked that they see my special extenuating circumstances with the obituary attached and close out the PT going forward until I could make it back in state. I then in January made several attempts to schedule through text, email, etc and received no response. All the way they continued to charge me $110 every two weeks. I finally spoke to the manager, Justin, who I had to call 6 times to get a resolution and I was told even though no services were rendered despite all my efforts and communication and their lack of that they could only cancel the contract a bit early. This was the first I heard of any contract! I was never advised and told the terms. I was only directed to sign where I needed to sign.Even though no services were rendered and the quality of communication, professionalism and actual effort to honor their side of the so called contract - they told me that's all they can do and eat the cost basically.Avoid this gym! Go to small time gyms where they are actually human and care about people and doing the right thing.

Love Crunch! Great employees and trainers. There's plenty of equipment, a good variety of classes and the hydro-massage chairs! I've had different gym memberships over the years, and Crunch is by-far the best!

I can see after reading others reviews that this gym is predatory. I was a founding member, here from the beginning, used the trainer service at first but they could not keep trainers long enough, It seems i was just getting weighed in every week or so.A few months later I injured both knees and was out for a few months, but I kept my membership hoping to get back in the gym but when I tried it was just too painful o my knees so I canceled my membership, or so I thought.They never charged my card again so I thought I was done but earlier today I received an email threatening to send my account to collections. After a few emails I realized it was going to cost me more money to fight this than the 178.50 they were asking for so i paid. Still unsure why 1st they weren't still charging my card and 2nd if you're not getting paid you should cancel membership not let it go for 5 months then threaten collections.Just another predatory company with questionable employees in charge, if you need more proof just read more of the reviews from other people

Best gym in the area! It is live and the energy is above other gyms. People are actively doing things that average people don't do which is inspiring and energetic. Majority of the people that attend are passionate about working out and I have personally seen many people transform and attend regularly. Everyone seems to be engaged and after their goals, which also gave me the same motivation and Yes! I have seen great results because of the influence at this gym. Go see for yourself if you don't believe me. Also! Don't be shy! because there are lots of people there that are in great shape at all ages.

I LOVE this gym. And if you go and have ANY issues ask to speak with Bianca, THE best employee of them all and I think pretty much all of them are great. She has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me no matter the issue. I swear I might just love this woman!! lolThey have a great, clean, well equipped facility. I am an above knee amputee with a Service Dog and even my dog feels comfortable there!! THEY are the real judgement free zone. They have machines, weights, cross fit equipment, martial arts/boxing equipment, TONS of different cardio. Its amazing. PLUS tanning, hydro massagers, redlight therapy. The ONLY thing I wish they had was a dedicated handicapped shower room like many LA Fitnesses have as I have to take my leg off and such to shower and would prefer my dog in a locked room with me. But thats literally the only little thing I could cry about if anything!!And if you are Military do yourself a favor and join. Discounts AND a better gym than base!!

The ENTIRE Staff are ALL AWESOME!!! They have excellent customer service skills, very professional and overall, no fluff, you can tell they TRULY CARE! Also, the other members help maintain the positive energy. It's like one big family!I've already referred 7 people to this location in my 1st month of which 4 joined and I'm sure the others will soon. At the end of the day...Phenomenal Service in a Phenomenal Atmosphere where its Always Crunch time!!! :)

H. K.Good gym for the price and the various fitness equipment that is available for you to choose workout with. The equipment is spaced out comfortable distances apart.The gym provides group training, spinning classes, ( and the classes are almost full, when I have taken a moment to observe them), boxing classes, and personal fitness trainers. Sanitizer and wipes are readily available to everyone to wipe down the equipment before and after use of equipment.The staff is friendly and courteous, and the facility is clean which ismost importantI most definitely recommend this gym. to the average individual youwho is not looking for all the bells and whistles and expensive membership fees.
