Critical Awareness

Took a Class D class with Paul. He made the somewhat dry material fun and still informative. I ended up enjoying the class more than I thought considering my experience and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to take the class.

**Disappointing Experience at Critical Awareness**I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Critical Awareness, a school that my husband, military friends, and I once highly recommended for obtaining security licenses in Florida. Until recently, we had a positive impression of the school, but my recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned.I attempted to cancel my class two weeks in advance to get requalified, and despite reaching out multiple times to the owner's girlfriend, Destiny, I received no response. I left several voicemails, yet no one bothered to get back to me, not even on the day of the scheduled class. This lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional, especially for a business that is supposed to serve military personnel and their families.At this point, I feel I have no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank due to the lack of response and the failure to honor my cancellation request. It's disheartening to see a business that once had such a good reputation fall short in customer service and accountability.I hope that Critical Awareness can address these issues and improve their communication with clients in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this school based on my recent experience.

Is the best training for your Security D&G classFrank Piper is down to Earth but is straight up when it comes to Saftey so don't mess around pay attention and he will help you with his professional training and years in the security industry
