Amazing staff and leadership!! Nice facility! Always willing to help and adjust if needed. Would never let anyone else car for my baby. Have had a great experience and would recommend to anyone. They do run deals and those are always helpful!!

My daughter has been going to Creative Minds since she was an infant and is now 4 and my son just strarted this past year. The teachers are awesome and my child has learned so much. Love Mrs. Donna she communicates with the parents very well to keep us informed. Everyone there loves the children as if they were theirs.

The director was nice but had very low energy. The director was also the receptionist and special care coordinator, so between speaking to us she was giving orders to teachers via the speaker to each classroom. We didn't receive details about the curriculum or anything that distinguished their quality of care. The most time was spent on the multi-page contractual terms and what we needed to sign. Although children aren't permitted on the playground when the back gate is open, which is necessary to service the trash compactors, I have concerns about safety. The teachers seemed nice and attentive, and they do have cameras where you can watch your children. The rates are slightly lower, but I would recommend others even based on that. There was a lot of tenure with the staff, meaning people have been there a long time, but that can also result in complacency. There were multiple red flags for me - safety, levels of sanitation, leadership and quality of care. Sorry to give a poor review but this is a really important decision for parents.

Awful experience at this daycare! I pulled my toddler out of this daycare because I keep finding staples in her shoes and socks from when the teacher would use a stapler at the kids table for arts and crafts. She also almost ingested a staple so at that point I decided to remove her as they did not see this as an imminent threat to my daughter's safety. Furthermore, they increased the tuition by $100 a month without any notice whatsoever. The price we were paying for the lack of safety and professionalism was not even close to being worth it. I was truly dissatisfied with this daycare as they failed to provide a safe and clean environment in which I felt I didn't have to worry about my child while at work. I would seriously re-consider enrolling your child here especially if safety is a priority as it should be for all parents. This daycare facility's top priority is only to enroll and make money instead of provide a pleasant and safe environment for babies, kids, and toddlers. Please beware before enrolling your precious little ones here! Additionally, I called to retrieve the tax identification number for tax purposes and the "Director" Donna answered the phone and was unbearably unprofessional and just downright rude! She could barely answer a simple general question about the company's tax identification number. I'm so glad my child is no longer a part of this god awful environment. Again, please be extremely weary about leaving your children under these people's care!

So disappointed all the great staff has left. Ms. Cythinia, Ms Chrissy, and Ms Jennifer. They were the best. Not sure how i feel about the new VPK teachers but haven't heard anything great from other parents. Kids aren't well supervised. Staff in the late afternoon turn there backs and kids are off doing something mischievous. On top of that they are always changing rates and don't even give you a heads up. Some many changes with this new director. Just because they are changes doesn't mean its always good.
