We heard amazing things about @Corner Sushi--great food at reasonable prices--so we decided to give it a try. Spoiler alert: It did not disappoint!The atmosphere was delightful, with high-end furnishings, soft trendy music, and no harsh lighting. Walking in, the first thing you see is the sushi bar, where skilled sushi chefs craft their masterpieces. The space, which seems small from the outside, is surprisingly spacious and comfortable inside.Our server was attentive and friendly, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. I started with the Salmon Katsu Roll and the Crazy Girl Roll--the latter being our server's favorite. The Crazy Girl Roll features shrimp tempura and cream cheese wrapped in rice, topped with avocado and a jalapeño slice. It was a show-stopper--visually stunning and absolutely delicious! The Salmon Katsu Roll was also great, but the Crazy Girl Roll takes the prize.My husband opted for the Chicken Udon Noodles, which he said were fresh and packed with flavor.The meal began with clear soup and a ginger salad, and to our surprise, we were treated to an "on the house" Yoyo Roll--krab stick and cream cheese, deep-fried and topped with green onions. It was so good we ordered another (this time on us).As if the meal couldn't get better, we ended with a delightful New Year's surprise: a slice of strawberry cream cake, light as a feather and a perfect sweet note to end the meal.From start to finish, @Corner Sushi delivered exceptional food, service, and atmosphere--all at a very reasonable price. Hands down, the best sushi in Saint Augustine. This place is a definite do-over!

Food spectacular. Service great. The ambiance very Japanese. Live this place a bit far from home.

A little hidden gem at the end of a strip mall. It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it is clean, modern and is pleasingly decorated, comfortable and family friendly. The service is attentive and friendly and it's nice that they start you off with a small free appetizer and end your meal with a little piece of cake. The food is fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. We've enjoyed visiting multiple times during our stay in St. Augustine and look forward to returning next year.

Stopped in at Corner sushi for some rolls before heading to the beach. The miso soup was good. Good service quick rolls. Small dessert at end complimentary.

!!!5 star experience in a strip mall! There's something special about this restaurant and I'm gonna talk about the warmth and love the employees have here. This is what sets them apart from the rest. From the minute you walk in the door, a free sushi app arrives at your table. Its called the Yo-Yo. You can feel the welcoming atmosphere immediately. Everything came out promptly! Next they brought out our soup and salad. The miso was delicious and the ginger dressing was refreshing and had a nice tanginess from fresh ginger. The rolls and Chirashi bowl was fantastic. See photos! We will definitely be back. The little dessert at the end was such a nice touch. Thank you to the amazing staff!

WHAT A GEM! My boyfriend and I took a trip to st augustine for our anniversary. We are sushi fanatics, and this place did NOT disappoint! We got the love boat for 2 (it was only like $50) and the fish was SO FRESH! There was a complimentary appetizer (a yo-yo roll) and a little complimentary chocolate mousse cake dessert. We also ordered a chef specialty roll (totally forgot the name of it. I think it may have been the Barron roll?), and they really loaded it up with deliciousness. We will definitely be coming in again next time we are in town :)

GREAT selections! Sushi is fresh and expertly prepared! Staff is friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable interior. We were presented with a nice complimentary app as we waited for our appetizers of Yellowtail Jalapeño and Rainbow Naruro, which were all fresh and addictively delicious. Naruro is a bit large and it took two bites for me, but delicious all the same. Our mains were all rolls: Salmon Skin, Double Salmon, Oshinko, and Vegetable. Everything is so expertly prepared, fresh and addictively delicious! My personal favorite (although everything was great) is the Double Salmon Roll. Spicy salmon and crunch inside with avocado and salmon on top. Cooked crunch and salmon, both spicy and sashimi coming together to make a perfect bite!Can't wait to return and try more delights on their varied menu!Highly recommend

Service was exceptional and we're given a few free treats unexpectedly. Location is easy to get in and out of and the restaurant was clean and comfortable.I had the filet and shrimp hibachi others had sushi and all of it was exceptional. Prices were also a nice retreat from the tourist areas of St. Augustine. I highly recommend Corner Sushi if in the area.

Located in an out-of-the-way strip mall on the south side of St. Augustine sits Corner Sushi, on the corner of the building. If you didn't know it was there, you're not alone. Where is this you may be wondering? Behind McDonald's! Yes, there are businesses in that strip mall!Honestly, I had a little difficulty maneuvering the menu. Ingredients are not listed, what it comes with isn't noted, etc. A friend of mine who frequents this place helped me out, but I still had questions, so it was a tad frustrating. After all, if there is something we are allergic to or don't like, we want to be afforded the opportunity to omit "it". I guess I'm not the only one...whew! Good thing I had my friend with me who knows this place, not everyone has that. So, if you don't "know", just ask. I thought they were a tad pricey at first, but didn't realize the extras that come along with each meal...like soup and salad. The food is good, but nothing grabbed me, nor stood out. Perhaps I ordered wrong. The service is quick and friendly...which is nice. We ordered a large to-go order that was done much quicker than expected. Plus, to our surprise, they included some extra goodies...that was nice.There is indoor seating and a place to sit to wait on your to-go order and/or wait for a table. It has a nice inviting atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming. There is a huge parking lot for the strip mall, so no issue finding a spot. There are restrooms as well.
