Looking for a breakfast/lunch joint on a Saturday, and found copper Lotus. Looks like a pretty good place but it's not open on the weekends and I didn't see it on the web page. So maybe another visit will work or maybe not. Your mileage May vary.

This is the spot!!! The lady behind the counter was so sweet and gracious. Excellent service. She had no issue helping me customize my breakfast (celiac - no gluten). She turned a wrap into a salad for me. The coffee was delicious and served as the "life giving elixir" I truly needed. I was thoroughly impressed with this place! I even made an unnecessary purchase (of items already in my cooler) just so I could spend more money here. If you're in the area stop by. If you are a patient here, it should be a can't miss spot on every visit. I highly recommend the food and the service alone deserves more than 5 stars!
