Colossal Dogs & Burgers

Tried the bacon and cheese dog as well as the chili cheese fries it was great. Customer service great food hot and fast gold mine

Colossal Dogs & Burgers is just a little hot dog, burger and taco counter order place located in the food court of St. Augustine Oulets. I had a burger and though nothing exceptional, certainly decent enough for what you might expect from a little counter order food court service. As there isn't much of a staff to the place, the wait times can become excessive, as they did with me, when there are several customers. But as it is pretty much a one person operation, rather expected. Though I wouldn't deduct points, the Food Court itself doesn't amount to much. It's clean but has the cheapest of furnishings along with a seriously dated décor. I certainly don't mind the beige color but it would seem like someone went out of their way to bore me with it. And, who wants to be bored by beige. LOL!

On my second visit to this mall I walked into the food court area and decided to try this place. Only a couple of the restaurant choices were open and I was more interested in here than the pizza place. I had read some reviews before coming and they are all over the place. Better to judge for myself. Being from Chicago I decided to try their Chicago dog, minus the tomato as I can not have them. I took into consideration that they use Nathan's hot dogs which I have had trouble with in the past. I also ordered fries and a water. I sat and waited for them to call my number. When it was ready I took the whole thing in. While it looked good it looked nothing like a Chicago dog should. I had a choice of yellow or spicy mustard and I went with yellow. The relish was a regular one and the onions were few. They used thick pickle chips and there were 7 sport peppers on it. It did have good flavor and for the price I did enjoy and would order it again. The fries were a deeper golden brown than I usually find and tasted great too. I would definitely go back and try more from their menu as they make a good greasy spoon. The two guys working were not wearing masks or gloves but both seemed friendly.

First time trying this place out, wasn't sure what to expect considering the mixed reviews. There was only two people working there, one in the front and the other in the back, think they might've been running the food stand next to it as well. Service was pleasant, food came quick and it wasn't that pricey, $22 for 2 medium combos. The tenders were pretty big, it came with four and a good amount of fries. The fries were probably the best, they were perfectly seasoned. As for the tenders, they were alright. They were cooked throughly so that was nice but the sauce wasn't that good. I'm a pretty big fan of buffalo flavored things and it personally did not taste that good to me. Overall I'd recommend this place and try it out again, but i'd go for something different.

I must say that this has been the best food I've had yet while on vacation here. I ordered the Southwest BBQ burger and fries. The burger was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The fries were cooked to perfection as well. My kids had the chicken fingers and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was perfectly browned and the best he's ever had he says. The chicken strips were juicy and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly. This will definitely be a place I return while I'm down here on business trips and future vacations.

The staff is fantastic and my Buffalo Chicken Strips were cooked to order - spicy in my case with extra hot sauce on the side. If I worked here or lived closer I would come quite often!

AMAZING service! The food was the best I have had in a very long time! I would definitely recommend this little hidden treasure!

10/10 in all aspects, for a outlet food court I wasn't expecting however I was blown away! The lady at front of house was sweet and happy, the food was extremely fresh and cooked to order too! The vibe of the staff made me feel like a million bucks.. 10/10

Wings!!!! Stopped in for a quick bite while at the Outlet Mall. It was awesome. The staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Got the chicken wings, lemon pepper. They were awesome. Well worth the short wait while they are made fresh and hot, perfectly spiced. They even let you order ALL FLATS! I will be going back to the Mall ... just to get these wings.

Terrible attitude for no reason, slick comments and lady acts like your stupid or something. I ordered something and by the end of my friend ordering I said that I changed my mind and wanted to get something else and she told me it was too late. Never coming here again, attitude ruins whole experience and peace and will to eat.
