Found this place by accident and thought let's try this local spot. Ohhh & they are the home of the big Cinnabon! Yummy. Home made breads & friendly stay. Good breakfast & lunch. Pepsi products (blah that's my thoughts I'm a coke drinker ) a good amount of parking. A must check out spot!

Best burger I've had in Palatka!! Not only is the burger fresh, they bake their own rolls every morning!!!! Adds so much to it! Be sure to add bacon, it's thick cut. Near and clean inside. Very attentive staff, they work great together and help out each other the ensure patrons are happy and get served fresh hot orders. And if ambitious, get one of their massive cinnamon buns, covers a whole dinner plate, bring an appetite or someone to share!!!! Also, not on menu but you can get rolls to go, $5 for 6!!!

Wow, breakfast was good! Place is bigger than it appears from the outside. Retro decor and great staff!

Good food, great service! Can't beat the gravy and biscuits, even a half order is big. We always eat there when I come to town.

A hidden gem in Palatka with great food an great service. It's a local favorite an I can see why. The food has that down home cooking feel with a great service to go along with it. Everything I have tried there so far has been terrific. So I highly recommend trying this place and never judge a book by its cover because like I said the food and service are perfect

This is the one of the best places to eat for breakfast - although it's off of the beaten path it's definitely a true must to stop by in a little town! Our visit started off with being greeted with Chesley - smiling away. Chesley was so polite and attentive to our needs as we were a group of six. She'd constantly said yes mam'm and sir which is not heard of nowadays after every sentence. Hats off to her parents for those manners! The place has old school red and white vinyl chairs and outdoor hand saws, hammers, etc on the wall - yes a true southern diner in Florida. They had home made bread which was delicious. My husband had the French toast, two in our group had the BLTs - made with their home made bread, a big Ol tomato and the largest leaf of lettuce. I jumped out of my box and ordered the corn beef combo with the home fries with onions, homemade toast - delicious. If you're lucky enough you can buy a home made loaf to go! And the best I've left for last we took home the biggest cinnamon bun ever made - watch out Cinnibon you got some seriously competition in Florida! Chesley says it warms up in 30 seconds. Thanks again we will definitely be back and highly recommend this local diner in Palatka.

We've lived in Hastings for a few months and finally tried this place out. It's a very busy little place, but the service was great and friendly. Our server Lisa was awesome. There was a huge party next to us that was extremely obnoxious but she handled it very well. The food is definitely homemade for real. The pancake i had was, i kid you not, probably one of the top 3 best pancakes I've ever had. The homefries didn't even need ketchup they were seasoned nicely. The grits were pretty good as well. My wife had the french toast and it was so delicious. I'll definitely be here again. The prices aren't to bad either.

I came into this place looking to satisfy my country breakfast tooth and it's exactly what I found. What a poetic way to dish the classics that are missed by others so often. It takes a certain set of skills to be a cook in this type of establishment. You have to be fast, attentive and blessed with a great ADD syndrome. I know......Trust me. And so I'm expecting my eggs to be over cooked when I order over easy, but not here. This cool hit the mark on point!The service was outstanding. The warm greeting felt like walking into my best friend's home. I can see why all the regulars keep coming. I'll have to try their lunch menu next.

Food was horrible and wasn't what was advertised on menu and no flavor but I ate it anyway and the waitress was horrible had to wait for refills and our bill will never go back again ever

Breakfast was excellent. Their biscuits are HUGE! Service was good, tried and true staff.
