They have a tremendous, high-quality menu for a neighborhood bar. The food is fresh & there is always a couple of tasty additional specials, not on the menu.There is usually some form of additional entertainment every evening, except Mondays.Completely ignore the closing hours for this venue. Typically, they issue last call between 10:30-11:30 Sunday - Thursday, with the kitchen closing earlier. It all depends on how many patrons are in house and frankly, how moody the closing shift manager on duty happens to be! There are no set, posted hours. It's really at the discretion of whomever is on duty at closing.

Yes this is a dive bat but has quite a following that comes here. Saturday night and knowing a member in the band playing that night... had to support my friend. Yes cliffs has live music. And usually pretty goodFor being a bar they have a pretty good selection on the menu. Not sure how late the kitchen stays open. I ordered 2 hot chick's which was 2 Buffalo chicken sliders with fries. Not bad Not bad at allService was good. The waitress was definitely on the ball and busy. Yes will be back

03/2024Cliff's Bar & Grill was a fun time for live music & drinks on a Saturday night. It was a decently busy time & while bar seats weren't available when we arrived, we didn't mind sitting at a high top table to enjoy the band. Our server Tori was amazingly sweet & very attentive! Other patrons we interacted with were also very friendly. There are dart boards & pool tables. I would visit Cliff's again.

I stopped in here on a Tuesday night which was bingo night and the place was very busy. Our server was very attentive even though she was running around busy! The place was a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I would like to return here for future sports games and try some more of the food. The vibes were chill and seems like it could be a good sports spot. Few pool tables to play on as well. I will be coming back here when I'm in a dive bar mood.

So years ago this place was yucky and smoky and really the only place with live music. Today it's def cleaner not smoky and service was great!!! Had a vodka champagne from the bar and they noticed something was floating in the drink. They got a new bottle of vodka and poured it for me the only downside was it was hot and the champs was flat but could have been worse. We order pulled pork nachos and a burger with whiskey onions and onion rings. The nachos had good flavor and the sauce was good. Def needed more cheese or q cheese sauce but flavor not bad. The burger was decent onion rings frozen and kinda soggy but all in all pretty ok for a dive bar. Our waitress was very sweet and running all over she was busy but didn't forget anything!! Drinks are cheap too so def check it out

This is one of the only places in Jacksonville you can get a decent meal. If you are from up north you know what I'm talking about. Typical bar/ burger spot. Jacks drunken burger is amazing, the onion rings are fried perfectly, French dip is tender and full of flavor, and the tots are crispy. Staff has always been super nice and helpful. Only down fall is no mozzarella sticks or gauc for the burger.

It's seems a lifetime since I visited Cliff's. Today was the day to return.It was my weekly lunch and libations with my bestie! We bellied nip to the bar always our seats of choice. Greeted my a bartender who quickly fulfilled I thirst quenching decision.Now to the menu. It is large and every item sounded appealing. We settled on burgers and tots. So good!I need to keep Cliffs on my radar and visit on a music night as well. See ya soon!

Cliff's Bar & Grill is a good place to kick back with a drink, maybe in the company of friends and enjoy a nice time out and about.The bartender was friendly and professional and added to the overall positive experience. All in all, I had a good time at Cliff's Bar & Grill. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend a visit here.
