Classic Cakes

My sister's wedding cake was from Classic Cakes. I seriously have never ever tasted something that good! It was a super moist raspberry cheesecake filled cake. I had at least 35+ people ask me, "Where did she get the cake?!". Our wedding anniversary is coming up in March and I'm going to get them to make us a smaller version of what she had. Classic Cakes blows all of your typical wedding cakes out of the water.

As we just passed our first anniversary at the beginning of this week, we finished off the remaining pieces of our top layer. A year later and it was still just as moist and sweetly decadent as the night we got married. I am here to tell you Carole makes the best cakes you will ever put in your mouth! We ordered our rehearsal dinner cake from her - chocolate on chocolate and everyone of our 200 guest were raving about it! The cake was also served at the wedding- Vanilla on vanilla and it was an absolute hit as well! I can assure you you will not be disappointed with any cake you ordered from classic Cakes. And I must add not only were the cakes out of this world but carols service and set up was impeccable. She delivered on time as she said she would and displayed the cake on a beautiful gold cake stand. It was a beautiful presentation!I live in South Carolina and my son lives in Orlando so my plan is to place my order with Carole and pick up my cakes as I drive back home from my visits with him.

Loooved our wedding cake from here! We got snickerdoodle, strawberry cheesecake, and red velvet. Guests raved. Can't wait for our 1 year so we can eat the top! Worth every penny.

I was married at the TPC Sawgrass Club House last week and Classic Cakes is their exclusive cake vendor. Thank goodness they are! Their cakes are beyond amazing!! The icing is so smooth and delicious and it was hand piped to match the lace in my dress! Absolutely perfect! Only thing I would change would be to make the entire cake be the same as the grooms cake. We had the chocolate with Reese's peanut butter filling for the rehersal and every single plate was LICKED clean! I have never seen a cake get eaten so fast! Best cake EVER! I dream about it.

By far the best cake in Jacksonville! I met Carol about my wedding cake and she was so delightful and so helpful in selecting the perfect cake for my big day....down to cake flavors. I was so thankful to have her expertise because she was spot on! I was so impressed by her and her husband's work that I went back shortly after to order a specialty birthday cake. We had an "End of the World" party on 12/21/12 and Classic Cakes' "Apocalypse" cake was our center piece. Not just yummy but the perfect amount of festive! I can't wait to use them again in the future. You HAVE to have their chocolate peanut butter (Reese's) cake. By far my favorite!! Love them!! They have a passion for their work and it shows!!

Our venue required us to order our wedding cake through Classic Cakes. I am so glad that they did. Had we not had that requirement to use them and did not find them during the planning process, it would have been our loss. Planning session was seamless and the cake was beautiful and delicious. We will be using them again for other life events!!

They made my daughter's 4th birthday cake and it exceeded our expectations!! It was the most beautiful cake I've bought and tasted just as great! I recommend this bakery to anyone! We will definitely be returning customers!!

My husband and I were married in December 2017 and had Classic Cakes do our wedding cake. It was absolutely perfect! We sat with Carol for almost an hour during our consultation and designed a custom three-tiered red velvet cake. The drawing of her plan on the day of our consultation matched our cake exactly. It was also super delicious and moist, and everyone raved about it.
