Chuck E. Cheese

Came here when we had a day off of school for my nephew's birthday. We got there right when it opened (apparently others had the same idea, too). There was only one person working the register, so it moved pretty slow, with the amount of people in line.They did have one person utilizing the register and one person stamping everyone's hands.Once we got to the register, we reloaded time on our cards. I do like that you load time, versus just paying per game, but I do think the price is high for what you're getting.When we got to playing games, it appeared at least eight games were out of order, which was a bummer. By the time we left after an hour, five out of the six skeeball machines were broken.Did my kid have fun? Yes, he did.Will I be back? Yes, because I like to make my kiddo happy.

We came here for a birthday for my son's classmate. It was my first time at Chuck E Cheese in Florida! I was surprised by the size and how clean the facility is. There were plenty of games for the kids to play and it appeared to have a variety of game ranging from the younger children like 4 to older kids about 10 years old. Their birthday party packages included a lot and now they offer "adult" food items and some also alcohol beverages. I didn't have any interaction really with the staff.

We frequent this location a few times a year, the staff has always been accommodating and patient with me and my kids. They remember our faces and make sure we are always happy

Was just here today to celebrate my sons birthday. It was obvious they were short staffed, all employees were covering many positions. We asked when Chucke E. would come out to make an appearance & with being short staffed they were able to make it work & it just made my sons day! Thank you!

Really clean despite my expectations! The food was just okay. And we weren't crazy about the 2 drink maximum. But our daughter had a great time!

My son loves this place... For the first 45 or so minutes. Kind of sucks they could not combine multiple play cards. We have about 5 different ones with tickets somehow, so it would have been nice to put all the tickets on one card, but we are going to try to use it from lowest to highest. Most of the games seems to work here, and their buffet was stocked. Compared to the orange park location.

Monday is fun day part 2 of my grandson 5th birthday bash. We celebrated yesterday at Dave and busters. More crowded than normal. Acchool is still out. This is a fabulous place for younger kids. I didn't see the big ginormous dancing mouse today. There were screaming kids and pizza for food. Plenty of pizza. I love pizza! For a schedule event or an impromptutu party fly to Chuck E Cheese. It is right around the corner from Main Event. Happy birthday Nolo!

10/10/2020Here again for a grandchild birthday party....they have taken serious the restricting the number of people-which is good. Most are kids accompanied by adults...the adults did have on mask! They do temperature checks at entrance. It seemed several of the games were not working but the kids are brutal on them! My daughter bought passes for the kids to play games for 2 hours($30 a kid) not sure if that included the pizzas but truthfully...the pizza are good! The kids get fruit punch/lemonade-adults can get beer of wine at $6.50 each but you may need it...lol!

We have had a birthday party with them and it went smoothly and as peacefully for parents as a kid's party can possibly be :) We booked with De'Andres, and was very welcoming and helpful, addressing all concerns.In my opinion, place is more kid-oriented than other well-known birthday locations and being smaller and better organized it makes it easier to manage the kids. They also have stamps on entrance, and there are no big and dangerous physical activities, mostly arcades and a couple of small trampolines so we found the place to be safe enough for various ages.

Used to be good no service and nobody there checking you out at the door! Manager is weird and kept following my daughter around. Very weird creepy vibe.
