China 1

Growing up in the North I was exposed to "New York" Chinese food, so I have set my expectations high for take out Chinese food. China One doesn't come close to that, but it is one of the better options in the intercoastal area (better being relative).China One offers your typical dishes and also Thai dishes. None of them are terrible but none will blow you away. I've noticed that sometimes the same dish will taste differently from time to time...sometimes better sometimes worse. At the end of the day you can get a cheap meal that will fill you up and is usually decent. Don't be discouraged to try just don't expect greatness.

This has been one of our go-to spots for fast and cheap Chinese food. They're very quick, and although they're by no means the best Chinese food I've had, I'm always happy with what we ordered. Their pork dumplings and cheese rangoons are delicious. We've had a couple night we're we've just done a couple orders of each of them, and are always happy with the decision!

China 1 is always a solid pick for Chinese takeout! If you're looking for some good won ton soup or fried rice this is the place. They also make delicious sweet and sour chicken as well as orange chicken. If you ask me what my favorite item here is though my answer would be crab rangoons all the way. I'm sometimes not in the mood for meat so I will get the plain Lo Mein and fried rice. Definitely recommend for fast and consistently good Chinese takeout!

China 1 is everything you want in a dumpy, Chinese takeout restaurant. The door is always open, the employees are yelling at each other, and the exhaustive menu contains your favorite Americanized Chinese staples for mere pennies.The pictures on the wall look as if they're from 1987. The floor is sticky, the ceiling tiles dirty and the weird West-wing wall mirror, cracked. However, the portion size for the price is completely worth it. Egg rolls, beef and broccoli, pork fried rice, curry chicken, tofu and vegetables, spare ribs, etc. I've eaten a giant chunk of the menu and I can't say I was ever let down. Granted, it's not the greatest Chinese meal of your life, but it gets the job done.Phone in orders are usually on time for pick up. The cell reception in this plaza warrants investigation, so I realistically have triple the check-ins than what Yelp says. Oh well. Live long and prosper!

Your good, basic, fresh-from-a-strip-mall type of America-Chinese. Fast, convenient and tasty.

DONT ORDER ON FRIDAY NIGHT. Ordered at 5:30, checked the box for delivery at 6pm. Received our two General tso's at 7pm. After calling them twice and told it was on its way. It finally did. And yes it wasn't hot anymore. 1 star cause the food is good. But everything else is terrible. Order for pick up. Nothing else.

Didn't even make it far enough to try it. It's 2024 and places are still charging fees to order online. I will not give business to greedy companies like that.

The two stars are for the service. I've gotten take out from here for years and the quality of the food has gone downhill. The chicken in my latest meal was tough and .inedible; after eating about one quarter of it I threw it in the trash. If this was a one-time occurrence there could be forgiveness, but this has become the norm over the past year. I will be finding a new place for take-out.

I've never had any issues with their orders. I always do pick up and it's always ready and the food tastes great!

I love China1's House Special, which some else recommended too. I have to try other menu items that look very tasty to me. Take out Service is quick and there's a small but comfortable dining area if you want to eat in.
