Chez L'Amour

This was my first time here since Chez L'mour's media night mid/end of summer. I specifically drove from Jacksonville on this particular night for a reservation with a friend to see Rachael Warfield play from 6-9pm. The ambiance is just how I remembered. It's beautiful inside chez l'amour. There are a couple dining rooms, a few bars, extra bathrooms upstairs, and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the live music while also carrying on a conversation with your table. We started with the bread service, had an espresso martini each which was very smooth and really hit the spot! We then ordered some caviar, one more cocktail, & beignets with prosciutto. I meant to order the delicious ube dessert along with their sorbet featured but we ran out of room. We thought we might come back later to enjoy but we didn't make it back in. Perfect to come back another time and try! I really love this dining space paired with their live music they schedule each night. A wonderful treat and the perfect reason to make the trip from Jax.

Christmas Eve prix fixe prepaid menu. It was creative and unique and Chef Ellie Rose pulled out all flavors in her creative selections. Service was good considering how busy the restaurant was - fortunately it was a bit "all hands on deck" and that helped.We were seated in a far back room near a portable stereo. Got some ambience bit missed the live music being performed up front. And for those who have need - there is parking!

During the busy Nights of Lights in Saint Augustine, I parked nearby and started walking toward the Christmas lights when I came across Chez L'Amour. The gorgeous atmosphere, live jazz music, and supper club vibe immediately drew me in--I just had to go inside. Even on such a busy night, there was no wait, and we sat at the bar. The espresso martinis were made to perfection, the tostada was a 10/10, and the Wagyu beef slider was amazing (I'm a beef lover, so it was an obvious choice for me!). This place is now a must-visit every time I'm in St Augustine.

Only comeHere if you like great vibes , knowledgeable bar staff , and establishments that welcome you . We came here just for a drink and found so much more. . I'm a tequila guy and the manager Guillermo had tequila's that were hard to find. Our saber was great . The DJ and drummer added to an unforgettable vibe . If you are in St Augustine come here only if you want to feel great and have a blast . We loved it . Will come back .

Wonderful service, very nice atmosphere, loved the small plates, drinks, and wine selection. A must visit!

We were passing through St Augustine after a day on the waters, decided to eat here since it was one of the only Restaurants in that Downtown area that had parking spaces available.We walked in and were promptly greeted by a Gentleman that asked if we had reservations? We replied "no" and he seated us.The decor is a little odd, there doesn't seem to be a theme, it's a mix of contemporary and not even sure how to describe it, there's a lot going on. They had a set up for photos, and Luxury handbags set up on a back Bar area, the employee said it was a Pop up Shop.We ordered:SAN MARCO SCALLOPS scared, beurre blanc, basil oil, charredThis was delicious, but only had 3 Scallops, perfectly cooked and great flavor.COCONUT CURRY POPCORNpassion fruit, raw honey, whipped garlicThis chicken was so salty i had to eat some of the bread they served to try and help with the saltiness.The sweet bread rolls were very goodI was not impressed with the food or the Service overall.

If you're looking for a space to rent with delicious food, impeccable service and a gorgeous, unique aesthetic - look no further. Some fam booked Chez for a birthday celebration and it was an incredible time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the bar was a whole vibe, and there was room for a band and dance floor.The service was fantastic. The staff poured drinks, refilled buffet items, and cleared plates like ninjas -- smiling ninjas, of course. The food was yummmm--we had the Fritto Broccoli, fries, steak sliders and datil pork belly--and my mouth is still watering just thinking about it. And guess what---they have their own parking lot. It's not huge, so if your invite list is long there is street parking along the road, too. Will definitely return for a normal night of service when they have live jazz.

Dined with friends last night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Chez L'Amour! Loved the musical duo. Chef nailed the food (as always) but the night was made even more special and fun because of Joey - our talented and hilarious server! Five stars!
