I was introduced to Cely's at the Riverside Arts Market in downtown Jacksonville, hosted on Saturdays. Their team is incredibly fast and kind.Cely's fried rice and chicken skewers, known at RAM as "meat on a stick", paired with their lumpia are a filling treat. The food has depth and flavor, and man do I wish they had a brick and mortar location close to home because I'd frequent it all the time. One of the best meals I've had in Jacksonville for a low price point and high value.

First time ever going and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely amazing flavor and just such sweet people! I had to keep coming back because of my pure excitement about the papaya salad! The lumpia is so crispy, you just fall in love. The lady that helped my partner and I was so sweet. We came back 3 times in the same day. All of the food is just so tasty. I wish I would have asked their names but I will in the future because I will definitely be back!

Got the combo meal at the Riverside Craft Beer Festival which included meat on a stick, 2 lumpia, and pancit for $15. This was a great deal for the amount of food and it was delicious

Pricey is the only thing I can think of while eating what I ordered at Cely's Food Truck. For the price and portions, it wasn't enough.Aside from that, tastewise...the Meat on Stick and Eggrolls were good. The Pancit was okay. I wish they offered more. For $12, I was hoping the food came in a regular to-go container, instead of a half the size container. One thing I did not get a chance to try was the Fried Rice, so I cannot comment whether it was good or not.Good service. Food came out quick.

John and I have been on the Pancit and Lumpia food hunt for months now and this was a no brainer when we saw the table set up at Riverside Arts Market. John nearly jumped up and down when he saw "Lumpia" on the menu poster hanging above the table and quickly joined the line. I went to an adjacent food vendor and we sat down after we were both through our respective lines. The breeze off the river helps with the heat as we tried the dish that came with chicken on a stick, pancit and lumpia! The chicken made John's eyes roll back- I agreed with that sentiment upon taking a bite. The pancit was good and the lumpia better than good! John said the woman in front of him ordered 30 lumpia! Hmmm-mmm yup~ iz good, iz good, izzzz goooood! We will be sure to keep an eye out for them again in the future! Worth the wait in line!

Whenever I go to Riverside Arts Market, Cely's Filipino Food is a regular stop. Delicious marinated chicken on a stick, crunchy lumpia, and fantastic pancit are my normal go-to's. Today I ate light and only got the chicken and lumpia, but it's always delicious. They usually have the longest line of customers and for good reason. The scent of the chicken being cooked on the flat top wafts throughout the entire market. You can't help but be directed there. Your mouth salivates and your nostrils flare to take in the smell. If you ever visit RAM, get lunch at Cely's. You won't regret it.

I've seen Cely's stand at RAM often but this was the first time the line was short enough to tempt me. It's a very popular little spot.I opted for the combo, $11 for pancit (or fried rice), a chicken skewer, and 2 lumpia. They also sell canned soda and bottled water. The lumpia was fantastic. Perfectly crispy, good ratio of wrapper to meat inside, not over cooked or too greasy. The chicken skewer was fresh right off the griddle. The gentleman there was cooking them constantly the whole time, so there was always a very fresh supply. The pancit was a bit awkward at first to eat with a spork, but I soon got the hang of it. It was mild, but very tasty. (There were various hot sauces on the table at the stand but I chose not to add them.)The price is equal in value to other meals at RAM, but was a nice amount of food and it filled me up. Thankfully, it sat well in the oppressive August heat.I definitely recommend trying Cely's out, especially the lumpia!

This place is always sold out at the end of the day. So I was so excited to see them at the Riverside Arts Market with no line! (BTW their lines are so long sometimes!)The service here is prompt and fast. We got the combo with skewered chicken, pancit noodles, and one lumpia. The skewered chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. I loved every bite. The pancit did not hit home for me, however. Every one makes their pancit a certain way and this one wasn't jiving with me. Their lumpia, however, should be sold in bulk! It was so addicting!I would definitely come back and try their fried rice but not make the mistake of only getting two lumpias. They are a place worth trying if you love Filipino food. Everything is made fresh and right in front of you!

This past weekend we went to River side market and decided to get the combo with pancit and and separate order of pancit. first off we've been coming here for 5 years and it's been good but the last year or so has been not so great , the customer service is garbage , she didn't even let us finish telling her our order as she kept going down the line with people behind us for their order , OH and to top it off we got food poisoning.
