I love making my own falafel bowls at Cava! Always a healthy, filling, and flavorful meal! I usually opt for arugula, lentils, falafel, corn, tomatoes, cucs, and extra pickles +\- some sauces (yeah sauce = extra calories, but who can resist that garlic sauce?!?!?!) Love the order ahead drive thru pickup only line, or ordering in & dining in is fine too. Despite sharing a parking lot with chickfila I never have a problem getting in and out quickly.Man writing this review makes me think I need to get cava tomorrow lol

We love a good cava bowl and this location always gives great portions. I like the assembly line style foods so you can customize it as much as you want. We hardly ever hit a line and their 10:45 open time is perfect for our Saturday morning post gym lunch. It's a fast casual restaurant and it's very clean.

My daughter and I eat many of our meals in restaurants, so this past Wednesday, we chose Cava. It's ama?ING to me this place isn't packed! The food is fresh and in large portions. I had a pita with grilled chicken and veggies and took half of it home for later. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the veggies were crisp and fresh. My daughter had a steak bowl and hers was the same: fresh, cooked perfectly, and a huge portion. They even had Mexican cola in the drink fountain!The staff is helpful if you've not eaten there before and can guide you without rushing you. There was no wait and plenty of available seating. One last note: you know a place is good when firefighters and police officers eat there! There were groups of both while we were there gor dinner!

Been going here for a few months now and its pretty awesome. Great customer service, fresh food and quiet ambiance. I will be back and recommend this spot to anyone

2/13/24. Just stopped in with daughter and grand daughter and the food was still very good and fresh though not very busy for dinner hour....Forgot to take pic of my delicious bowl...

Black-American Woman Food is FRESH. There are choices that allow you to make a salad, rice bowl, or pita wrap. The protein choices are both vegan and meat. There are PLENTY sides, dips, and sauces to get a full entree. $20 will be spent well. My FAV proteins are the braised lamb, spicy lamb meatball, black lentils or grilled chicken. My FAV side is fiery broccoli, feta, black olives, corn, pickled onions, and red cabbage. My GO-TO sauce is the lemon tahini (probably misspelled). The dips I always get the hummus and tatzki (probably misspelled) but there are like 8 to choose from. Service - there's none. Going to Cava's is overwhelming especially if it's your first time. There isn't a guided experience. The servers expect you to know everything. It feels like if you're not a part of Cava then you're apart from Cava. Ambience - minimalist nothing fancy, the restaurant also has a distinct smell that isn't necessarILY pleasant. It's indicative of the Mediterranean mixture that is going on and non American cooked meat, French fries or baked cookies you would normally SMELL.

Fast service and friendly workers. Only thing is that at the utensils, the fork container was filled with a mysterious liquid (probably water) that had like stuff in it. And all the forks were tine side down so that was kind of nasty. However, when we alerted the workers, they put new forks out in a new area. But I didnt see them clear out the wet one or at least throw those forks away so hopefully no one ate from those.

Best Mediterranean food you'll ever eat! I love allll the options they have when you make a bowl of your choice. All of their choices are healthy and flavorful. They have amazing customer service! I'll drive an hour out of my way to eat their food. When I do, I buy 2 entrees to last me for 2 days .

Their food is good! It is like chipotle style but Mediterranean food. The place is very minimalist and clean. Basic. Service was ok, I had a teen that was just done with the day and was not helpful or patient. But my partner had an amazing gentleman who was kind and helpful. So other than that it was great!

First time going and I loved it. I think the best way i'd describe it is a healthier version of chipotle for the same price. So cut chipotle out entirely and go here! Food tasted amazing. I made my own bowl. Double meat + bountiful amounts of veggies and other add ons. Tasted great. I will 100% go back for more.Service was nice and answered our many questions clearly and kindly. The baked pita chip they have are super good. Loved the Maine soda they had as well. We got blueberry.Good vibe as well inside. We were greeted upon entrance. Clean environment as well.Cancel chipotle and go Cava!
