Shrimp was cooked perfectly on the scampi and it was good, what you expect in a scampi. Loads of garlic. The squeeze of lemon they put in container made it pop. The staff were really friendly. "The Justice Pub is a new pub that opened up in the old "Marks" building right on Bay St., across from the old courthouse.They have really spruced up the place with some very cool murals along the walls, with pool tables, dart boards, and pinball machines.The bar is limited yet not limited at all...meaning no hard liquor. But you have PLENTY of great choices form IPA's, international beers, ciders, wines, and more!!!The owners are friendly and welcoming. The pub itself is open and has plenty of bar seating and along the side walls with some couches, tables, and chairs.They have some seating outside, nice on a beautiful day!I have been here 3 times now...and have tried a few different things.I was in LOVE with the Berry Basil Mimosa and the Orange Sherbet Mimosa...and YES...there is a BIG scoop of orange sherbet in the glass...YUMMY! However...if you have never tried the "dirty ash tray"....do yourself a favor and order it here! What is a dirty ash tray you ask.....This is a cold CAN of Modelo (or Tecate if they are out), topped with a squirt of lime juice, a dash of hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Pop the top and drink....delish!They have your typical bar snacks, pickled feet, eggs, pork rinds, chips....so if you are snacky...have a treat!Prices are very reasonable for the drinks that they offer.Looking forward to hanging out here with friends and becoming a regular! "I'm going to start this review by saying this is the best food I've ever had in Jacksonville in almost 26 years.Also to be clear: we went during the Sunday Ceviche Brunch, so these items are not regularly available throughout their normal weekday/Saturday business.When my fiancé and our friend asked me to join them for a trip to Chancho King's ceviche brunch on Sundays, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I hadn't looked up possible menu items ahead of time, since I'd heard that for the most part, every single Sunday Ceviche Brunch has a different menu of fresh ingredients, so I figured I'd be surprised and hope that this picky eater could find something a little more bland to choose from. I've never been more glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone of traditional americanized food to try this beautiful Ecuadorian cuisine and spin on classics.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and had the offer of having the entire menu explained to us, or just the items we were interested in. Since we got there right as they opened and there wasn't a rush yet, we opted to hear about every unique dish, which just made my mouth water like crazy!It's a small area to sit in, so I recommend getting there early if you don't want to sit on a stool. We were able to get a table and the dishes just kept coming out! We opted to try a little of almost everything together. The lobster tiradito was incredible - almost like sashimi, it was poached lobster meat presented like a Michelin starred restaurant. Equally as outstanding were the grilled octopus and shrimp al ajillo. What blew me away were the beau soleis - I actually ordered a second plate of them since the melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor were too fleeting for me! I could have had 6 plates of it and never gotten tired. The truffle risotto isn't something they would typically introduce - they told us they had a private party the night before and were able to serve this since they had extra ingredients (until it ran out). I implore them to think about adding it into rotation every now and then, because WOW! The flavor was bold but still complemented every other dish, and felt like something they would pair with the grilled octopus.If I had to be nitpicky, I might wish that rice was offered as a side if you order 2+ dishes off of the ceviche brunch menu, since a few of the dishes would be complemented extremely well with rice alongside it.I have never been more impressed with what looks like an unassuming local restaurant that started as a food truck. This is a must-visit for anyone looking for fresh, authentic food, especially from a local restaurant. Every person working there was incredibly kind and just as excited as we were for us to try the food. I cannot wait to come back, as I'm eager to see what they come up with next."

"We love North Beach Fish Camp and have been coming ever since we moved here in 2018. The service is always amazing and the food is always consistent. We always take guests visiting from out of town. We haven't been in a little while, but we ended up going for our anniversary last night. The manager (Rob) sat us, and we got to talking because we always see him as a customer at another restaurant we frequent and got to talking. As busy as they were he made us feel like we were the only patrons. He went above and beyond, just like the servers always do. We will definitely be adding this back into our frequent restaurant rotation. Thanks for the great service!!"

Lighting & music are subdued & create a very intimate atmosphere. The wine list has many offerings - all well priced and affordable. They also offer a selection of bottled or canned craft beers from the area and some national brands as well. For small bites they serve charcuterie boards, olives and freshly made hummus from a local Armenian restaurant.Service was cordial, respectful and attentive. This is a nice addition to the area and would be a great stop after visiting Springs Park - or to collect picnic items before your visit!"

I did treat my son and we had a lovely morning sipping coffee outside at one of the tables and enjoying breakfast. I went with their house blend and had a little somethin-somethin added, day drinking! Yes, they offer spiked coffee. Eddie had an iced coffee, again- their house blend, which is delicious! He had a breakfast pita- bacon, egg and cheese which he inhaled and I nibbled on some freshly made coffee cake. The owner here is super sweet and the whole experience is just lovely. I need to make this part of my routine and get out here more often. Fresh baked goods and wonderful coffee is a no-brainer! Just go and enjoy!"

This is a great spot to hang with friends or have a nice date night. It's also walking distance to a lot of the other cool bars in the area if you want to hop around. Sunsets are pretty spectacular from here as well. Most of the time you will find they have entertainment too. It's the perfect place to wind down after a long day or just chill out in the middle of the day. There is plenty of parking, and the trolleys stop here! They have indoor and outdoor seating. I am happy to say they offer a uniformed and/or military discount (with proof of ID)---thank you for this! Of course, The Cellar Upstairs is located upstairs of the San Sebastian Winery. All you have to do is enter the Winery, then make an immediate right to go upstairs via the elevator.Note: The only downside is the hours. The hours have changed quite a bit these past few years. Every business needs to do what is best for them I suppose...I get it. But there are two sides to The Cellar Upstairs and the opposite side (you'll know what I mean when you visit) is now only open on the weekends...bummer...it's such a lovely space. You can still go out there to check it out though. Plus, the days they are open are limited as well. Make sure to check the hours before you go on their website."

The beef could've been more tender and better seasoned. There was a lot of liquid on the plate and the fries were already soggy at the time if they brought it out to the table. This wasn't one of the better lomo saltado dishes that I've had.I was hoping to be wowed here based on the amazing reviews but we found the food to just be ok. I may have to return when I can try the ceviche as that may be what they're known for a given the number of offerings that they have."
