Sadly with my hair getting out of hand from neglecting it for a few months, I asked for recommendations and ended up here. It was my birthday and I had plans for the day so I took the first open appointment. I forgot the name of my stylist (station was front behind front desk and maybe started with a T) but I was watching her do a men's cut and she was very thorough which was good. I was next and she spent a pretty good amount of time on my hair. She did multiple techniques and had me stand up a few times and again, was very thorough. I was super impressed. The haircut was surprisingly cheap, I'm used to paying $30 without tip but $30 paid for the haircut and my tip here. Will most definitely be back."

"This is an amazing little jewel. The stylists are all independent contractors and book their clients and set their own prices. Christina Perez is the owner and she's amazing. She's is absolutely, hands down the best with color. She also does nails. If you're looking for someone to rush you in and out, then she's not for you. She's meticulous with her work and takes her time. We've started doing my pedicures while the foils and color are sitting on my hair. It's just a perfect amount of time. She's not the type to rush people in for cuts while she's waiting on your color. When you're her client, the attention is on you and she 100% listens to what you want. Her number is 904-314-0075 to book with her directly. I've also had great haircuts from Ryan and Gia. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Beth had done my manicures for years and I'm always getting compliments because my nails "look so real". Well, they are because I don't mess with acrylic or tips ~ lol. I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment with anyone. As I stated earlier, everyone in the salon is a independent contractor. They book their own clients and set their own hours. They are all professional enough to have developed followings, but are still friendly and keep the salon a fun place to go."

"When you find a hair stylist that makes your hair look like a mane from an edgy Vogue magazine, you should remain faithful. I've strayed because my crazy busy schedule usually means I'm lucky to squeeze in a cut with whoever & whenever I can. Each time I've done this, I regret that the person was not Romell because my hair was never quite right. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't terrific either. The point is, Romell books up quickly so be patient, call early and plan accordingly. He is great about sorting through the photos of hair I'd like to have and customizing the cut to my hair texture, length and level of commitment. Romell is kind about the reality check when I get too far out there and yet strives to give me daily glamour that I can maintain. In short, Riah is worth the wait and I'm done trying out the convenient imposter."

I got my hair cut done by Kat and I was very pleased with the result.Additionally, being a newly opened store, they have a Grand Opening haircut special running through the whole month of July....$4.99 for any haircut.Back to school haircuts? In addition, I get a shampoo massage that is really relaxing and a real treat plus Janice trims my eyebrows! "Let me begin with, I love this salon. I went to another one all throughout high school, and during college at UNF I started seeing Kelsey at Studio Emme! She does an amazing job and has done the best balayage I've ever seen on my hair. My last salon would attempt a balayage, but would always end up being more of an ombré which seems to be a common issue. Be warned, it is very pricey as she charges $100 per hour of application, but it is 100% worth it if you want stunning hair.Everyone is incredibly friendly and they are one of the only Bumble and Bumble salons in Jacksonville. All of the products smell amazing and are great for your hair. I have since convinced my sister to start going and Kelsey saved her over bleached hair and made it look natural again while blending her roots perfectly."

Upon entering, I was in awe of the beautiful decor of this place, a long with the warmth of atmosphere. This sweet little puppy came to greet me, he is the salon pup! As far as my haircut, well it was superb! My curls have not been taken care of by someone who knows how to handle them in a long long time! Martha educates while cutting your hair, which is so helpful. I could better understand what was going on and how we are going to make my hair healthier over time. I can't recall the name of the older lady who cut his hair, but he gets it cut very short... basically a military style. I'm not barber or cosmetologist, but I'm thinking this is not a definitely hairstyle. However, my daughter IS a cosmetologist (in another state) and she informs me his style is most definitely not difficult to perform. Anyway, both times he came here, he came home with stray/uneven hairs all over his head. So I'm not sure if the poor lady just can't see, or if she needs to sharpen her clippers or just buy new ones. I did notice both time a couple of the other men in there were much older (like 60 and above) and they barely had any hair. So maybe if you're older and balding this is an ok place to come. However, if you're a man with a full head of hair, head over to King Street Barber in Riverside and see Leslie.As for women, after see what she did to my husbands hair, there's no way in hell I'd let her touch mine!!!!"

"Ladies, well and men, you will want to check this cute little spot out as soon as you can. The talent in this new suite is from one of the best salons in Jacksonville and they know their stuff! This new concept of renting your own space and not paying half your profits to greedy salon owners is great. This particular location is still being rented so there are some empty spots but it is safe and clean. There is a locked door that requires a code to access the multiple suites. I like how private the room is as you and your stylist are the only two in there to talk freely or just relax and not talk at all. I bring my own vino, some snacks for the two of us and it's a hair party. Love this! They are doing appointments by request so you can email or call them to book your times. Everything you could get at a busy, loud, high end salon, is right here without the busy and loud. Think of it more as a spa hair day! My fave is Samantha because that lady tamed this wild crazy hair of mine when I met her over three years ago but her suite mate Grayson is the bomb too! I would book soon especially if you want your hair done for all the holiday festivities! Go check them out!"
