"Went to see lovely Christmas decorations in San Marco and popped in to this, always fun, establishment Grape and Grain Exchange. We were cheerfully served by bartender Rebecca who poured two perfect drinks. Hubby had an old fashioned and loved it. I had a martini which was great. All the drinks are served in festive Christmas bar ware and some are even available to buy. We went on a Monday and FYI most businesses are closed on this day. Loved the many decorations which will put you in the holiday spirit."

"Been here a few times and each & every time, I plan on just getting what I came in for and leave.....yea, that plan hasn't work so far. The place and the cool, friendly people working here are so welcoming and hospitable that it's so hard to just come in, get your stuff and get out (at least for me and the beer peeps I've met in there). They have quite a few brews on tap and can sample each one if you like. The selection they have, on the shelves and inside the coolers, is impressive. Six packs, singles (bottle or can), 22oz bombers, limited releases, etc. If they happen to not have what you're looking for, let them know and they will do their best to get it for you. Once in a while, they'll have a brewery rep or a distributor rep doing a beer share or a special release "drop by" and if you're lucky enough to happen to be there, it's a fun & tasty time :)So if you're ever looking for a hard to find brew or just wanna try something different before buying or to just enjoy really good brews, stop by and check em out."

"5 stars for events! I am not a beer or mead drinker and the wines they have are also not really my taste. I nursed a glass of a blended red for the almost 2 hours I was there for a craft class! The class though- one of their bartenders is also the event manager and a master crafter. Another Crystal too! I have no idea if her name is spelled like mine- but I laughed when the bartender told me "Crystal will be with you shortly". I arrived Early- worried about traffic and finding a parking spot downtown- I beat all the other ticketed guests there. Parking seemed to delay the vast majority of people attending. Everyone else arrived after the official start time- aka, leave early to find parking. The class I attended was a glass etching class. Cricut stencils were laid out for you to choose from- and a variety of images. I liked the Florida with the heart punch out of Jax, and the cat stencil and there was one of Cousin Eddie with the quote "The Shitters Full" and as soon as I saw that one- I knew my other half would love it. I wanted a tree of life- or something like what I would paint. Cool thing- you could ask and she would look up additional images and print them out for you. My friend Kristen was who sent the info my way and she met me there and went with that Florida stencil and added "Duuuval" to the other side of her glass- again, specialty printed upon request. I got my curly q tree and realized the detail in both stencils might make mine more challenging. With etching- the key is making sure the cream doesn't spread beyond the stencil. We etched, we drank, we ate from the Bread & Board and we left with our happy little craft! I purchased an additional glass- the class came with only one. I would assume you could do this with most classes if you wanted to make more than one of something. Keep an eye out for more fun classes! I even bumped into another Yelp-friend there! Vanessa!!! We are Crafty~ and now I want a Cricut machine! lol. The "I can do that" is real for me~ I just need to acquire the tools. Huge shout out to the instructor and the bartender who kept us happy!"

It's nice that it is right in the Publix shopping center - close to home! We went here in search of Fireball and found a lot of it! The employees were pleasant and helpful. I can't think of why it would deserve anything less than the best ratings. If you need alcohol, these guys probably have it at a decent price."

"Small liquor stores are great! Customer service is much more personable. They really get to know their customers. So when I put my head in and the girl behind the desk tells me about some new cabarets - she has me sold. Very good wine selection. They use to have weekly wine/beer tasting but it has been several months since they have stopped. Not sure why but that use to be a big perk at the place. Now I wish they would update their website with that information. Every so often I drop in just to grab a new bottle."

"This is a Westside townie bar with the package store attached. Rolan there on any given weekend night and you'll find 75 -100 pick up trucks scattered around the parking lot and the nearby businesses. The alternate DJs some are better than others you can expect to hear some country music and some fairly hard core dance that you would hear in a downtown club. Kind of funny to see a row of cowboy booted country boys shaking their asses to hard-core rap but you know, I guess it works. I find this bar to be incredibly smoky, they don't serve food so if people smoke in there and it is way too smoky for me. They have an OK selection of alcohol, two or three adequate bartenders. Literally if you were going to look for a bar from maybe like that old movie roadhouse, this is it. Despite the fact that it's full of rednecks and pick up trucks I have yet to see a fight. There's always a few of the rental girls from Lane Avenue hanging out by the pool tables in case you're interested. Drinks are kind of expensive for a Westside bar in the middle of nowhere but interestingly this place draws a crowd from all over Jacksonville, I don't know how or why but it does. Only reason I go there is that I can pretty much walk home if I needed to."

We also had no issues finding parking along King Street. There's a few high top tables inside but I like that the outdoor seating out back was spacious & shaded by the surrounding buildings.We enjoyed both our pizzas. [ Pizza Herbivore ] Cheese Please Base Pizza Topped With All House Veggies [ Pizza Margherita ] Tomato Sauce, Basil, Fresh Mozzarell, Evoo [ Fire Roasted Meatballs ] Pomodoro Sauce, EVOO, Mikes Hot Honey, Black Pepper And Shaved ParmThe meatballs also had a generous amount of sauce which we couldn't let go to waste so we used the remaining sauce to dip our pizza crust :) Our only regret was seeing the sign for the broccolini as we were leaving! We'll have to try that next time. I'm also eyeballing the Romantica & Carnivore for my next meal at Pie95Pizza."

"There's yet another option for alcohol in Mandarin on San Jose. Lots of space between aisle, great selection of all your favorites, and some high end stuff as well. Mike the manager (maybe owner) told me they'd be open until 2a on weekends. I bought a bottle of Bacardi Spiced then went home and compared their price to the big chain in town and I noticed about a 20% lower price for Wild Whiskey. Great experience and easy to get in and out of the parking lot."

"As a local, you tend to frequent your favorite spots, especially if you like healthy food, and I kept wanting to stop here and try it out, so one day I made a plan to spend a day checking out all the newer spots in Flagler Beach, even though this spot had been open for well over a year. It did not disappoint! I was first impressed by my Pellegrino being served on a nice wine glass with a lime. Just that alone let me know they pay attention to detail. I wanted a nice healthy lunch but the bread and oil sounded really good so I added that on. I had a lovely delicious salad with olives and it was the perfect healthier Mediterranean lunch complimented by an ocean view! Stop in- definitely recommend, especially since you can walk right off the beach and head in for a nice lunch, shaded by some lovely patio umbrellas. They even offered my dog some water... bonus!"

They provide you with a table number and your non-alcoholic beverages when you pay and before you seat yourself and they deliver your food tableside.We ordered a number of things from the large menu, all the selections come with a detailed description and they have no issue making your dish your way. If I had to spotlight excellence it would be the staff here, everyone here works as a team and provided our group exceptional service, this crew couldn't have done a better job and they are so friendly so please reward their efforts when you cash out.I had a customized version of the double barrel bowl minus the guacamole and crema, this is a very big portion - white rice and black bean, dressed slaw and loads of fried shrimp delicious and so much food - we also ordered a few burgers and chicken sandwiches which all seemed to be a hit and one giant order of load nachos, again a very large portion and plenty to share,The restaurant itself was very clean and incorporates an open design with a few tables on the interior along with a full bar, the exterior offers a few narrow counters with stools to dine and a large open patio area with a view of the river and marinas.The entire experience was very good for an informal dining venue - some may say it's a upscale taco bar that serves alcohol if that is the brands intent they succeeded..."
