"This hidden gem was AMAZING!! Everything was delicious!! I came with friends and everyone was completely satisfied. We had fluffy pancakes that didn't even need syrup, turkey sausage, buttery soft biscuits that melt in your mouth, & creamy grits (top it with the crawfish pepper jack soup trust me it will blow your mind)!!! We also had the ham and Gouda sandwich that was sooo buttery good!! This is my new favorite spot 5 stars!!! Thank you Ms. Terri, Kat, and JoJo in the kitchen is a bad man!!!"
"I stumbled upon this cute little coffee shop on my way to an estate sale. First rule about an state sale is finding a hidden gem among the masses. And boy is CFK is a hidden gem. It seems like a family run business and we were given some free treats while waiting in the drive through. The menu is pretty straightforward and I'm shocked at the wallet friendly prices. It is a no frill coffee shop with the essential basics. The coffee was warm like a hug and the banana bread was delicious. It's a drive through, quick and friendly. Can't wait to try it again!"

"My Husband and I worked with Diane for our Wedding, that took place in the fall of 2019. It was a different time, pre pandemic. She welcomed us to come in for a tasting on a Sunday afternoon in April (book ahead y'all). She had baked cupcake versions of all sorts of flavors and had fillings and frostings galore to pair with them. We pretty much decided in the car on the way home that we had found perfection. She created beautiful cakes for our day, meeting and then exceeding all expectations. She took inspiration photos from me and kept in close touch to make sure I was completely happy with the final look and design. We chose vanilla cake with Italian cream filling for the main star of the cake table, and a chocolate cake with hazelnut filling for the Grooms cake. On the day of our nuptials, we provided toppers and she took care of the rest! Our guests ate that delicious cake so fast, and raved about it afterwards. Diane took great care to explain the packaging of our top tier, and I will tell you that thawed out a year later it was still magnificent!!"
"We live right around the corner and I'm soo happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood. They have freshly made items, source all their ingredients (or almost everything) locally, and have the best bread (rosemary garlic is my favorite) and baked goods (I love the morning buns). I always get the lemonade (which is made from scratch) and the lavender latte. The employees are always really patient with my multiple alterations, which I really appreciate! There's indoor and outdoor seating, but we always sit outside. Bonus: you can take your dog there to sit outside, and they can even go inside with you while you order as long as they don't go to the indoor dining room."
"Stay far away from this store! I ordered a birthday cake, and it was my first order from this bakery. I only eat bakery items on special occasions, as I am a diabetic. This cake was for my niece's 30th birthday party. We picked up the cake on May 27th, 2024, and paid $50.00. I thought the price was high for a plain vanilla cake with buttercream icing and some strawberries on top, but figured it would be worth it from a bakery. But when we cut the cake at her party, it was truly awful! The cake was so dry and actually had a cornbread texture! And the icing was like paste and tasted terrible! Frankly, it ruined her party as no one could eat it. So, a few weeks later, I posted a review on Google with 2 stars and wrote that the cake was very pretty, but the taste did not match the appearance. The owner replied back, stating they wanted to make it right and for me to stop by and see Mark. I called and left a message on their cake order line that I would be in on Thursday, the 20th. So, on that day, I stopped by, and boy, was that a mistake! I introduced myself to Mark. He said yes, he remembered the review, and he did not get my message that I was coming. I said, "Is this a good time?" He then proceeded to look up a picture of the cake on his phone and said "oh you only paid 50.00 for this cake? I paid 20.00 alone in strawberries!" I was taken aback and said well that is what yall charged me and he said it should have been 100.00! I then nicely described what was wrong with the cake and how it ruined the party, and he says Well you want another cake? And i said no why would I want another bad cake, and that was for a birthday anyway, and I was diabetic, and he continued to argue with me and finally I said why did you say that you wanted to make this right and asked me to come in when you obviously don't want to? And he CONTINUED to argue, doubting my word, asking why i didnt try anything in the bakery before i ordered, asking why I took so long to post the review (it was from 5/27th. My husband was in the hospital and then I was ill so I posted the review on 6/15th, which was not even a month later), AND he continued to.complain about my paying "only" 50.00! Finally I said look I am not going to argue with you, I am the customer! You obviously are not willing to make this right, so I am leaving! He says well I offered you a coupon and.I said yes, and I told you I couldn't eat anything here, and also, I do not trust the quality. And he says well what do you want and I said I would accept a partial refund (25.00), and then he REALLY blew up and yelled, "You underpaid by 50.00 already! It should have been 100.00!" With that, I walked out. Please stay FAR away from this store and this angry, belligerent owner! He is also very dismissive and demeaning towards women!"
"Delicious and juicy polish kielbasa, perfectly seasoned veal sausage and great NYC hot dogs! Family owned business with a great customer service. Apple cake reminded me of my grandma's cake."
"We have food trucks weekly. A couple of weeks ago we had a different cupcake truck and it was mediocre at best - but this! This! This was a little piece of heaven in every bite! Each of the flavors had their own distinct and delicious flavor! The thing they had in common though is that each cupcake was moist, had beautiful decorative touches and was super yummy. I can't believe I didn't take a pic of any of them!"
"Kaiser's Deli and Market is a truly special place. It has such a welcoming, family-friendly vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. The food is incredible--fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. One of the things that stands out most is the unique setting. The deli is in a house that's been transformed into a cozy café, with plenty of open space and seating. It feels homey and relaxed, like a place where you can really unwind. The staff are fantastic--friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely great people. If you're looking for amazing food and a warm, inviting space, this is the place to go."
"I have passed by this coffee shop so many times in a hurry to make it to the next appointment or work related thing. Leap year day, I stopped in! I brought my work laptop with me to stay for a little while, sip, eat, and work. Logging into the wifi here was very easy, and I picked a spot right by the window to work (nice views and lighting) I ordered a small London Fog tea which came with loose leaf tea (not a tea bag) steeped into my cute mug - this really makes all the difference. Thank you sippers for going the extra mile and choosing loose leaf tea. I also was able to substitute the whole milk for oat milk which was very nice. Let me get to this açaí bowl. I've eaten in the next plaza over at Juice Tap; had their açaí bowl over there, & liked it. Since this is a coffee shop first, I wasn't expecting the açaí bowl to be as superb as it really was (at only 8-9 dollars at that too) It was late lunch and I needed something in my tummy. The blend of açaí they make, the heart of what's in the bowl underneath all of the pretty toppings, was So good! Fresh! I had chunks in it (small fruit chunks) from it being freshly blended. The mixture was So creamy too but not overly creamy. They also drizzle the top with some honey which is my favorite part! I was allowed to substitute the blueberry toppings for extra strawberries instead and that really made my day. The fact that I was able to order an açaí bowl under ten bucks - wow! Super grateful for the very reasonable pricing here. But to then be blown away with the quality of this price friendly açaí bowl too - I was kicking myself for not stopping in here sooner, especially since I lived in a nearby apartment complex for 2 years right down the street. Sippers is now up there in my top 5 coffee shops of Jax to visit to either work, eat, sip, or grab something to go. Yall the music - I know that's a random thing to notice but since I was working in here for a couple of hours yesterday, lol, I noticed. First I think it was Christian music; after a couple songs, the main Star Wars theme song came on, followed by Michael buble, and then some smooth jazz or classical music. I was so entertained by the mix up. Star Wars had me cracking up though bc if you have ever listened to the whole thing, that one song goes on and on for an awkwardly long time - I was here for it. This shop stays steady! Goes to show just how many love it. I'm very happy to see this place thrive in such a good location too! The service here was very hospitable. You could tell I was a newbie and no one seemed to get annoyed with my questions on what to order. Parking can be kindive tricky since it's in a small strip with other businesses, but it's not too bad. I waited maybe all of 30 seconds for a customer to pull out of a spot so I could pull in and use theirs. I would absolutely come back and will be!"
"We did a takeout from Magnolia's. The cinnamon roll was delicious. It was cooked to perfection and had real cream cheese frosting with nuts. Very good!"
"Such a beautiful little place! walked in and they were putting out super fresh garlic bread and a lady said she would give me a tour. She then explained all of the products and what was in them. The garlic bread is apparently filled with cheese and bacon and was amazing! There were two ladies eating inside and apparently they came all the way from Georgia for the bread. I got some nutella and gouda rolls and croissants as well. Prices are very reasonable and I will be back."
"Linda Weeks of Weeksworks Cakes created a beautiful Barbie cake and cupcakes for my daughter's 1st birthday party. The doll cake was an almond butter pound cake that was very moist and delicious. I also ordered 2 dz strawberry cupcakes. The cupcakes were very yummy. Everyone at the party kept asking where did everything come from. I plan on getting all of my cakes from here for now on."

I decided to go here for lunch today on this chilly Florida day. There are so many foid items to choose from. I got lucky and found a parking spot right way. The service here is okay, bit can be slightly slow at times. I was suprised to see that they had coffee today, and didn't have to wait a few minutes. I'm definitely returning here again.

I was sad when Liberty closed. But I was so excited to see a new local and might I add, friendly business pop up in this spot. I was greeted by the super sweet shop owner. I loved her smile and demeanor.I decided to try a few of their breakfast items and ordered a chocolate caramel iced coffee. Everything was good but here's what I enjoyed from super tasty to tasty (because nothing tasted bad!) #1 Chocolate caramel iced coffee- So delicious that I drank it all without taking a picture. It was sweet, without tasting artificial or cloying sweet, and smooth. #2 Spinach Quiche - well seasoned, good flavor, the crust was soft, not crisp, but still a good bite#3 Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit - the sandwich had a soft and hearty biscuit with good sized thick and chewy bacon. I prefer crispier bacon, but given the cut, I figured that contributed to the texture.#4 Biscuit and gravy - it has the same soft and hearty biscuit as their sandwich. The gravy was a good consistency and had plenty of turkey sausage crumbles in it. The only reason why it's at the bottom of the list is that I wish it was a tad bit more seasoned and savory. I love that they had turkey sausage instead of pork (just personal preference) and that it was a good sized portion and very filling. I'd definitely come back again to try more of their menu.

I live in CA and ran across D&D through a web search for Jacksonville bakeries as I was helping plan my grandson's first birthday party. I called and left a message. My call was returned promptly a Diane. I described what I was envisioning and she also recommended options. I text pictures of the LEGO block smash cake I had in mind along with an order of a dozen red velvet cupcakes for delivery. She confirmed my order via email and I was able to pay via e-check since I was still in CA.The day of the event, Diane delivered the goods exactly at the agreed delivery time and surprised us with an added touch of little lego blocks made in fondant in different colors in front of the cake. This was intended to be a smash cake but we just loved the added touch that we highlighted the cake in our display. As far as taste, the smash cake was vanilla flavored white cake with a whip cream filling. There were mixed reviews from the guests about it being dry but I personally thought it was moist enough and good. The red velvet cupcakes were a delight with the cream cheese filling. Because of the heat out here, she recommended buttercream icing to avoid from melting. Aesthetically, it looked good and tasted great.Being a new customer and trying to do the transaction from the other end of the state, it was simple and easy and overall a good turnout. Diane was personable and I plan on ordering here for my baking needs. Happy customer I am!

If "locally sourced food" is your love language, then Community Loaves is your soulmate. I stopped by for a quick bite and left plotting how to rearrange my life so I can have breakfast here every morning! For food, I had the everything croissant, which came with a surprise twist: chive cream cheese. It was an extremely pleasant surprise. I paired that little morsel with an iced dirty chai. Not overly sweet, but flavorful enough to make you question why you'd ever settle for less. The outdoor seating was so cute! It's the kind of place where your coffee just tastes better because the vibes are immaculate. And the staff? Absolutely wonderful--so friendly!Community Loaves gets five stars, not because I'm generous, but because they earned every single one. Highly recommend swinging by--but be warned, you might leave obsessed.

Everything is overpriced !!! Cakes are stale nothing is fresh I saw the owner bring in store bought items and place on display like they made it very poor customer service. Owner has bad attitude and he sold me a spoiled cannoli next to a great restaurant called the Local I had a better experience there paid $56 for bs. Its small best part was the chairs outside coffee was not even made correctly I asked for a latte and the just gave me a reg coffee

A polish deli in the heart of southern cooking...refreshing. Others must think so too cus it was packed just after they opened at 10 on a Saturday. I'm betting that northerners who are transplanted will find this a breath of fresh air. The sausages, cured meats, cold cuts, cheeses and European dry goods are reminiscent of Karl's Sausage Kitchen in Peabody, MA. The owners hail from Chicago and they are the real deal. Much is shipped in from the Windy City. You will not be disappointed...unless you're looking for grits, collards, & brisket.

These cupcakes are moist, delicious and made locally. They have a great variety and the employees are pleasant as ever. Highly recommend this cupcake truck if they are in your area. They are also worth the drive if they are not in your neighborhood;)

"My baby shower cake and matching macaroons couldn't have been more perfect! I sent a picture of what I was looking for and the result was even better than the picture. Beautiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be getting all my special occasion cakes and goodies from Lynda from now on!"
"Very good sandwiches if you like meat. My favorite is one called the Scarface (if they still have it) . Great place to go after a night at the clubs. Only complaint is that they got rid of the Ciders :("
"This is a favorite restaurant of mine across all food genres. I normally get the same thing and the consistency of the dish through the years is amazing. There is a lot to be said for that. I get my order to go and then stroll around the market and pick up some items to take home. You can order your meal at the counter or dine in at their quaint restaurant. My favorite dish is the Kibbi plate. It comes with kibbi, tabbouleh and hummus. The meal is served fresh and with a side of warm pita bread. I've also had the chicken shawarma plate, fattoush salad, falafel all which are fantastic. From the market Ive purchased and enjoyed everyone of the following items:Kibbi, Labneh, Grape leaves, Spicy Garlic Hummus, Falafel, Olives, Fried Pita Chips, Tzatziki Sauce and veggies. Excellent food freshly prepared always!!!"
"There are not enough words to describe these cookies! OMG delicious!! This is my 3rd time trying Crumbl and the chocolate chunk is my go to. I mean look at the chunks in this cookie. When you walk into the store the young man behind the counter describes in detail what each cookie of the week is. I knew going in what I wanted but listened to him anyway You can order a single cookie , a box of 4 , 6 or 12. Run, don't walk to your nearest Crumbl store!"
"Great salads, soups, sandwiches, cakes and pies; super friendly staff /service and good prices; love the creamed spinach soup."
"Yes! My Club Chick was on point and a perfect way to start the morning. Customers were ordering a little bit of everything today and the Yoga pants cupcake is my favorite for sure - but I chose to be good today. The line was to the door per usual but the service was still swift. Honestly, It's like they kept bringing endless goodies from the back and it was just too early for me to binge sweets . I love that they are quick and efficient and the staff will take the time to answer all dietary questions. This a great sweet treat place for my vegan or even non-vegan counterparts. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasantly quaint. You just gotta try them to understand the hype. They are known to sell out early so just come in at a decent hour to secure the goods. lol"
"I have a secret to tell you... I don't usually like birthday or wedding cake, unless I make it myself. Well, that has changed.Hosted a Hospice Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon and The Cake Shop of San Jose made our cake. It was an absolutely gorgeous cake. A profusion of gorgeous lush flowers seemed to have bloomed right on top. I did not eat any of the cake at the event, as I get so stressed and nervous when I am an event coordinator, but a small sliver of cake managed to make it all the way home with me, and out of curiosity... I tried it. I was so sad I hadn't snatched a larger piece, because it was nirvana! The cake itself held a tender buttery crumb, and the fresh raspberry filling tasted like they had picked the berries that morning. Even the icing on top was good, light, sweet, and not cloying with vegetable shortening. In fact, I would venture to guess it was made with real butter. And since my super power is that I have more taste buds than the average bear.... I really believe it was. Exceptional turnaround time as I ordered it last minute, and great customer service!"
"Lovely Cafe that transports you straight into Italy! Same owners as the crepe place in the avenues! We started with a little of everything, a cornetto which is very similar to a croissant it was airy and buttery! Cappuccino was so silky and creamy! Then the focaccio sandwich was delicious! It was crunchy on the exterior bread but light on the inside, really enjoyed, can't wait to head to Italy for more options on this sandwich! Great taste of Italy here in jax"
"Maybe I'm missing out because I didn't try the sandwiches or the pizza. We just stopped in to see if we could find a local spot for bread that beats out the disappointment that Panera has become. For what we got, take-out loaves, it really wasn't that impressive. For about the same price, I can get better at a Publix bakery, with far better variety at the grocery store. I do realize most of the goods at Publix are shipped in frozen from a central location, and it's not truly local or artisinal.Mind you - I really do want to find a good mom-and-pop bakery that isn't all cup cakes and desserts. I want the quaint underdog to beat the big businesses that have squashed them. So I probably will give them another chance. And I'll update you when I do."
"What a fun experience! Enjoyed the cookies very much! Great to have in palm coast! Different cookies every week! Must try more!"
"The food is amazing here! The only thing that gets tough is that the long can get long since it's a small place. You can't reserve seats until you order.... I tried to save a seat while someone stays in the order and they kicked me out of a seat saying I didn't have an order number. So be prepared to wait!"
"If we go to Fernandina we are stopping at Amelia Island Coffee. Every time. The breakfast and coffees are delicious. Staff is friendly and service is great. Cozy little place. We love it."
"Transported to Japan as soon as I walk in. Fresh and frozen items galore. She makes fresh bread on Saturday but you have to get there early before it sales out! We love the Mochi, Japanese Soups, mayonaise and cookies. There's what nots and sake here too. I picked up a light cheesecake. Light as air.Sweetest owners ever and I enjoy coming here. GI see what they have and enjoy your visit!"
"I have never been to the establishment, but they are a vendor at the Riverside Arts Market every Saturday in downtown Riverside under the I-10/95 overpass next to the St Johns River. They have a large assortment of bread and pastries. I have tried all of the pastries, they were all tasty. Recently though, I tried a loaf of High Fiber with Fruit. The bread is loaded with grains, fresh milled flour, and a variety of seeds and fruit. I'm on my 3rd loaf, it's packed with fiber, and it's moist because of the fruit. I prefer it toasted plain, but butter certainly makes it delicious! I also love their Sourdough loaves!"
"YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY I will definitely be back and I am excited to try more of these amazing treats- definitely the hidden gem of Amelia"
"Awesome coffee, awesome service and a beautiful coffeehouse. Really comfortable couches and chairs and friendly staff. This place is great."
"A more convenient location for me than the original store. Got everything I needed to make some middle-eastern recipes like a tube of harissa. Also picked up some excellent hummus, baba ganoush, Tabbouleh, and thick pita. The baba was a little fermented on the second day, so eat it fast. No preservatives are a good thing! Also had delicious sweets from the case. They will also make dishes to your specifications if needed (we have a family member who has to stick to a low sodium diet and they really love hummus)."
"I always love the little bites of joy they sell at FCC. Always super fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you haven't had an opportunity to check them out please stop by and give them a shot."
"Was visiting FL with my girlfriend and we decided to swing by and check it out. Unfortunately I would not go there again. The customer service was so rude and I've never been treated this way before. It's morning why are you already in a bad mood. I really do not know what to say. I probably would avoid at all costs."
"Continental bakery focused on high quality pastries. Palm Coast is lucky to have this little gem in their backyard. You'll be hard pressed to find a nata outside of Lisbon this good. A nice selection of sweet and savory Portuguese, European and standard American style pastries. Quality quality quality!"
"stopped here on our first trip to st augustine and we were insanely impressed! so cute on the inside & the service was wonderful. the food is to die for, so so yummy and you can tell it was all made in house. only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because a cockroach fell on my head and crawled away not the cafes fault though it is florida!"
"All I can say is delicious!!! I brought a red velvet cheesecake and two honeybun cake slices for the kids. I mad my husband go bad the next day so he can try the honeybun cake because we devoured the red velvet cake. So moist and sweet. And I'm not a fun of cakes at all but the place has my vote!"
"Croissants, guava & cheese pastries, avocado toast, chorizo breakfast and coffee was amazing!! Service is fast the young lady behind the counter is excellent!!!! This is a must try if you want to avoid downtown st Augustine traffic. Restaurant is super clean. I have become a regular here!"
