"This was our 1st visit at Mamaling's. What a Gem we found tucked a little off the beaten path! I took the suggestion to try the Seafood Green Curry & was so happy that I did! This dish was fantastic! The depth of the ginger & other elements of the broth was wonderful. I would have been happy with a warm bowl of broth alone. This dish is a winner! My Hubby & father-in-law enjoyed their Pork Ramen too! The chef/owner came to our table to see hire we liked our dishes & even took s as picture with us.We'll definitely return when we're in the area again! Don't sleep on trying Manalings! You'll be very happy after your first bite!"
"We've been here with parties of 20, picked up to go, and have had dinners like tonight with just 4 of us. Food is always solid and fresh. We really enjoyed their wonton soup with the Napa cabbage. We also had some steamed dumplings and crab rangoons for appetizers / both legit and not that Sysco stuff you get from the typical take out places. Our entrees of salt and pepper squid, Mongolian beef, General chicken, and Szechuan beef were all well executed. Always cooked to order and they have a very efficient kitchen. They have maybe a dozen tables and seating for about 60 or so. I've never a bad experience here."

"This was our first visit and we had a great time. The staff was delightful and pleasant and helpful I can't say that I'm an expert but I do know I'll go back and try more things. 10/10"
"PHENOMENAL food! I was in town for work and found this place close to me. I dared to try new things and there was no regret. I would love to come back, I left craving their unique cheesecakes"
"Great dining experience here - this is not what I expected after walking in, this place is nothing short of amazing. The restaurant is spacious, beautifully decorated and appears to be immaculately clean - the staff here is very friendly and attentive and the food is so delicious and presented perfectly giving you the appearance of a very high end restaurant with prices that are so reasonable you'll want to order a little bit of everything. We started with the shrimp tempura roll and substituted fresh cut jalapeños for the avocado they did have a $1.00 up-charge for this but it was amazing and a large portion. We also enjoyed the House Pad Seew prepared Thai Hot (#5 Spice Level) it was an exceptional dish with thin flat broad noodles with with lots of chicken, shrimp and steak I omitted the bean sprouts I guess I'm a picky eater, we also ordered the Thai Shrimp Fried Rice medium hot (#3 Spice Level) another well executed dish. This is a restaurant I hope to return to again and again. If I have any concerns it's the parking lot, there seems to be plenty of parking spaces being it's in a small strip mall but the spaces are really tight with very narrow one way aisles I had no trouble getting in and out in my Jeep Wrangler but I watched several customers with large vehicles struggle to the point it was ridiculous but entertaining, I'd recommend finding a space further out if possible. If you're on the fence deciding on where to find great Thai Food and Sushi this place is definitely worth a try especially since the options for Thai Food is somewhat limited in St. Augustine there's lots to love here..."
"Keep going back here because the food is just amazing and the service is over the top. Brought our next door neighbor since he had never been, and he was in full agreement. Haven't had anything here that wasn't delish."
"We needed a place near the stadium for dinner before opening night for the Jacksonville Icemen hockey game. Obviously, it's not really that close to the arena but close enough for an early dinner and still time to make the first puck drop. I opted for the sheep style burger with truffle and Parmesan tater tots. Perfect flavor profile (think In-N-Out animal style) and those tots were bangin'. I dumped the fresh and perfectly crispy tots out of the silver cup onto my plate and it was a way bigger serving than I anticipated. Our server was on point - friendly and attentive. We decided to split a dessert and chose the hummingbird bread pudding. Trust me when I say save room for this creation. DEEP FRIED - yes, all CAPS - bread pudding, salted caramel sauce, coconut ice cream, and toasted coconut crumble. Best dessert I've had in a long time but I will confess I'm a big fan of coconut. My only critique is that Bellwether is not closer to my house. If you need someplace to eat downtown, Bellwether should be on your short list."
"My husband and I had delightful experience from start to finish. We began with the Tom Yum soup with seafood, which was absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed the Lemongrass Seafood Montage, featuring shrimp, scallops, calamari, and mussels sautéed in a house-made Thai chili paste. Each component was cooked perfectly and packed with vibrant flavors.I opted for the Spicy Drunken Noodles with shrimp. The dish was a perfect balance of heat and savory goodness, with a satisfying kick that didn't overpower the flavors. To accompany our meal, we tried the Thai Island Ice Tea, which was wonderfully refreshing, and the Pineapple Mojito, which was equally impressive with its delightful blend of sweetness and zest.Overall, Lemongrass Thai Restaurant impressed us with its flavorful dishes and excellent beverages."
"Had some DoorDash credits and decided to treat myself to lunch as I WFH. Foo Dog never disappoints and my name beautifully drawn on the bag just put an extra smile on my face. I usually order the ginger and mushroom noodles without an added protein but enjoyed the addition of chicken this time. Love the autumn rolls and had one leftover for a snack. The food was yummy and perfectly cooked. Love this place!"
"Let me preface this with the fact that I was here with a group of ten people. Serving that many people and keeping the experience seamless is a skill that a lot of restaurants do not have. Nori not only handled the group beautifully, but when it came time to settle up the bill, despite several people trying to pick up different items, they managed it without issue. Neither my wife nor I are big fans of sushi so we both ordered the hibachi. My shrimp and steak were both cooked to perfection. The vegetables were under seasoned which left them feeling g a little bland. The sushi was a Huge (yes I capitalized the word huge intentionally) hit. Our group had ordered two separate sushi "boats" plus several additional rolls. There was not a single unhappy (or hungry) person left at the table."
"We decided to do a girls night out and everyone agreed on sushi. We decided on Fuji sushi and were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Baymeadows roll and loved it. This will be my go to. If you are hungry and like all you can eat, this place is for you. I cannot do all you can eat so I just ordered the two rolls in wanted. They were nice size and the price was great. Will be visiting again"

Everything you can imagine with Asian food. Service with a smile. Quiet environment with many smaller tables. Chai tea is amazing. Owner is a sweet old Asian lady who sat next to us and explained a lot of the menu items. Made me and my wife feel like we were visiting a family member and not dining at a resturant. Will return every time I am in the area.

I went with three other ladies from work, for dinner. None of us were familiar with the menu and our waitress was super helpful. We all got different things, and we're delighted with every dish.

My boyfriend recently introduced me to this place when I was visiting from California and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and it had the perfect balance of rich and savory broth with the tender pork. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the toppings were a great portion. We asked for spice on the side and it tasted even better. Will definitely come back again!

This place was so good. I was in a party of 3 and were seated right away. No wait. The place was stylish the shush bar very beautiful and trendy. The waiter came to our table right away and took our drink orders and made some great suggestions. As far as lunch. We each ordered different rice dishes, and it took no time to have our meal arrive. Our server was very pleasant. They have a modern little robot gadget that follows her with your food order as if you're in Japan. It was pretty awesome. She came back about three times to check on us to see if we needed anything else when we were done, she promptly delivered our bill.

Such a hidden gem (or not so hidden based on its 4+ star rating)!! The food was phenomenal. I got the Pad See-Ew and found the flavor well balanced and the dish to have a great veggie to noodle to egg ratio. The chef even added a little carrot flower! Our waitress was very kind and very helpful. A patron with a cane was leaving the restaurant after his meal and the waitress rushed from the back of the dining area to the door to open the door for him. You could tell that the staff went the extra mile to ensure great food and great presentation. I wish I lived closer, so I could make this a routine spot! The inside was large with a handful of booths and tables. The decor was simple and clean. Instrumental Thai inspired music was playing softly over the speakers making it not too quiet for those on a work lunch or even eating by themselves.

If you're going to the symphony or a broadway show it's walking distance from the theater and a great choice for dinner. We started the meal with boiled peanuts and tater tots. Both seeped in flavor. You're able to choose from 3 different flavor profile for the tots, we decided on their spicy version. Delicious. For mains, we had steak frites, the don don noodles with blackened chicken and their special burger for the night. I had the don don noodles and I definitely will be ordering again. It was spicy but for me it was perfect, left the spicy after burn but wasn't so hot I couldn't continue eating them. The steak was perfect cooked to order, the fries were delicious, highly recommend the Parmesan truffle, and the burger I was told was great. The service was quick, their happy hour lasts until 7pm even on a Friday and the restaurant is stylish with large format tiles, brick walls and an open concept.

"Been here at Pattaya Thai when it was covid and we did a carryout order and to be honest I was not impressed. but my friends decided to have dinner there on a thursday night and the rest was history! Everything was great! from the appetizers that we had to our main meal to desserts! for our appetizers we ordered chicken satay with their peanut sauce and it was AMAZEBALLS! Our friends ordered the cucumber salad and that was definitely refreshing! We also ordered the Spring roll. as for our dinner, I ordered the Pad thai and added chicken on it, Crab fried rice looked good and sadly i did not got the chance to try it, we also had the panang curry and the taste of it was out of this world, my favorite was the Soh Basa fish fillet, my friend ordered it and it was so good! we will definitely be back here and just FYI this place is very small and have a very few seating area."
"We placed a large to go order last night and I was really impressed with the quick service as well as the sushi! All the rolls were on a large platter and everything looked so good! The Batman bomb roll was our family's favorite! The woman who took our order included a free order of crab rangoons which were a huge hit with the kids. I regret that I didn't take any pictures to share. But we will be ordering again soon!"
"This place is super cute! Cozy location and yummy reasonable priced food! Located in a super chill plaza so you can be in and out if you need quick service they got your covered. The location's decor was top tier as far as themes go! I loved the way the table was set-up if you're into all the little details like me. Pink Himalayan salt grinders and Peppercorn grinders, was a very nice touch! Well stocked with less sodium and traditional soy sauce, the shrimp sauce was at our table as well to help yourself when we were seated. Our server was attentive, kept our drinks full and just all around nice.Good time because that's what we're all here for right?I throughly enjoyed my sushi! I am a relatively new sushi consumer lol but I have been a seafood lover since my entire existence and the seafood was fresh and cleaned well, it was all just good! The price?!?! I won't be going anywhere else for my sushi's from now on! If you're even thinking of giving this place a try go with your gut and you'll be well pleased! Don't pass this place up."
"I've been back several times since the negative dine-in experience, but have only ordered carryout. I place all my orders online and have the option to pay in advance or pay when I pick up my order. My order has always been ready by the promised time and the interaction with the staff has either been neutral or positive. We'll usually order their grilled calamari with teriyaki sauce, the Kimbe roll, and lo mein or fried rice. The lo mein isn't as good as other places but my girls are picky and that's one of their favorite dishes. The last time we ordered it, I'm pretty sure they gave us the wrong dish because the noodles were rice noodles, and the flavor profile was way off. Other than that, we've never had any issues with the order accuracy."
"This place was truly a surprise with great drinks! The sushi is super fresh and the dynamite roll is one of the best I've had in orange park. I should make a trip down there now...and you should too!"
"Great food, great service. Great experience. Absolutely delicious! I'd definitely come back next time there's an opportunity."
"I ordered from Tank's the other day for takeout. The first standout thing I notice about Tank's are their prices. They are super reasonable. From appetizers to hibachi, you don't feel like you're going to have to mortgage your house for a meal, which is nice.I ordered two hibachi chicken meals and a side of noodles to go. Each meal comes with your choice of soup or salad. When I arrived home I opened up the meals and was happy to see that the meal size were pretty substantial. The food was piping hot and delicious. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, the rice was hot and delicious and the chicken was tender."
"Lunch Special with 2-3 rolls at a decent price with fast service is where it's at! Soup, salad and choice of two or three cooked or raw rolls from their list. They don't substitute for rolls, but have a good selection. Service is always fast and efficient. Popular sushi restaurant on the Island and I love the shrimp tempera appetizer. I definitely would recommend for a quite lunch."
"My wife and I have been coming here for over 10 years. There's really no "staff" except the two hard working people behind the counter. I don't know if it's a husband and wife team (never asked) but the man cooks and the woman handles the orders and counter. They're both friendly and always say hello to me when I walk in. There's one table to sit and wait but other than that this is a take-out location. When we place the order, she says 15-20 minutes and it's always ready when we get there. The food is hot, delicious and they pack a lot into those containers! (Thank you!!) We always get the House Special Lo-Mein and then pick another dish or two to go with that like Beef/Broccoli, Gen Tsao's chicken, combo fried rice, Mongolian beef or dumplings. I don't know why I haven't added any pictures yet but will definitely start so I can share."
"Easy to miss, but glad we found it. The staff are personable and the food is delicious. The Red Curry Seafood was a little sweet and a little spicy, and 100% amazing. Wish I could've eaten the whole thing, but this just means I can enjoy it all over again for a midnight snack.10/10, would recommend!"
"Pros: delivery available, good service, clean, large menu, provided large portions, great shrimp sauce. Cons: bland flavorCame here solely because I had a groupon. Most likely won't be back.Crab Rangoons make or break a restaurant. And this time, it was a miss. A bit dry, although portions were huge."
"Ordered chicken lo mein for myself and eggdrop for my sick buddy. Both were fresh and delicious. Order was ready exactly when I arrived. I'd never been here before but i definitely be returning. Left overs were so good too."
"Are you visiting Jax to see a Mayo Clinic specialist? Or a local resident here for an expert in care? If you find yourself at Mayo Clinic but you don't want hospital cafeteria food, you are in luck! M Brothers has a fine dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner with lots of delightful choices (see menu pic). They are right here in the main hospital building! The setting has white table cloths and a quiet atmosphere, which may be just what you need depending on what brings you here today. It's a 'must try'. I had the pork belly bites - yum. And then I tried the vegetable pancit with shrimp. My shrimp was a little undercooked at first but they took care of it right away. Good flavor on the noodles. I ordered the buttermilk panna cotta for dessert. The panna cotta stole the show with its interesting presentation and flavor profile. Olive oil chantilly cream? Get out! I also heard the table next crave about the bread and the beet salad!Excellent service by Destiny, my server! Very polite and helpful!"
"Incredible Customer Service for Food Allergies - 12/10!Pandan Leaves went above and beyond to accommodate my lengthy list of food allergies. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made my day. When you walk in, it's dimly lit and cozy. A few booths and few tables/chairs. You order at the back counter and you pay ahead of time. Lots of sushi options and hibachi options. Nice Japanese/americanized fusion. So so good. My day was a little bumpy before visiting Pandan Leaves, let me explain why: I stopped by a neighboring restaurant, called Aloha Waffle Bar, hoping to grab a meal. Unfortunately, their staff refused to share any ingredient information, citing concerns about "revealing secret recipes." Despite explaining that I only needed allergen details for health reasons--emphasizing that I wasn't interested in copying their recipes or taking photos, I simply have an autoimmune condition that prevents me from being able to blindly order and would need some help confirming if a few of my food allergen triggers were present in the ingredients of the food I would be ordering--the person training a new employee was dismissive and even rolled their eyes. When I pointed out that the FDA requires transparency about allergens, particularly the "Big 8," the response was both unhelpful and condescending. The employee training the new person, even said, "I absolutely can't tell you if what you're asking about is in our food," and then winked.HE WINKED. I was so confused. At that point, I asked directly: "So I shouldn't order this? Can you be clear? This is a matter of life and death." The lack of concern or clear communication made it impossible to feel safe eating there, so I left and headed to Pandan Leaves next door instead.I walked in and took a deep breath. I headed to the back and calmly asked if it would be possible to order something made to order and prevent the inclusion of 3 major food allergens. The answer was immediately yes. They were knowledgeable of cross contact and ensured me I'd be safe. What a difference! The staff at Pandan Leaves were amazing from start to finish. They carefully noted all my allergies, confirmed they could prepare a safe meal for me, and triple-checked everything before serving. They even prepared a list of sauces I could enjoy without worry. Their thoughtfulness and diligence completely turned my day around. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the food was delicious--made fresh to order and packed with flavor. I'm so grateful for the team at Pandan Leaves. They didn't just meet expectations--they exceeded them.If you're looking for a place that truly cares about their customers and delivers exceptional food, I can't recommend Pandan Leaves enough. 12/10!"
"Today, this blue food truck is parked on Beach Blvd just east of Saint John's Bluff and west of 295. We stopped on a Sunday afternoon and got 3 fried rice options and were given a buzzer to wait in our car until the food is ready. The two guys running the truck were welcoming and happy to see us. We must have come at a good time as a line of 3-4 other people formed behind us within a couple minutes. My kids loved the sour green apple lemonade which has an electric bright color and pucker that is unlike any other drink I've ever had. Hubs got the chicken teriyaki and I got the cheese burger fried rice which both came with a large portion in a styrofoam container - both of us had enough for 2-3 meals, easily! I think the base rice was the same for both of our options, and it was seasoned well and had a great texture, though I could have used a little more crispy edges on mine tbh. The value for the portion size is excellent, though I wish the base rice was not the same for all the dishes."
"Great tucked away treasure. Their fish is brought in fresh daily. The staff is amazing. We've done both the hibachi table and set at the sushi bar. We are grateful to have a place close by like this. It's delicious."
"Went to Teriyaki Madness on Grand Opening day on July 25, and it was sure madness. People were lined out the door. But despite the chaos, the menu ordering went smooth as if they have been opened for awhile.Grand Opening special was on the Chicken Teriyaki for $6. That's what we ordered along with a Salmon Bowl. It was about a 20 minute so despite how busy they were, food came out rather quickly.Food Impressions...So my original plan was to eat just half of my bowl and save the rest for later. I was on the right track UNTIL I decided to take a couple more bites. More bites and OINK OINK later, I ended devouring the whole bowl. Loved the food... Teriyaki so TeriYummy!!!"
"This place used to be The Red Bowl, and we noticed they still have our favorites which are the Chicken Hibachi and Red Curry. I also saw some familiar staff and crew. Our order came out fast and still tasted delicious as ever. The main difference is the plating, very nice food presentation and the curry serving was HUGE! Of course we were happy! The interior is definitely an upgrade, and the tables and booths are aplenty. Their menu offers a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes. They offer AYCE and I heard they were worth it, might try it in our next visit."
"I'm hungry and I have no clue what I want. This rarely happens (side eye). Just left a community engagement meeting on the Northside (way north) and the bubble guts were getting loud. Then I noticed this place was still saved in bookmarks with varying reviews and no pics. :-/#$%# it - I can grab a quick snack then get a real meal later. I get off the highway and immediately feel a little sketchy about the area. Nothing really seems open even though it's after noon on a Saturday? Then I see the line! There's a line of patrons waiting at this small walk up take out stand! I park as tightly as I can and shuffle around some folks to peak at the menu. I was hoping for calallo & salt fish or ackee - but instead I see shrimp scampi? So this place has the bootleg Queens/Brooklyn vibe.Looked like several mothers were cooking away in the kitchen. Don't except smiles and warm welcomes. Place your order, pay, and step to the side and wait. Depending on what you order. That wait can get pretty long. (First time my patty took at least 10 minutes. But it's so good I couldn't complain - just go in with proper expectations.) There's a small outside patio for those that can't wait the drive/walk home to eat. But most take the food and run. As I'm waiting I notice a super tall built dude that walked out in a dockyard navy blue out fit that said "SECURITY"? Dude really? Me love: curry goat, beef patties(spiced nice), and carrot juice (so sweet).Be ready for all types of goodness. It's inexpensive and portions are huge.Spit fyah and a cuss: limited menu and no true vegetarian options - and no fishThis small walk up has been a staple for the area for over 30 years so I don't see them going anywhere for a long time. Keep supporting local business."
"Extremely good. I had the spam with garlic rice and it didn't even make it home before It was gone. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Worth stopping for."
