"Wife and I are hungry and wanted to Enjoy the Ocean view so we stopped by to eat at this Restaurant! Bree was our waitress! Music was great food is superb, Bree performance as a waitress was okay. She forgot to introduce her self, she forgot to bring us waters, she forgot to bring us napkins and condiments, she forgot to bring me tartar sauce for my fish and chips and I had to ask her to kindly bring me sauce for my fish. Beautiful Ocean view though! She informed me that it was on the table already and she apologized for not letting me know because it was hiding behind my drinks. Over All I would rate this place a 4 star!"
"Ale soaked wood and the sounds of the sea make this beach bar perfect! Food's good and drinks are cold but it's the atmosphere that will keep you coming back"

"We come here time and time again. Every time we come we seem to have a different experience. We'd just come off a fishing boat at the Dunlawton launch and were pretty hungry so we decided to come here since it was close by. It was just after lunch time on a weekday and was still pretty packed, but we got in line, placed our order and found a nice place to sit outside where we could watch the world go by.I ordered the fish sandwich and was pretty pleased with the freshness and taste. The cole slaw is not very exciting but still has good flavor. My husband got a fish basket and our friend got a sandwich as well. Everything was good, and I actually liked the hush puppies this time. Wierd.Service was great, the server came over often to fill up the tea and water glasses and kept us in cold beers. Again, I wish Yelp had half points because this should be a 4.5 star review. I took off a star because the order station took a long time as one of the cashiers kept wandering off as the line got longer and longer so only one cashier would be taking all of the orders. This seems to be a consistent problem every time we've come. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and time at the restaurant."
"Very nice place. We were able to make reservations fairly last minute. The food was good and the wine list was nice. Waitstaff were very engaging and the customer service was impeccable."
"Amazing little place. One of the best cafes on Amelia Island! Amy Joe recommended the fish tacos and flat bread chicken margarita pizza. Perfect!! Keep it up you guys! Atmosphere is great tucked amongst the old city trees and not a far walk from centre street."
"We have been wanting to stop in and check this place out while in the area, it's definitely a five star location, what a beautiful restaurant sitting on the river bank. We arrived late morning on Saturday and it was packed with customers, they had some kind of themed event going on but we decided to enter from the porch and immediately found an empty bar inside so we grabbed a few stools after being greeted by the bartender. She dropped off a few menus and we ordered drinks - after reading a few reviews from my fellow Yelpers we decided to stick with a cocktail and an appetizer- I asked for a recommendation and she volunteered that the gator is popular but its frozen from a box but the coconut fried shrimp are fresh and hand breaded in house and served with an orange sauce. The margarita was really good and packs a punch even without a floater, the draft beer was cold but served in a plastic cup so drink up, in my opinion this place needs a giant outdoor tiki bar (I may have never left). I definitely made a great choice picking the coconut fried shrimp which I rarely choose, this was an amazing appetizer and a very generous portion of large butterflied shrimp served hot from the kitchen with a citrus orange sauce which was delicious. The service at the bar was really good, the bar tender engaged us in some positive conversation during our entire stay. After leaving the restaurant we checked out the fishing piers and did a little people watching before leaving - it's definitely got some of that "Old Florida Charm" going for it which we love..."
"First time visit and Had a fantastic experience with Mackenzie M! We friend and I took a while to decide what we wanted and she was attentive and helpful with suggestions and answering questions. Environment was clean, food was absolutely amazing, service was attentive and kind. Will definitely be back!"
"Classic beach bar! Golden Lion is a staple in Flagler Beach. Good food & music (Mostly the music is just evenings, weekends & holidays)They nice rooftop seating, friendly servers, good drinks. In addition to their inside seating they also have covered shaded & open unshaded outside seating. 3 bar seating areas and lots of tables which is great cuz they are usually crowded."
"Great food and service from Kayla tonight - 9/16/24.Large Caesar salad, Mahi fingers, and Cajun Mahi tacos all cooked perfectly!Amazing food and ambiance at River Grille! Thanks, Kayla!"
"Tasty's remains a solid option for a quick but not "fast food" lunch or dinner. We have been coming here for years and still enjoy it! The staff is friendly and accommodating with allergies. Love the patio area to sit and watch all the happenings around downtown Fernandina. I also love that they offer a Gluten Free Bun! Finally my little boy can eat a hamburger with a bun out at a restaurant. I got the salad today with double beef patties and added grilled jalapeños. It's really good! Make sure to try the crabby fries or tots (seasoned with Old Bay and comes with a side of Tartar sauce... don't knock it till ya try it!)."
"We came here for date night over the weekend. Parking can be a bit problematic during high traffic times, so just beware, you may have to park in the Publix plaza. We opted to sit at the bar. It had been a long time since I ordered a dirty martini, so I ordered one once we sat down. A huge plus they had blue cheese stuffed olives. All the bartenders we came in contact with were attentive. For starters we ordered the blue cheese chips. They came out rather quickly. For $12.99 you get a very large portion to share. There were so many that we couldn't finish them all, but the chips were crispy, and the blue cheese was tangy. For entrees I ordered their version of a French dip with a side of fries and my husband ordered the plain Jane chicken sandwich.Once again, our orders came out quickly. The good is I really liked their creamy horseradish sauce and fries. The not-so-good, I got a few fatty bites in the sandwich, which I wasn't a huge fan of. The flavor was good.Prices seemed in-line for the area."
"While camping at the beautiful Tomoka State Park, we wandered into town for lunch and found this place on a recommendation of a local. It is a comfy little bar but it has a lot of outside seating ON the beach. Perfect. Our server was friendly, fast, kept an eye on us, top notch. We ordered and shared a conch fritter appetizer: 6 good sized fritters with a zippy sauce. Lots of conch. We also shared fish tacos and upped the fish to Mahi. (extra $2- worth it) 2 soft tacos with a big chunk of delicious grilled fish in each..topped with a sauce and avocado. Delicious, a little messy, but who cares? It came with delicious crunchy fries. It was a delightful time and a great meal. Before tip, it was around $32. We were very pleased with the whole experience. When you go, plan on walking the beach....it will be calling you!"

Yum! These were my first crab legs of this style, but they were so soft and delicious ! They pulled apart so well and had so much flavor I didn't need the butter! The coconut shrimp was also so good as well as the Mac n cheese! The outdoor seating was also so pretty nice and right on the beach, which made the entire experience great!

Nice view, good food.We have been coming here for years. This beach side door offers indoor seating with a view of the beach .Prices are reasonable for the beach area. Did you have a small parking lot but is very limited. You must move your car once you are done eating. Nice long bar with TVs and friendly bartenders. This restaurant is a busy spot during the summer months so we can get very packed and loud and noisy but has a wonderful atmosphere in the food is good.

First time here and we loved it. We were going to go to aunt catfish but they told us they had a party of 200 and it would be 1 hour wait minimum. We found this place and it was great. We had half pound peel and eat shrimp, grits with blacken shrimp and crab Pattie sandwich . The service was great and the food was delicious. We sat outside and it was really a nice relaxing lunch.

I had Aunt Kate's on my mind, so on my way home from my stay in Vilano Beach for three days, I came by here for a delicious shrimp lunch. The highlight of my visit was ANDREW! I am so glad he waited on me. He did a great job in making me feel comfortable and I never wanted for any. He brought anything I needed, before I had to ask him. He is a true asset to this Restaurant. The ambiance and sitting outside on the water is always a plus. I love the music they play. Sometimes they have a Musician performing here on the outside deck. The food always rocks the house here. I've never had a bad meal here. If you're ever in the area or make a special trip here, you won't be disappointed.

We ordered the pizza with goat cheese, and it was delicious! I would suggest replacing the spinach with arugula or smaller spinach leaves, but that's just my personal opinion. Overall, it was great! The cheesy bread was also fantastic, and the service was excellent!

Great food, wonderful views, and even some excellent music made our visit to the Golden Lion Cafe a wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed the crab stuffed shrimp offered as a special meal for Father's Day. At times, restaurants can lose a bit of their quality on holidays when demand is high, but this restaurant provided a supreme level of quality even on a hectic Sunday. The location is ideally situated on A1A in Flagler Beach, with great views from the second floor, and even the first floor area we're we were seated. Service was excellent, with the food and drinks being brought quickly. The full bar serves all types of drinks including tropical favorites, as well as plenty of soft drinks - there was such a diverse crowd since it was Father's Day with families of all age ranges enjoying the day. This is definitely a place to visit if you are in the Flagler Beach area.

"Very friendly staff and the breakfast was good with fast service. If you're in the area I would recommend this place for breakfast."
"Great for late night eats! After searching and searching around St Augustine for food after 9pm. We asked the locals who directed us to Barley Republic. Glad they did! We got well made drinks, my hubby is a Old Fashion guy and was very happy with his drink. We were excited to get food here! We were told the chicken tenders were delicious not your frozen variety, these were made there and they were!! We got these with some fries. Yum!The place is casual and feels like it fits right into St Augustine's historic vibe. Great outdoor patio.Definitely will go back here again! Thank you Barley Republic for staying open late and serving food! We appreciate you!"
"Saw Brad Upton tonite at early show. Came early for dinner. Small venue with friendly employees and good food. Had a great time, comedian was great. What was not so great was my husband bought 3 "half price" beers during Happy Hour on a tab, but got charged full price when checking out after the show. No bueno, Cafe Eleven."
"Absolutely the best BBQ in the Palm Coast Ormond area. Great food, excellent quality meats, staff was super nice. Prices are excellent for what you get. And definitely try the deserts!! Only drawback was old post of menu so added an updated one"
"This is our third visit, and definitely not our last. We came in on a Friday for happy hour, but noticed that the menu had changed from what was listed online. The options were more limited and none quite to our liking, so we opted for items from the regular menu instead.I've had their shrimp and grits before and enjoyed them, so this time I ordered the fish. It was still tasty, but I wish the protein portion was larger. My husband ordered the SKS cheesesteak, which was delicious, but then again, it would've been better with a bit more meat. Additionally, the hoagie bread felt a bit stale when you break it, the pieces don't stick together and it's slightly dry.We also requested that our drinks be served with our food, but unfortunately, they arrived after we had almost finished eating.Overall, we'll definitely be back, but likely for brunch, as we had a more enjoyable experience during our last visit."
"4.5/5 The seafood is very fresh and the view was nice! The service was slightly slow, but expected since we came during a dinner rush. The meals we ordered were well put together. We'd recommend the grouper, poke tacos, and the raw seafood! Puttanesca was very generous with their seafood variety and size, but the sauce was pretty sour- so not our favorite. Overall, this place is pretty good for people who appreciate quality seafood."
"Came in for lunch on Wednesday and our waitress was spectacular, personality was the best. Asked for a personal vodka cranberry type drink, perfect!Had the blackened tuna tacos and they were superb. I have never had a bad experience at Mossfire. Best Mexican restaurant in 5 points"
"Down and Dirty: Delicious food beautifully plated. Service was not the best. Drinks were tasty. Ambiance was chaotic. Food was very pricey. Probably won't go again. Made reservations for my 40th birthday with 8 of my closest friends. We drank and dined on delicious food/cocktails. Pricing was a bit ridiculous but knew that going in. Wouldn't come again unless it was for a really special occasion. Service was decent. Kendall was our server. As the "birthday girl" I was disappointed that I was the last person the waiter asked for food/drink order. He really didn't treat me like a special guest or make sure I was cared for like you'd expect from a pricing upscale establishment on your birthday. To top it off, I got no dessert for my birthday or even asking if I wanted to order dessert. Not impressed. Atmosphere was not great. We were sat in a room at the far back left and had i guess 3-4 other parties in there. It was so loud I could barely hear the conversation at my table. I had to yell to communicate. Not what you want at an upscale dinner for your 40th birthday."
"Food is excellent. Great portions given. My only complaint is service could use a bit more love for the job."
"Went here because the Diner was absolutely packed. Second time here. Good service limited menu but fast service. Home fries cooked crispy as ordered same with bacon. Eggs also cooked like requested. My husband had the grits with eggs and sausage. Limited parking. $4 mimosas on Sunday"
"Halfway through our invigorating 22-mile bike ride, we decided to take a pause and indulge in the captivating scenery while enjoying a chilled beverage. The service we received was attentive and warm, and the picturesque location on the beach was complemented by the melodious live music and swaying palm trees. The outdoor seating was plentiful and positioned near the sand, creating a cheerful atmosphere that beckoned us to unwind. The extensive selection of drinks and enticing food menu options further enhanced our experience, and the presence of umbrellas ensured a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a place to savor delicious drinks, groove to live entertainment, and bask in a beachside ambiance that exudes tranquility and joy, this is your go-to destination."
"Mary was our server today and she was very on point. I asked for extra sauce for my rice and she was filling up my water pronto. The rice portions have definitely gotten skimpy and the chef flattens it out to make it look like a full plate. Hawaiian wings tasty but not exceptionally hot. Calamari was good. Came during an off peak hour so plenty of seating.. Sunny day for people watching."
"Great food. Fantastic atmosphere. Friendly staff a must stop if your in the area great breakfast to late night snack and upstairs bar area"
"Was the food bad? No. Was it great? No. I'd say decent. I totally understand small diner food, but this seemed like that's the image and not the reality. I feel like salt and pepper should at the very least be a minimum, everything was bland. Not bad, just bland. I will say my cheesy grits were just a couple bags of the instant cheese grits. Like I said, diner image, not diner food. Service wasn't the best but to their credit we were there in peak brunch time on a Saturday so I'm honestly not holding that against anyone, it was super busy and I think they did the best they could, which wasn't bad at all. Overall it's just average. Not bad, not good. Would I go back? Maybe. The place looked pretty cool though, walls covered in classic Hollywood decor and my son was pumped about the jukebox."
"10/10! The bartender girly Mick was extremely nice and attentive. I work from home so escaping to a cafe with WiFi is a need, and I strongly recommend the local. I was there to see a government liquor license person checking their facility and they did great. Drinks are perfect ratio and they have a large variety of food. Super friendly staff, I'll be back soon!"
"The service was slow. We went before lunch time so at first it was just me and my husband. The service was so slow, we've waited about 30 minutes for the food to be served. Also when there were group of 3 that came in sat next to our table, they were also complaining how the service was slow and they ended up leaving. The ambiance was okay, it look just like typical brewery or sports bar. The food was okay, I ordered the Steakhouse salad, there was too much bacon bits. Also the avocado chicken sandwich was okay. The only reason I gave 3 is because the beer I ordered saw the only one I liked."
"We needed a place near the stadium for dinner before opening night for the Jacksonville Icemen hockey game. Obviously, it's not really that close to the arena but close enough for an early dinner and still time to make the first puck drop. I opted for the sheep style burger with truffle and Parmesan tater tots. Perfect flavor profile (think In-N-Out animal style) and those tots were bangin'. I dumped the fresh and perfectly crispy tots out of the silver cup onto my plate and it was a way bigger serving than I anticipated. Our server was on point - friendly and attentive. We decided to split a dessert and chose the hummingbird bread pudding. Trust me when I say save room for this creation. DEEP FRIED - yes, all CAPS - bread pudding, salted caramel sauce, coconut ice cream, and toasted coconut crumble. Best dessert I've had in a long time but I will confess I'm a big fan of coconut. My only critique is that Bellwether is not closer to my house. If you need someplace to eat downtown, Bellwether should be on your short list."
"I've never really eaten at the local, but I saw a picture of fried oysters on top of a Caesar salad and it just felt right. I took myself on a little solo lunch date, but unfortunately that option was no longer available on the menu. But... I had to have something along the lines of it, so I became creative. I ordered a blackened chicken, Caesar salad, and a side of delicious Parmesan garlic oysters. I then placed them on top of the salad & mixed it all up! Oh my my my...let me tell you... chef, skip the shell throw in some garlic butter Parmesan oysters on top of that salad and make it a menu option. It was so perfectly paired with the true homemade Caesar dressing and the perfect crunch from fresh croutons. My version unfortunately was on the expensive side. I could even eat this without the chicken and just oysters on top. This made my whole solo lunch date experience! Vic's Parmesan oyster Caesar salad. Try it. You will not be disappointed! A fun local spot located in the heart of Atlantic beach with a relaxed ambience, full bar, and live music on the weekends! Enjoy!"
"My partner and I popped in to 43rd Street for breakfast after a grueling 36 hour drive from Utah to Florida. I know, I know! It actually IS crazy, but that's a review for another app entirely.Have you ever been to a place where you can just tell the people there all care about their jobs? A place that operates smoothly without a bunch of flash? That's how I felt about 43rd Street. Very clean and uncluttered, with a definite retro feel. Kinda like stepping back in time a decade or three, but in a nostalgic way. The place was fairly busy but quiet, which I appreciated after 30+ hours of road noise and loud music. We were greeted as soon as we entered and shown to a table with no wait. The hostess (I didn't catch her name) took our drink orders as we were seated--OJ for her and coffee for me--and promptly bustled away to take care of us. Our server, Crystal, was a delight. Efficient, friendly, attentive, all the things one needs to be an all-star server. Our drinks came out quickly, freshly squeezed OJ and fresh coffee, both lovely. I ordered the Firecracker omelette and my partner got French toast with strawberries. We shared a large side of cheesy grits, which I was super excited for. Love me some grits! Comforting, plentiful, and well prepared. Also delicious! I enjoyed every part of my visit to 43rd Street and will definitely return next time I'm in the neighborhood. Check them out, you won't walk away hungry or sorry!"
"Looking for the cliche Florida coastal crab boil restaurant. Hurrican Patty's filled the need - as if it came out of a movie. It's off the road, on the marina docking bay = picture perfect. They're open later than other places, which was mainly what we were looking for. Shop owners eat later than the tourists. #factsWe walked around the venue before entering and loved the entire water "bay vibe". The restaurant has a wrap around walking dock / deck with an outside bar, table seating, and live music all on the backside. On the front side of the venue is the entrance, and an outdoor table seating patio. Upon entering, you have to wait to be seated by the hostess. This has a very Joe's Crab Shack meets pirates ambiance without the "restaurant chain" feel. Our service was quick, semi friendly, and to the point. Our server gal took care of us, had a smile, but was not hovering - and that's what we expected. A total cliche server experience. The "Painkiller" drink I ordered was stiff and DARN yummy! The price was right, not over priced. I would have preferred a top shelf rum and no ice. Next time I'll ask. They have the crab boil special on Saturdays.I didn't know about the social when I chose this venue for our food adventure Night. The price was great as we happened to go on a Saturday. I also pre-gamed signed up for their email list on their website and got a coupon for a shrimp appetizer emailed to me. Woop!I've never had anything "oyster" before. (Being from Vegas, it's not something you order when there... I would recommend it.) We ordered the oyster sampler. We also ordered the shrimp and grits for next day breakfast / lunch. Sunday chill day pre-gaming.!The shrimp appetizer was buttery and light. It's a perfect starter for two. I recommend it.The oysters were steamed well, but I wasn't a fan of ALL the flavors on platter. The oyster and lobster was so F-ing good. I'd order just that next time. The crab bucket was on point. YES! I would prefer more seasoning, but I'm not mad at it. This is large enough to share. Great for 2 people if you have an appetizer. The shrimp and grits were darn good.I felt the grits were a little undercooked, but I didn't mind because the next day I heated them up in a pot with some milk and butter and they were bomb AF!!!!!!I can imagine, though, people WOULD complain "the grits are undercooked".I took home the sausage from my crab boil. Sliced them up and cook them the next day - adding them to my grits for a PERFECT no cook Sunday meal. Nom nom.I would highly recommend hHurricane Patty's as a venue to take people to, especially on a Friday or Saturday evening when there is live music outside. The prices were very reasonable.Don't expect five star service. Expect your meal served to you - you might get a smile. I'm okay with that because, it's a Marina restaurant... Up in the cut.The food IS surprisingly good. The atmosphere is awesome! I would imagine dinner at sunset would be very chill and romantic.REASONS TO VISIT: 1. Location2. Plenty of Parking3. Ambiance4. Overall Venue5. Reasonable Prices6. Decent Food7. Decent Drinks"
"Came in on a rainy Sunday. Restaurant was clean and bright. We sat immediately and ordered some sweet tea. After reviewing the menu we asked our server Rachel and she helped us make our final decision. Rachel's explanation of each item was absolutely perfect! The conch fritter (which was part of the Key West Combo) was absolutely DELICIOUS. My husband sampled the clam chowder and said it IS the best clam chowder he has ever had. Everything was great. If I had to pick one thing that was just ok we would say it was the cheese grits. They were good just not hot. Come check this place out. You won't be disappointed!"
"I was heading into St. Augustine today and someone had recommended this place to me for a good place t o eat. They were right. The restauarant has a varied menu with appetizers, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, burgers and entrees. I had seen a picture of the Gypsy House Salad and it looked good so I figured I would give it a try. It comes with green leaf lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, tomato, cucumber, red onions, olives, hard boiled egg, house made croutons, garbanzo beans, pepperoncini's, and Swiss cheese. I added blackened chicken to the salad and had the house dressing. The salad looked great and tasted even better. Service from Kelly was friendly and quick. The ambiance has a black and gold color scheme, as well as many colorful art items on the walls for sale."
"Food: Beautiful on the outside AND inside. We had the chef's choice breakfast board which is randomized for EACH customer; it's a surprise even for the waiters. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise including crispy seasoned hash browns, oblonged shaped pancakes stuffed with hidden bacon, more bacon, browned French toast, shrimp and grits, and fruits. Everything on the board was exceptional. The only critique I would give are the grits; it needed more salt which I simply adjusted with table salt on the side. Very reasonably priced for the board; $30 and fed 2 people. Service: Standard nice waitress that checked frequently. Ambiance: colorful with the LGBT decor, plants, and wall art (even the menu had some fun LGBT items haha). The only critique I would give is the odor of the place, but maybe it was because we were seated near the bathroom.Edit: forgot to mention I RARELY give 5/5 reviews and I rarely eat breakfast/brunch, but this place made me realize breakfast can be great and not just some generic IHOP or maple street. Please show this local shop some love especially if you stop near the beach!!"
