Love this gym! I found out about them via a sponsored Facebook ad. They were doing a 6 week challenge: lose 20 pounds or 4% body fat. It was just the kick start I needed to move the plateau. They have about 6 full time coaches on staff. Each class has 2 instructors. You do a 5-10 minute warmup, the coaches go over the exercises for the day then you get started!The workouts vary from cardio, strength, or blended. They are about 40 minutes and you get an all over workout. If you're a gym member, which I am as after only 3 weeks on the challenge, I realized how much I love it, they have ~quarterly fun events. Usually it's something to do with beer :) It's a great way to meet new people and have a great time. Please check out this gym. First workout is free. The new owner of this gym appears to be actively pushing away long time members. It's a shame. The previous owner of this gym built an amazing gym and community, and in just a few weeks under new management that's crumbling down. The new owner is rude and aggressive and will not honor previous commitments made by the original owner. I asked him on multiple occasions to call me to discuss my membership and he replied with a boomerang video of a computer screen. My account has been prepaid, but because he refused to honor previous arrangements, I lost the time I had prepaid. And at $170 a month, that's quite a hit. Weeks after my requests to be contacted he reached out and asked me if I would be renewing and when I said no he got very aggressive with me. He's unprofessional and will never see a dime of my money. There are way too many options in Jacksonville, and good people to support. This is not one of them.

Signed up for a 21 day challenge. I'm a week in and absolutely love this place! Coaches are great and members are super friendly. Workout routines change daily so you won't get bored. Nice mix of cardio and strength. Last class during the week is at 6:30 (except for Friday) so it's convenient for those working past 5p.
