Southern comfort food at its finest, and served by some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. It doesn't get much better than that. Crispy fried shrimp, perfectly seasoned greens, creamy mac-n-cheese just like mamma makes, sweet and smokey baked beans, delicious ribs and soooooo much more y'all. It's good stuff. If you need a food truck at an event, Bright Light Catering is awesome.

Nice people. The ribs were pretty good. Tender with some smoke flavor. Baked beans were good. Peach cobbler was also good.

Let me tell all y'all something! If y'all are looking for good,no the best food, from a food truck, look no further! It's Brightlight catering. I had a made from scratch corn dog. And let me tell you it's the best one I've ever had. My wife had the shrimp. The batter was so perfect and the shrimp was so fresh. These folks got it going on!!! Y'all have to check them out! Yum yum. I'll travel anywhere to eat here again. Thanks again. Bravo!!!!!
