BREW Five Points

Stopped in on a cold Saturday morning after dropping my pup off across the street. This place is packed and I see why. The small tables are filled with locals enjoying their beverages and a cool laid back Saturday morning 5 Points vibe.I got a brown sugar vanilla hot latte and it's delicious. I didn't get food but I'm watching, and the bkfst sandwiches I'm seeing look huge and mouth-watering. There are pastries up front too. Can't wait to check out more of their extensive menu!Glad I came by this cozy place. It feels like what a true coffee shop should be. The neighborhood folk are on to something here! I think it says "not bad" on the door to try to keep this a secret. Oh well..!

"Not bad." Their slogan says it all. I would come here over and over, not just for the coffee, but for the kolaches. I had never had one before and didn't know what to expect - there are a variety of flavors and both the everything and garlic ones were fantastic. The place itself has several tables and bar-style seating as well. The service was great and one of the employees encouraged us to come back for a breakfast sandwich kolache, which I would absolutely do the next time I'm in town!

BREW Five Points gets five stars. I absolutely loooove this coffee shop. Over our 2 day stay in Jacksonville, we came to BREW 3 times. With their coined slogan of "not bad", this spot is definitely not bad at all. It's so good, actually. Great even! We first came here looking for a quick morning pick-me-up and some brekkie. After a search on Yelp, we found out our airbnb was only a short 5 minute walk to get here. With the cooler weather, we had a great walk through Riverside park and to this coffee shop. It's situated in a small little area with Hawkers, fun shops, and the Sunray cinema. It was lively on a Saturday morning with what seemed to be a mix of regulars and newcomers. After looking through their menu, we decided on a some drinks and a kolache sandwich. Everything was so good! From my matcha to the the sandwich, I still dream about both. The kolache sandwich is your style of egg in between whatever kolache you choose. I did the cheese and sausage with a scrambled egg. The scrambled egg comes in a compact, fluffy cube. Perfection. On our other trips back, I always got the matcha and my partner tried their almost everything off their seasonal menu. He even added their toasted marshmallow. This will definitely be a go-to spot if we're ever back in Jax! Until then, I will cherish my BREW Five Points tote. (Yes, of course I got the tote.)

An absolutely must visit if you want to chillax a bit with some great coffee. Enjoyed my short time here.

Absolutely love this place! I had a nice hot peppermint mocha latte and tried the avocado toast with radishes on it. I'm not a radish fan but man these big slices is radishes were amazing on the toast. Spicy, salty and just what I needed on a cold brisk morning.

Cute coffee shop. I loved the homemade marshmallow that you can put on any drink. The breakfast sandwich was good too!

I never knew I needed ranch on a breakfast sandwich, but this is the Age of Enlightenment and I have been enlightened.I figured I'd give this "not bad" coffee joint a visit since I had never been before. I did not realize they had such great food options too, and I struggled to pick. Ultimately I landed on the Ranch Sammy which has avocado, bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese, and RANCH! For my ranch lovers, it's homemade and it is delicious. Everything about the sandwich was perfect and it did feel appropriate to eat for breakfast.I also ordered an iced latte with brown sugar vanilla syrup. This was just as tasty as I had expected!The service is quick and friendly. There is plenty of seating for individuals/small groups, but I wouldn't recommend coming with a large group.I'm really glad to have stopped in here, and I think I might be a frequent flyer going forward.

BREW Five Points has quickly become one for my favorite coffee shops! Located in the Five Point Neighborhood, Brew is a fun place to grab a coffee to go or stay for a drink and a bite to eat with the Sunday morning crowd. They offer all the coffee shop staples and do them well - espresso drinks with all the milks, matcha, cold brews. The seasonal drink offerings are really special though - some have tasted like nothing I have had anywhere else. My favorite has been a fall drink called the Golden Delicious which was caramel apple cold brew with cold foam. In addition to the drinks, the food - to order and pastries in the case- is definitely something to come in for as well. I am a huge fan of the tahini banana bread and the breakfast tacos. Be sure to check this place out!

I love BREW a latte :-) This is a wonderful little cafe with amazing coffee, tea, desserts, and food. I love grabbing a cold brew with vanilla syrup or my all time fave, the dirty chai (definitely one of the best in Jax).Now when it comes to delicious baked treats, they have the good stuff!! I'm obsessed with the earl grey shortbread cookie and of course their kolaches. Everyday they have a tasty selection of treats. Their food menu is great too, take a look and try one of their breakfast options. I really enjoy their breakfast burrito.The cafe is great for sitting in to work and sip a coffee or for take out. I really like the location as well because it is right in five points so it gives a great vibe. The service is great and the people are very nice. Definitely a great place!

I went to brew for a silent disco event on Friday night. It was absolutely absolutely amazing! I loved the indoor/outdoor set up. Let me show my face real quick, I didn't have any food or beverages except bottled water, but I tell you what I was so impressed with this event. I really look forward to trying out the establishment that hosted it when they are open for their daytime business. Thanks BREW!
