We came here on a Sunday to grab a bite to eat after church. I haven't been here in a while, and I was eager to come back.Breezy's is located off of 3rd Street. It looks like a home, so it can be easy to miss.We pulled into the parking lot and found a spot quickly. When we arrived the owner was super sweet and warm. I had a hankering for the peruvian chicken pita (DO NOT SLEEP ON THE PERUVIAN CHICKEN), which comes with chips and your choice of pasta salad or coleslaw. I also got a iced latte. The inside is cute and comfy. Our meals came out quickly and I was eager to dig into the peruvian chicken pita.Just as I had remembered it, the chicken was moist, flavorful, and delicious. The pasta salad is also made with the Peruvian dressing, so you'll get your fix. When we were about to leave I saw they brought out a brand new tray of blueberry crumb cake. Don't miss out on their homemade bakery items. I requested two corner pieces. They were DELICIOUS. Extra crumb topping, delicious and flavorful. Also, I went upstairs to checkout the new space. They offer dinner there on the weekends and it has a beachy vibe going on!

Stopped in for a quick sammie and to get the house coffee again because it's so good! Service again was great. Vibe still good.

Real beach feel and homey vibe. Nothing fancy or swanky. Small place, but big tastes! Food is delicious and fresh. Parking is in the back. Don't be deterred from all the "tow away" signs. If you're a patron, you're fine. The property owner tows cars that just use the space to go to the beach. (Good to know!) Makes sense, more space for us that want to go here! Thanks! I had the turkey artichoke pita, which includes fluffy egg and cheese. I added the homemade Peruvian sauce and the mango pineapple hot pepper sauce (I think the combination was awesome! Flavor with a kick! Hehe, yummmm - go try it!) Also, had half of a blueberry scone (a friend and I shared). Fresh and not too sweet. I liked it! I would have gotten the Krispy treat, too, but I was already full. Good stuff. Washed it down with a watermelon mimosa. Mmmmm. Thanks for the great breakfast, Breezy! Will definitely be back.

Cute little spot. No frills, just the basics. Their house iced coffee is the way to go , has Carmel, coconut and mocha. It was cheap and quick.

Top notch chill spot. On the beach, vegan friendly, everyone friendly. The owner is amazingly friendly. The location is pet friendly, kid friendly, adult friendly. No one is ever bored. The ambiance is inviting and fun. The food is amazing! From an assortment of activities and entertainment, to awesome recipes and the beach! Say yes and stop in and tell her Ashley says we can't wait to come back!

This is not my favorite place. It is close to the beach and is a smaller place. There is not very much in regards to seating. The coffee is not good but the homemade pasteurizes are not bad. Staff are fine.

I was thrilled to learn about Breezy thanks to a holiday Yelp event back in December- but it took me forever to get my tooshie out to Breezy to actually enjoy a cup of coffee and treat! I did treat my son and we had a lovely morning sipping coffee outside at one of the tables and enjoying breakfast. I went with their house blend and had a little somethin-somethin added, day drinking! Yes, they offer spiked coffee. Eddie had an iced coffee, again- their house blend, which is delicious! He had a breakfast pita- bacon, egg and cheese which he inhaled and I nibbled on some freshly made coffee cake. The owner here is super sweet and the whole experience is just lovely. I need to make this part of my routine and get out here more often. Fresh baked goods and wonderful coffee is a no-brainer! Just go and enjoy!

I really wanted to support a local business. Really. I'll write about my two visits. The location was great, on a busy street. If I didn't know what I was looking for, I would've completely driven past it. The outside is unassuming, so it it easy to miss. Ordered a mocha and a cheesecake brownie. Mocha was meh. Not hot at all, and I struggled to find any taste of coffee or chocolate. The cheesecake brownie was better. Very soft, moist. Brownie base could probably be a little more dense and chewy, since the cheesecake topping was really soft.Homey vibe, with tables and sofas. Almost empty on a Sunday morning, and sound still bounced all over with a group of four talking among themselves. My second visit was a few days later. When I walked in, the owner asked what I would like. I told her I was in the mood for something strong and sweet. Then I asked her what coffee she used. When I tried to mention my disappointment with the previous visit, she started trying to explain the difference between espresso and regular brewed coffee (even though I told her I knew what the difference was), and I wasn't going to get something strong ordering a mocha. I tried to tell her that the mocha tasted like water and milk, but she walked off and ignored me.I ordered another iced coffee, and it just wasn't good. After she tried to sweeten it a couple of times, I told her it was fine and left, coffee and lemon poppy slice in hand because it was just too uncomfortable with her and another patron (a regular of her's who had jumped into the espresso conversation earlier) looking at me intently.I'm not even going to go back and try the food because this interaction was just too much.

Cute little place near the beach offering coffee, wine, and tasty food. We stayed nearby and were within walking distance, so we decided to walk for breakfast on a cloudy Sunday morning. The workers were friendly and helpful and we got to wander around and look while waiting. There's an upstairs part where you can sit and watch the cars go by and an outdoor area to sit as well. The inside has comfy couches and a welcoming vibe. We got a bagel, croissant, and pita and they were all amazing.
