Brazilicious

The BEST brazilian food!!!! We go see them everytime they are around us we live the food so much they catered our wedding. They are the kindest sweetest people and so incredibly helpful! We love them!

Every week our community has a food truck night, and this week happened to be Brazilicious. Since I'm a huge picanha fan, it was a no brainer that we'd have to give it a shot. We ordered the samba plate, which allows you to pick any 3 meats, so we selected picanha (cooked rare), shrimp, and sausage. Unfortunately, the steak ended up being closer to well done by the time we made it back to the house, but I think that's just the cost of taking steak to-go, and not necessarily the fault of the restaurant or chef since it's natural for it to continue cooking inside of the styrofoam box. Temperature aside, the flavor and quality of the meat was great, and you receive a very generous portion for the price. Along with the samba plate, we ordered steak fries and empanadas. Although the steak fries were pretty plain.. basically just steak plopped on top of fries, they were delicious, especially with the creamy herb sauce that is served with them. The empanadas were ginormous, and I like that the dough almost flaky rather than being super thick.We were very pleased with Brazilicious and will definitely hit them up again next time!

Got a Brazilian sausage wrap with fries. Not sure what makes it "Brazilian" sausage, if anything, but it's a good choice of sausage for a wrap I guess. It's thick and meaty and not too soft. The pita is of the very thick and soft variety, which is naturally my favorite. The vinaigrette and sour cream sauce mix also works pretty well. The fries were just okay. In hindsight, some of the other menu items were more interesting, but I just felt like getting a wrap. I'll have try other stuff if I see this truck again.

5 stars for Brazilicious! Staff was really friendly and informative. The empanadas are pretty big! The sauce that it came with was DELICIOUS. It was like a tzatziki like tasting sauce. The pichana sandwich with the fat on the steak was good! Steak was cooked well and the cheese was a nice touch. The c-tudo burger was over the top! 2 patties, an egg, and bacon. Their rice dishes looked huge and appetizing too!

We were scouting for a new home and saw a line on a corner in Callahan . Well we know enough to join the locals when they come out in force! We were not disappointed! We had steak and rice dinner as well as a sausage dinner. And the price de resistance was the fried cheese balls! Omg I cannot say enough about those ooey gooey cheese battered and fried into balls. Everything we tried was good but if you happen upon this food truck get those cheese balls!!

Brazilicious for dinner yesterday. Had the Samba Plate and I asked for chicken steak and sausage, he repeated chicken shrimp and steak. I corrected him but still ended up with shrimp however that's fine. I asked for no beans since I don't eat them but they didn't want to cut me short so they put it as a side. The food was fresh of the grill, all meats nicely cooked and juicy. The pineapple mint drink was good. I LOVE the fat on the steak.

I tried this truck at the blues festival at the beach yesterday. Someone I know told me to try the steak sandwich and I must say it did not disappoint. The steak had a great flavor and it wasn't steak-ums, it was actual chopped steak! The service was friendly and fast too!Great experience all in all!

This food is amazing! I get the steak sandwich and it's delicious. I would definitely suggest giving this place a try.

Every bite was better than the one before. Good quality and value. The best beef empanada I have had in years!!!
