This park is really, really nice. Passed along Hogan Rd. a bunch of times & never noticed it. The park is situated behind a firehouse. It is located right off a dead end road. It's a lovely park. I do like the umbrellas that cover certain parts of the play area. It definitely helps. It started raining while we were there, so we sat at the sitting/picnic area. It's nice b/c its covered and also has restrooms. Restrooms are always a positive when you have two kids with you. I don't know how old this park is but the all equipment seems pretty new and more modern. Like I have never seen a faux climbing mountain obstacle at a park before. My boys liked the slide b/c it was a taller, so they got to slide faster. Honestly there isn't more I could say. The pictures speak for themselves. But it is very clean and not near the main roads, so you feel safe. Behind the park is a big soccer field. This park has def. moved into the "Top 5" of recreational parks.

Nice small park behind the fire station. 6 swings different climbing, hanging and spinning structures. It appears they have restrooms. Only 4 stars because there is no shade! I can imagine this place boiling in the summer. Came when it was 70 degree and it was already hot.

I have been playing soccer at Brackridge Park for quite some time now but I've never taken my kids before now. The park is tucked away behind the fire station on Hogan rd. it is a little distance from the main road so I wouldn't feel totally safe having my wife take the kids there alone. That is my only concern. The park is wonderful. It has so many little fun contraptions that my kids go wild on. I will admit it I get on some of them and go wild. There are lots of swings and slides and spinning things to keep the kids busy. The park is clean and one of the best things they have are the big green umbrellas towering above the main play area. I have never seen this park crowded and secretly I selfishly wish it remains that way so I can have it all to myself. :)

Great weather and nice scenery gives a perfect reason to have a picnic date at the park. Ran from the car claiming dibs on the swings. Pumped my legs so hard until I felt I was going to jump onto the stars. All I really needed was a swing set and I would have had a blast. But there was a seesaw! The seesaw was a flashback to that inner kid still playing inside. Had a great time playing soccer on this field. Rain started falling later in the night - started Pandora on the phone and danced under the covered picnic area until mosquitoes ate us alive. Awesome park all around. I just have no idea where the bathroom was?

We were happy to pull into this park after being cooped up in a hotel for a couple of days. We are from out of state and were visiting family in the area. There is a nice sized playground, a soccer field, and four picnic tables under the pavilions. Perfect for my kids to release some energy, for me to get a quick walk, and felt safe enough being in the backyard of a fire station. No pets allowed which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

The park is behind the fire house so it is a nice safe place to go hangout. We were just tossing around a lacrosse ball and it was completely empty so we had plenty of space to ourselves. I'm glad to find a nice clean park so close to home.
