I was sent to the store by my partner on restock day to look for some Pokémon, and I was helped by the wonderful Persia. She was so sweet patient and informative and helped answer all of my questions in regards to restocks and how we can make purchases, etc.. She deserves a promotion y'all! She single handily is the reason why I will be coming back to this location.

They have 2 cashiers by parking lot and none at mall. One lady doing inventory who didn't care and when asked if it doesn't make sense to have one cashier at each entrance / exit would make more sense she replied the cashier who works at the mall entrance has not come in. I guess neither of them have been trained to work cashier at mall entrance, or they have a manager who does not work Sundays that will not allow them to separate and one work each end.

We were surprised by the lack of books for toddlers. They pretty much have story books and not much of a variety for all kids. Our 4-year old granddaughter, who loves books walked out with nothing. Her aunt called when we were looking at actually ordered her books she was looking for. Whatever they did have was not organized very well.

The staff was at this store are very helpful. The store has a nice selection of gifts and journals! The annual membership gives discounts and coupons that can be reused. I stopped going to Barnes and Nobles.

I like it here. It would be special if you had a bench or coffee spot indoors for fun comfy reading times. See you soon for my next buy.

Books-A-Million has been around a while and this location (although a chain) is one of the last standing book stores in the area. It's a great place to go before you go and see a movie next door and grab a coffee just to relax. Books-A-Million stores feature Joe Muggs cafés. They have a huge selection of books, magazines, gifts and fun, random inventory. The staff is friendly and helpful if you ask for assistance and they keep the place pretty neat and organized. Ample places to sit if you just want to nerd out on your computer.Overall, I love the smell and feel of a brand new book & have no issue coming to a physical bookstore if I want to pay full price for a book in this day and time. I'm glad there's still a Books-A-Million in the area.

BAM is just average, the book selection is just okay, the prices are high. I walk out with maybe a cheap thing or 2.

Since I purchased my iPad almost 2 years ago, I haven't purchased a hard copy of a book. I download them all from Barnes & Noble and use the Nook app on my iPad. But this still doesn't keep me out of book stores! Every time I visit Orange Park Mall, I go into Books-A-Million. It's easier for me to walk around the store and actually see the books and be able to touch them than trying to find new books on a website. It's nice b/c the new and popular books are always right there when you walk in. I much prefer this particular Books-A-Million over the on at Regency. It's cleaner, more organized, and the lighting is better. Not only do I enjoy the books, but I love looking through the vinyl albums they carry here and I really enjoy looking at all of their magnets. They have some pretty hilarious magnets and I've bought several. You can also find some really cool games and gag gifts here.I also love that Yogurt Mountain is attached to the store. It's not uncommon for me to grab a pile of books and then go grab me some fro-yo and plop down to make a list of the books I want to download while enjoying my frozen yumminess! For the most part, the employees here are friendly and helpful. The reason I took away the 5th star is b/c I do run into unhelpful employees from time to time. I hate to ask an employee where I can find a particular book (especially when they aren't busy) and all they do is point to a section of the store and then walk off. I actually told a young employee once as he turned to walk off, "Gee, thanks for being so helpful because I can see how horribly busy you are." Needless to say, he turned around and immediately became very helpful. :) So yea, I'm a fan of this store. :)

This BAM is a nice bookstore. My only complaints are there are no chairs, and there is no coffee shop. They instead have a fro yo bar. There are chairs in the fro yo section. They have a book selection that is very comparable to B&N. They offer cool trinkets and gifts. There is a checkout counter in the front and in the back, but there is no dedicated "help desk", you would have to wait on a cashier or find someone around the store if you can. And they sell bottled Butter Beer! I have yet to try it, but I know where to go when I'm ready!
