Big Crab Seafood Restaurant

Parking: Plenty of parking, it's in a plaza where other restaurants are at.Food: it's a seafood restaurant so you have different options of seafood combos you can choose from. They do have other food options that is not seafood like chicken wings, fries, corn nuggets, and onion rings.Service: they are pretty quick to bring the food out. Just a heads up they do add an automatic gratuity on your bill regardless of your party size.

We regularly visit Big Crab during Lent season on Fridays. They have specials everyday, but I would say that Friday is the best day! For a great deal of $19.99, you get crawfish, shrimp, corn, sausage and potatoes, huge serving! We usually substitute the sausage for eggs and they were kind enough to accommodate us. Medium sauce is great too, just enough kick to notch up your taste buds! Delicious and vey filling! The servers are always fast and attentive despite having a great deal of customers. The place is also pretty big with a lots of tables that includes an outside seating. This is one of our favorite places to visit and I highly recommend them!

Experience here was OK. Started off a bit disappointed because Dungeness crab was unavailable. They offered free pork rinds, which we said yes to and it was crispy and tasty. Ordered 6 raw oysters and 6 steamed oysters which were actually good. We also got the calamari that was disappointing as it was bland and the meat was sparse. The crab cheese dip was curdling so the consistency was off. The best part was the seafood boil but the sauce didn't have the kick I was expecting (I ordered the medium spice level). Overall, food experience was just OK but service I have to say was excellent. The woman who served us was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was pretty large and clean for the most part.

We went for my son's birthday and the lady bartender was amazing! We had a big party and wanted to watch the Jaguar Game. Her service was phenomenal and the food was top notch! We will be back again! The prices for good seafood were very fair! Highly recommend!

I love seafood boil and this is a solid spot. I really liked their menu selection as well as the specials. Their sauce was a great combination of flavors. Our server for it being a slower Sunday was not present when we needed him. We sat with empty waters for some time and our first round of beer was delayed by the "bartender" ...but we watched her waiting for orders so clearly he forgot to punch the order, it happens but don't place blame on others. Despite some of our struggles, I would go back.

Decided to stop by and try this place on a Saturday around 1400 and it was pretty legit. They have a great view of many football games because they have plenty TVs for your entertainment. The customer service was exceptional. Our sever was cool and attentive and did his best to make sure we had what we needed and our drinks stayed full. The food was good, but my gripe is the ridiculously priced menu. The people that own these really don't GAF about a complaint or anything because they know folks will be back anyways...but this is my 2¢.. I asked about a fish basket. Server told me they had cod, and if you get the "pick 2 on the menu, you get 2pc...it's $19.99. I couldn't fathom paying $20 for 2 small pc of cod, so I got the chicken tender basket. 3 tenders for $17.99. The killer is.. my basket came out in the same basket as my kids, and I got one extra tender. Mind you, the kids meal is like $7.99. I don't really enjoy going to places where you feel like since you got ripped off, you've gotta eat every drop of food to get your moneys worth...crumbs included. But for what it is, it's decent. Went here Friday evening with a party of 10. Thankfully they were able to seat us as soon as all of our parties arrived. located in Normandy with plenty of parking spots. Our friends has been here but this was my first time. The restaurant was pretty spacious which is great. we were seated close at the very back and their ceiling fans was blowing which was fine with me but it ws already cold inside and there was a light in the ceiling that really bothered me with the fan on ( you might find it weird but the movement of the light with the fan was too much and it actually made me feel a little dizzy) Thankfully after talking to our server they were kind enough to turn the fan off. Our group ordered the fries, mozzarella and the shrimp and crab dip, I did not try any of the appetizers but all of my friends said it was good. They also give you a complimentary chicarones which I tries and I liked it. We all ordered different things. My husband and I ordered the mild shrimp, with corn, sausage and potatoes and it was soooo good! I love the sauce that they use and the mild was just perfect! not too spicy but there's a kick on it.we will definitely be back here!

First time here to try out their Wednesday combo, snow crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, corn and sausage! Super flavorful, great seasoning, I can really tasted the marinade sauce soaked through the seafood and corn. I got here around 6pm and it wasn't too crowded. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. If you like Cajun flavored seafood, this is definitely the place!!

Service was not good, our first order came out to us after sitting on the counter for 30 minutes it had become room temperature. Then after asking them to heat it up when we opened the bag there was a hair inside of the bag and they offered to make us a new bag comping it. They gave us a new bag and at the end of the meal they gave us no compensation. Not even a discount.
