Big Blue's Bistro

Big Blue's Bistro came to my neighborhood on a Saturday night. I looked them up on Yelp earlier in the day and saw great reviews and checked out the menu. Although there were additional items for sale such as the quesadilla that I didn't see online.I was first in line lol and ordered the grilled shrimp and banana pudding. The shrimp (7 total) came with a small salad, tomato and fries. The shrimp were delicious! Cooked perfectly with a nice light seasoning. I'm not a huge French fry fan but I liked them too. I added a tiny bit of blue cheese dressing (no dressing provided) to the salad and cut up the tomato. I enjoyed my dinner and the service was friendly. I highly recommend you give this food truck a try!

This food truck was confirmed to show up at condo community but they did a no show instead. There were at least 10 people waiting at our clubhouse who were excited to have a new truck and menu selection. As Social Director, I had to inform people this truck was a no show and to figure out something different for dinner.

I am a food truck lover- and our complex invited a different food truck out every Wednesday night Big Blue's Bistro was out last week and the smells were teasing us to come and grab dinner! As we approached the truck the grilling smells just teased us more and more- bacon cheeseburger pa-lease! Funny both John and I were surprised when I saw it came with fries! YUM! Big burgers, juicy and flavorful and so much bacon! crispy perfection. We inhaled our burger followed by satisfying belches- John and I both agreed we will be indulging the next time we see Big Blue's! Thank you for coming out to St. John's Plantation! I purchased a pulled pork sandwich with fries and coleslaw. The pulled pork had bones and gristle mixed in with the meat. I broke a tooth on one of the bones. I have never had bones in a pulled pork sandwich before. The bun was flat, and looked like it had been deflated and was burnt. The fries are undercooked. The coleslaw was good.I will not ever eat food from Big Blue's Bistro ever again. I usually give a restaurant a second chance, but too many bad things happened the first time around, especially because of my broken tooth. Now I have a dental bill!!!

My office complex hosted this awesome food truck and it was very good. The Biloxi was top notch and you could tell the food was fresh!

Best cheese steak I've ever eaten!!! keep doing what you're doing and PLEASE come back to the Villas at St. John's!

Big Blue's came to our Complex for lunch, I ordered the Texas Burger ( double cheeseburger) and it was one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time, the char was perfect! it was cooked medium which was the perfect way to eat a burger!!!! usually I have to add a ton of Mayo and ketchup but this burger was seasoned and cooked perfect it didn't need anything on it to enhance the flavor!!!! I will definitely look them up to see where they are at a later date!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but wow! I rolled the dice and had the philly cheesesteak and it was perfection The meat was tender and flavorful with no chewy fat like a lot of places. The bun was soft, vegetables fresh, and cheese wasn't overwhelming. My wife got the grilled shrimp and was blown away by the flavor. I tried hers and agree they're fantastic. They were good sized as well (1.5" or so)Our only criticism was the fries were a little undercooked. I'm willing to overlook that, though.This truck doesn't look like much from the outside (no fancy graphics, etc,), but I'm totally going back next time they're here. Wish I had taken pics, but the food was gone quick lol

Not bad but not great. Cheesesteak tasted like you told a cook what was in it but they'd never had a real one before. Bread was way too dense and meat was heavily over-seasoned. Shredded cheese on top, need I say more? I might try again if there are no other options
